Unless defined otherwise, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this invention belongs. The terminology used in the description of the invention herein is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the invention. As used herein, the term "and/or" includes any and all combinations of one or more of the associated listed items.
As shown in fig. 1, in an embodiment of the present invention, a cooking device 200 is provided, which includes a pot body 210, an inner pot 230 and a cover 100, wherein the inner pot 230 is detachably sleeved in the pot body 210, and the cover 100 is openably and closably disposed with respect to the pot body 210 to close or open the pot body 210. Specifically, the cover body 100 includes an upper cover 10, and when the cover body 100 is covered on the pot body 210, a cooking space 220 is formed between the upper cover 10 and the inner pot 230, so as to process food materials by using the cooking space 220.
As shown in fig. 2 to 5, the cover body 100 includes a cover closing assembly 30, a pressure valve 50 and a control assembly 70, which are all disposed on the upper cover 10. The cover closing assembly 30 has a clamping state for clamping the upper cover 10 and the inner pot 230 and an unlocking state for releasing the upper cover 10 and the inner pot 230; the pressure valve 50 is provided at the exhaust port 11 of the upper cover 10, and has a pressure accumulation state for sealing the exhaust port 11 and a pressure release state for opening the exhaust port 11. The control assembly 70 has a limit state for locking the cover closing assembly 30 in the clamping state and a release state for allowing the cover closing assembly 30 to move. When the control assembly 70 is in the limiting state, the pressure valve 50 is driven to be switched to the pressure accumulation state, and when the control assembly 70 is in the releasing state, the pressure valve 50 is driven to be switched to the pressure relief state.
When high-pressure cooking is performed in the cooking space 220, the pressure valve 50 can close the exhaust port 11 to store pressure, and the cover assembly 30 clamps the upper cover 10 and the inner pot 230, thereby preventing the cover body 100 from being abnormally opened and protecting an operator. When the cover needs to be opened during cooking, the exhaust port 11 is opened through the pressure valve 50, so that the pressure of the cooking space 220 is relieved, and an operator is prevented from being scalded due to high-pressure airflow during opening the cover.
Furthermore, a control assembly 70 is provided in the cooking appliance 200, and the control assembly 70 can be manually operated to switch between a limit state and a release state. Before cooking, the cover closing assembly 30 is switched to the clamping state to lock the upper cover 10 and the inner pot 230, and meanwhile, in order to prevent the cover closing assembly 30 from loosening in the cooking process, the control assembly 70 is also required to be switched to the limiting state to lock the cover closing assembly 30 in the clamping state, so that the movement of the cover closing assembly 30 is limited, and the cover is prevented from being opened by mistake in the cooking process. When the position-limiting component is switched to the position-limiting state, the pressure valve 50 is driven to be switched to the pressure-accumulating state, and the exhaust port 11 is closed to pressurize the cooking space 220. If the user forgets to switch the control assembly 70 to the limiting state, the cover closing assembly 30 in the clamping state is not locked, the pressure valve 50 cannot be switched to the pressure accumulation state for pressing, and the steam pressure and the temperature in the cooker cannot be too high. Therefore, when the non-locked cover closing assembly 30 fails, high-temperature and high-pressure steam cannot flow out when the cover body 100 is abnormally opened, and the cover opening danger is avoided. After cooking is finished, the control assembly 70 is actuated to switch the control assembly 70 to a release state, so as to allow the cover closing assembly 30 to move, and simultaneously drive the pressure valve 50 to switch to a pressure release state, so that the balance between the pressure in the cooker and the atmospheric pressure is ensured, and the danger of opening the cover is avoided.
That is to say, through the mechanical linkage of control assembly 70, when the locking is in the lid subassembly 30 that closes of clamping state, pressure valve 50 just can be driven and accumulated pressure, if close lid subassembly 30 and do not locked then pressure valve 50 can not the upper pressure, can not form high temperature high-pressure air current in pot body 210, also can not have the danger of uncapping if the unusual uncapping of culinary art in-process. And, after the cooking is finished, the control assembly 70 is actuated, so that the control assembly 70 is switched to the release state, the cover closing assembly 30 is allowed to be opened movably, and meanwhile, the pressure valve 50 is driven to be switched to the pressure relief state, so that the balance between the pressure in the cooker and the atmospheric pressure is ensured, and the danger of opening the cover is avoided. Thus, the danger of uncovering in the cooking process and after the cooking is finished is avoided, and the safety performance of the cooking appliance 200 is improved.

When the locking ring 32 rotates around its center, the claws 34 are driven to reciprocate along the radial direction of the locking ring 32 to clamp the edge of the inner pot 230 and the upper cover 10 or keep away from the edge of the inner pot 230 and the upper cover 10, so as to realize the function of locking the upper cover 10 and the pot body 210.
Further, one of the lock ring 32 and the claw 34 is provided with a pin shaft, the other of the lock ring 32 and the claw 34 is provided with a chute inclined relative to the circumferential direction of the lock ring 32, the pin shaft is slidably arranged in the chute in a penetrating manner, and when the pin shaft slides relative to the inner wall of the chute, the circumferential rotation of the lock ring 32 is converted into driving the claw 34 to move along the radial direction of the lock ring 32, so that the clamping and releasing of the claw 34 are realized.
As shown in fig. 2 to 4, the control assembly 70 includes a limiting member 72, the limiting member 72 reciprocates between a limiting position for locking the cover closing assembly 30 in the clamping state and a releasing position for allowing the cover closing assembly 30 to move, and the movement of the cover closing assembly 30 in the clamping state can be limited or allowed by the reciprocating movement of the limiting member 72. Optionally, the limiting member 72 comprises a handle 721, and the user can hold the handle 721 to push the limiting member 72 to reciprocate between the limiting position and the releasing position.
In some embodiments, the locking ring 32 is provided with a locking groove 31; when the cover closing assembly 30 is switched to the clamping state, the cover opening of the clamping groove 31 faces the limiting piece 72, the limiting piece 72 can extend into the clamping groove 31 and abut against the inner wall of the clamping groove 31 along the circumferential limiting of the locking ring 32, so that the locking ring 32 in the clamping state is prevented from rotating, the cover closing assembly 30 in the clamping state is locked, and the cover closing assembly 30 is prevented from moving.
The control assembly 70 further includes a pressure regulating member 74 disposed between the limiting member 72 and the pressure valve 50, and when the limiting member 72 is located at the limiting position, the pressure regulating member 74 drives the pressure valve 50 to be in a pressure accumulating state (as shown in fig. 3) under the driving of the limiting member 72; when the limiting member 72 is in the releasing state, the pressure regulating member 74 drives the pressure valve 50 to be in the pressure releasing state (as shown in fig. 4) under the driving of the limiting member 72. In this way, when the limiting member 72 is switched between the limiting position and the releasing position, the pressure regulating member 74 is linked, and the pressure regulating member 74 drives the pressure valve 50 to switch between the pressure accumulating state and the pressure releasing state. When the cover closing assembly 30 is locked by the limiting piece 72, the pressure valve 50 is driven to a pressure accumulation state, so that high-temperature steam is prevented from leaking due to pressure accumulation when the cover closing assembly 30 is not locked, and dangers in the cooking process are avoided; when the limiting member 72 is unlocked from the lid assembly 30, the pressure valve 50 is driven to a pressure accumulation state, so that the pressure in the cooker is balanced with the external atmospheric pressure, and the lid is opened after the pressure is released, thereby protecting the user.
In some embodiments, the limiting member 72 reciprocates between the limiting position and the releasing position in a first direction, and the pressure regulating member 74 is driven by the limiting member 72 to move up and down relative to the upper cover 10 in a second direction intersecting the first direction, and drives the pressure valve 50 to switch between the pressure accumulation state and the pressure relief state. That is, when the limiting member 72 moves in a first direction to block the cover closing assembly 30, the pressure regulating member 74 moves in a second direction different from the first direction, and the state of the pressure valve 50 can be changed.
As shown in fig. 2 and 5, the pressure valve 50 includes an exhaust pipe 52 and a valve body 54, wherein one end of the exhaust pipe 52 is coupled to the exhaust port 11, and the other end of the exhaust pipe 52 protrudes out of the upper cover 10 and is sleeved with the movable valve body 54; wherein, when the pressure regulating member 74 is lifted relative to the upper cover 10, the valve body 54 is pushed to open the exhaust pipe 52; the lowering of the pressure regulating member 74 relative to the upper cover 10 allows the valve body 54 to close the exhaust pipe 52 under its own weight. The movable valve 54 is sleeved on the end of the exhaust pipe 52, the valve 54 closes the exhaust pipe 52 in a natural state, and the valve 54 is movable relative to the exhaust pipe 52 when pushed by the pressure regulating member 74, so as to open the movable pipe to communicate the exhaust port 11 with the outside.
Specifically, the valve body 54 includes a main body 541 and a sealing member 543, the main body 541 is provided with a mounting groove 542, and one end of the exhaust pipe 52 far from the exhaust port 11 extends into the mounting groove 542 and has a distance from an inner wall of the mounting groove 542, allowing the valve body 54 to move around the exhaust pipe 52. Moreover, the sealing member 543 is fixed on the inner wall of the mounting groove 542 corresponding to the exhaust pipe 52, when the main body 541 is sleeved on the exhaust pipe 52, the sealing member 543 arranged corresponding to the exhaust pipe 52 covers the exhaust pipe 52 to close the exhaust pipe 52; when the main body 541 is pushed by the pressure regulator 74, the sealing member 543 and the main body 541 move synchronously to open the exhaust pipe 52. Optionally, the sealing member 543 is conically sleeved in the exhaust pipe 52.
