A control circuit of rice and soup functions and a control method thereof comprise a first serial communication interface, a power supply chip, a rectifier, a touch A/D type single chip microcomputer, an integrated circuit chip and a second serial communication interface, wherein the first serial communication interface is in communication connection with the power supply chip, the touch A/D type single chip microcomputer is arranged below the rectifier and is in communication connection with the rectifier, the integrated circuit chip is arranged on the left side of the touch A/D type single chip microcomputer, and the second serial communication interface is arranged on the right side of the touch A/D type single chip microcomputer.
