When the IP audio and video dispatching desk agrees to put through an incoming call, the multimedia communication platform puts through a formal conversation line of a calling party and a called party by sending SIP signaling (200 OK) which responds to formally establish conversation to the multimedia communication platform, and switches the early media conversation to a normal conversation, thereby realizing the normal bidirectional audio and video conversation between the IP audio and video dispatching desk and an IP extension terminal.

In some special industries or emergency command and dispatch industries, when an emergency situation occurs on the site of an IP extension terminal, the function can quickly know the on-site emergency state, and is convenient for guiding safety rescue or other logistics support work to be arranged in advance.
When the IP extension terminal agrees to put through an incoming call, the communication platform puts through a formal conversation line of a calling party and a called party by sending an SIP signaling (200 OK) which responds to formally establish a conversation to the communication platform, and quickly switches an early media conversation to a normal conversation to realize normal two-way audio and video conversation between a dispatching desk and the IP extension terminal.
