The invention relates to the field of furniture, in particular to a round table with an adjustable table top size and an adjusting method thereof.
Background
In the catering industry or families, round tables are very commonly used, but the size of a table top of the existing round table cannot be adjusted generally, round tables with different sizes need to be prepared for client groups of different numbers in the catering industry, and the client groups cannot know the round tables in advance, so that resource waste is easily caused; at home, the size of the desktop needs to be adjusted, so that the size of the desktop needs to be smaller at ordinary times, and when a guest exists, the size of the desktop needs to be enlarged. The existing table with the size adjustable table top is generally divided into two types, one type is complex in structure, more in parts, high in processing and assembling requirements, high in cost, easy to break down, suitable for a few high-end customers and smaller; the other structure is simple, such as a pull type and a turnover type, the pull plate is not horizontal to the original desktop, has a fall, has low bearing capacity and can be inclined downwards; the support mechanism is inconvenient to operate, occupies a large space, is difficult to design, and particularly for a round table, a plurality of turning plates are needed to be arranged and are needed to be turned and fixed piece by piece.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a round table with an adjustable table top size and an adjusting method thereof, the round table with the adjustable table top size and the adjusting method thereof can simply and quickly adjust the size of the table top, the enlarged table top part has stronger support, the used material cost is low, the processing technology is simple, the cost is low, and the service life is long.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
a round table with an adjustable table top comprises a round table top, a plurality of extension single plates and a turntable arranged below the round table top; the circle centers of the circular table plate and the rotary table are on the same vertical line; a plurality of guide rails are fixed below the circular table plate; the guide rail extends from the middle part of the circular table plate to the outer side of the circular table plate; the extension single plate is guided to move by the guide rail; a plurality of connecting rods are hinged on the rotary table; in an initial state, an included angle alpha exists between the connecting rod and the advancing direction of the extension monomer plate, and the included angle alpha is larger than 90 degrees and smaller than 180 degrees; a first magnet is embedded in the outer side surface of the circular table plate; a second magnet is embedded at one end of the extension single plate close to the turntable; the outer side surface of the first magnet and the end surface of the second magnet close to the turntable are opposite; rotating the turntable; the connecting rod pushes the extension single plate to the outer side of the circular table plate so that the extension single plate rises under the attraction of the first magnet and the second magnet and is spliced on the outer side of the circular table plate; the connecting rod continues to move forwards below the extension monomer plate so that the extension monomer plate is pressure-resistant.
Wherein a pressure-bearing ring is fixed below the circular table plate and outside the turntable; the connecting rod is downward abutted against the bearing ring; the pressure-bearing ring is provided with a limiting ring corresponding to the connecting rod so as to limit the position of the connecting rod on the pressure-bearing ring, but not limit the deflection of the connecting rod.
The outer end of the connecting rod is connected with the extension single plate through an elastic pull rope so as to pull back the extension single plate through the reverse rotation turntable.
The guide rails are arranged outside two sides of the extending single plate respectively, and the outer ends of the guide rails are arc-shaped and extend upwards to the outer side of the circular table plate; shafts are arranged on two sides of the extending single plate, and the shafts on the two sides are respectively embedded into the guide rails outside the two sides and slide or roll along the guide rails.
The outer side surface of the circular table plate is a first inclined surface which inclines downwards and inwards; the end surface of the extending single plate close to the rotary disc is a second inclined surface corresponding to the first inclined surface; the shafts are located on both sides of the second inclined plane.
Wherein the elongated monolithic plate is weighted by the second magnet so that the elongated monolithic plate is kept horizontal centering on the shaft.
The extending single plate is integrally fan-shaped, and the side surface of the extending single plate close to the rotary table is arc-shaped and can be attached to the outer side surface of the circle center table plate; the outer end of the connecting rod, which is far away from the turntable, is horizontally provided with a universal rolling ball; the universal rolling ball is in rolling contact with the arc-shaped side face of the extension monomer plate close to the turntable.
A method for adjusting the size of a circumferential table top is used, and comprises the following steps in sequence:
firstly, rotating the turntable or the circular table plate to enable the turntable or the circular table plate to rotate relatively, so that an included angle alpha is increased, and the connecting rod moves outwards to push the extension monomer plate to move outwards along the guide rail;
the extending single plate moves outwards to the outer side of the circular table plate, the first inclined surface is opposite to the second inclined surface, the extending single plate rises to be flush with the circular table plate along the guide rail under the action of opposite attraction of the first inclined surface and the second inclined surface, and the horizontal position of the connecting rod is just below the extending single plate;
continuing to rotate the turntable, continuing to move the connecting rod outwards to be close to the outer side face of the extension single plate, and supporting the extension single plate from the lower part by the connecting rod so that the extension single plate has pressure resistance;
and fourthly, when the rotary table or the circular table is withdrawn, the rotary table or the circular table is reversely rotated to reduce the included angle alpha, the connecting rod moves inwards, the extension monomer plate is pulled through the elastic pull rope to overcome the attraction of the magnet, so that the extension monomer plate firstly sinks downwards along the guide rail, and then the extension monomer plate continuously moves towards one side of the rotary table to be submerged below the circular table under the combined action of the pulling force and the restoring force of the elastic pull rope.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the invention can simply and quickly adjust the size of the desktop, and the enlarged desktop part has stronger support, low cost of used materials, simple processing technology, low cost and long service life.
2. According to the invention, the automatic extension or retraction of the extension single plate can be realized by rotating the circular table plate or the turntable, so that the size of the table top can be quickly and semi-automatically adjusted.
3. In addition, the connecting rod is used as a supporting structure of the extension monomer plate after the extension monomer plate extends to be flush with the original desktop, so that the pressure resistance of the extension monomer plate is greatly improved.
4. The invention adopts the guide rail to guide the extension monomer plate to move to be flush with the original desktop, the extension monomer plate is lifted through the attraction of the opposite magnets in the process, and the position of the extension monomer plate is stabilized by the attraction after the extension monomer plate is lifted; reducing the inherent gap between the two.
5. The outer side surface of the round table plate and the inner side surface of the extension single plate are respectively provided with corresponding inclined surfaces, and the inclined surfaces can play at least four roles simultaneously, so that firstly, the attraction areas of the two magnets are increased in advance, and the extension single plate is promoted to rise; secondly, the outer end of the guide rail can not exceed the outer side of the original desktop, so that inconvenience can not be caused to the normal use of the desk; thirdly, due to the function of the inclined plane on the extension monomer plate, the extension monomer plate can utilize the contact supporting function of the connecting rod on the inclined plane, so that the extension monomer plate can not turn even if the extension monomer plate is statically unbalanced; and fourthly, the extension single plate is conveniently pulled back by the connecting rod, and due to the function of the inclined surface, the extension single plate has component force towards the direction of the rotary table and downwards, so that the extension single plate can be separated from the circular table plate under the action of enough pulling force.
6. According to the invention, the elastic pull rope is utilized to pull the extension monomer plate to separate the extension monomer plate from the circular table plate, when the pull rope tension overcomes the attraction of the two magnets, the attraction of the magnets drops suddenly after the extension monomer plate falls below the circular table plate, and under the action of the restoring force of the pull rope, the extension monomer plate can be pulled to move towards one side of the rotary table at an accelerated speed, so that the extension monomer plate is quickly submerged below the circular table plate.

Detailed Description
The invention is described in detail below with reference to the figures and the specific embodiments.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a round table with an adjustable table top size comprises a round table top 1, a plurality of extension single plates 2 and a turntable 3 arranged below the round table top 1; the circle centers of the circular table plate 1 and the rotary table 3 are on the same vertical line; a plurality of guide rails 11 are fixed below the circular table plate 1; the guide rail 11 extends from the middle part of the circular table board 1 to the outer side thereof; the elongated monolithic plate 2 is guided in movement by the guide rail 11; a plurality of connecting rods 31 are hinged on the rotary table 3; in the initial state, an included angle alpha exists between the connecting rod 31 and the advancing direction of the extension single plate 2, and the included angle alpha is larger than 90 degrees and smaller than 180 degrees; a first magnet 12 is embedded on the outer side surface of the circular table plate 1; a second magnet 21 is embedded at one end of the extension single plate 2 close to the rotary disc 3; the outer side surface of the first magnet 12 and the end surface of the second magnet 21 close to the rotating disc 3 are opposite; rotating the turntable 3; the connecting rod 31 pushes the extension single plate 2 to the outer side of the circular table plate 1, so that the extension single plate 2 rises under the attraction of the first magnet 12 and the second magnet 21 and is spliced on the outer side of the circular table plate 1; the tie rod 31 continues to advance below the stretch unit plate 2 to make the stretch unit plate 2 crush-resistant.
Further, a pressure-bearing ring 13 is fixed below the circular table plate 1 and outside the rotary table 3; the connecting rod 31 abuts downwards against the pressure bearing ring 13; the pressure bearing ring 13 is provided with a limiting ring 15 corresponding to the connecting rod 31 to limit the position of the connecting rod 31 on the pressure bearing ring 13, but not limit the deflection of the connecting rod 31.
Further, the outer end of the link 31 is connected to the stretch unit plate 2 by an elastic cord (not shown) to pull back the stretch unit plate 2 by rotating the rotary table 3 in the opposite direction.
Further, the guide rails 11 are respectively arranged outside two sides of the extension single plate 2, and the outer ends of the guide rails 11 are arc-shaped and extend upwards to the outer side of the circular table plate 1; shafts 22 are arranged on two sides of the extension single plate 2, and the shafts 22 on the two sides are respectively embedded into the guide rails 11 outside the two sides and slide or roll along the guide rails 11.
Further, the outer side surface of the circular table board 1 is a first inclined surface 14 which is inclined downwards and inwards; the end surface of the extension single plate 2 close to the rotary disc 3 is a second inclined surface 23 corresponding to the first inclined surface 14; the shaft 22 is located on both sides of the second ramp 23.
Further, the extension unit plate 2 is weighted by the second magnet 21 so that the extension unit plate 2 is held horizontally about the shaft 22.
Furthermore, the whole extension single plate 2 is fan-shaped, and the side surface of the extension single plate close to the rotary table 3 is arc-shaped and can be attached to the outer side surface of the circle center table plate 1; the outer end of the connecting rod 31 far away from the turntable 3 is horizontally provided with a universal rolling ball 311; the universal rolling ball 311 is in rolling contact with the arc-shaped side surface of the extension single plate 2 close to the rotary disc 3.
Further, according to the scheme of the invention, as the guide rail 11, the bearing ring 13 and the limiting ring 15 are fixed on the circular table plate 1, and the connecting rod 31 is fixed on the rotary table 3, according to the relative motion principle, the push-pull action of the extension single plate 2 to be realized by the invention can be realized only by relative rotation between the circular table plate 1 and the rotary table 3, the upright post is arranged in the middle of the table to support the table, when the circular table plate 1 and the upright post are fixed, the rotary table 3 can rotate, and the functions can be realized only by rotating the rotary table 3; when carousel 3 and stand are fixed, circular table 1 is rotatable, only needs to rotate circular table 1 can realize above-mentioned function, relatively speaking, rotates the mode of circular table 1 and is more convenient for operate, because its radius is big, also more laborsaving.
A method for adjusting the size of a circumferential table top is used, and comprises the following steps in sequence:
firstly, referring to fig. 3 and 4, the rotary table 3 or the circular table board 1 is rotated to rotate the rotary table and the circular table board relatively, so that the included angle alpha is increased, the connecting rod 31 moves outwards, and the extension monomer plate 2 is pushed to move outwards along the guide rail 11;
referring to fig. 5, the extension monomer plate 2 moves outwards to the outer side of the circular table plate 1, the first inclined surface 14 and the second inclined surface 23 are opposite, and under the action of opposite attraction of the first inclined surface and the second inclined surface, the extension monomer plate 2 rises along the guide rail 11 until the circular table plate 1 is flush, and at the moment, the horizontal position of the connecting rod 31 is just below the extension monomer plate 2;
thirdly, referring to fig. 6, the rotating disc 3 is rotated continuously, the connecting rods 31 move outwards continuously to be close to the outer side surface of the extension single plate 2, and the connecting rods 31 support the extension single plate 2 from the lower part so as to enable the extension single plate to have pressure resistance;
when the rotary table is retracted, the rotary table 3 or the circular table board 1 is rotated reversely, so that the included angle alpha is reduced, the connecting rod 31 moves inwards, the extension monomer plate 2 is pulled through the elastic pull rope 32, the attraction of the magnet is overcome, the extension monomer plate is firstly settled downwards along the guide rail 11, and then the extension monomer plate continuously moves towards one side of the rotary table 3 and is submerged below the circular table board 1 under the combined action of the pulling force and the restoring force of the elastic pull rope 32.
