For another example, if the shooting mode is a tracking shooting mode in which a target is pre-stored, the hardware device is started to perform tracking shooting. According to the embodiment of the invention, tracking shooting is carried out on the shooting scene where the pre-stored target is located according to the tracking shooting mode of the pre-stored target.
For another example, if the shooting mode is a tracking shooting mode of the priority target, the hardware device is started to perform tracking shooting. According to the embodiment of the invention, the shooting scene where the target with high priority is located is subjected to tracking shooting according to the tracking shooting mode of the target with priority. The priority is a tracking priority set by a user in a self-defined mode or a tracking priority preset by a system.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the shooting mode corresponding to the user instruction is obtained according to the received user instruction, and the shooting mode comprises shooting parameters and mode parameters; and applying the shooting parameters to shooting start, and setting the mode parameters to acquire a shooting target and/or a shooting scene. Therefore, the embodiment of the invention directly triggers the shooting mode according to the user instruction, applies the shooting mode to shooting, and realizes corresponding shooting without manually setting shooting parameters and mode parameters by a user. The embodiment of the invention can simply and conveniently realize video shooting and obtain video data meeting the shooting requirement.
The shooting mode triggering apparatus of the present embodiment may be implemented by any suitable electronic device having image capturing and data processing capabilities, including but not limited to: the system comprises a server, a mobile terminal (such as a tablet personal computer, a mobile phone and the like), a PC (personal computer), an unmanned aerial vehicle, a holder device and the like.

Referring to fig. 8, a block diagram of an apparatus for photographing mode triggering according to an eighth embodiment of the present invention is shown.
The device for triggering the shooting mode comprises the following components:
a mode obtaining module 801, configured to obtain, according to a received user instruction, a shooting mode corresponding to the user instruction, where the shooting mode includes shooting parameters and mode parameters;
a parameter setting module 802, configured to apply the shooting parameters to shooting start, and set the mode parameters to acquire a shooting target and/or a shooting scene.
The preview generating module 803 is configured to generate video data that can be previewed, and transmit and/or store the video data.
Specifically, the user instruction in the embodiment of the present invention includes: the method comprises the steps of triggering a user instruction through a mode of a shortcut key, triggering the user instruction through a mode of a touch screen, triggering the user instruction through a voice mode, triggering the user instruction through a mode of facial recognition, and triggering the user instruction through a mode of fingerprint recognition.
The shooting parameters of the embodiment of the invention comprise: and shooting parameters such as aperture setting, contrast setting, color setting, exposure setting and the like.
The mode parameter of the embodiment of the invention is specifically a tracking shooting mode, and comprises the following steps: tracking target, tracking time, tracking speed, etc.
The shooting parameters are applied to shooting starting, namely hardware setting of shooting is carried out according to shooting parameters such as aperture setting, contrast setting, color setting and exposure setting.
The embodiment of the invention can directly generate the video data acquired by shooting the target and/or the shooting scene according to the mode parameters for previewing, thereby determining whether to directly transmit and/or store the video data according to the previewing shooting effect.
The embodiment of the invention can also optimize the video data and preview the video data, thereby ensuring that the previewed video data quality meets the requirements of transmission and/or storage.
The optimization process may adopt the existing video optimization process technology, and therefore, the details are not described herein.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the shooting mode corresponding to the user instruction is obtained according to the received user instruction, and the shooting mode comprises shooting parameters and mode parameters; and applying the shooting parameters to shooting start, and setting the mode parameters to acquire a shooting target and/or a shooting scene. Therefore, the embodiment of the invention directly triggers the shooting mode according to the user instruction, applies the shooting mode to shooting, and realizes corresponding shooting without manually setting shooting parameters and mode parameters by a user. The embodiment of the invention can simply and conveniently realize video shooting and obtain video data meeting the shooting requirement.
The shooting mode triggering apparatus of the present embodiment may be implemented by any suitable electronic device having image capturing and data processing capabilities, including but not limited to: the system comprises a server, a mobile terminal (such as a tablet personal computer, a mobile phone and the like), a PC (personal computer), an unmanned aerial vehicle, a holder device and the like.

Referring to fig. 9, a schematic structural diagram of an electronic device according to a ninth embodiment of the present invention is shown, and the specific embodiment of the present invention does not limit the specific implementation of the electronic device.
As shown in fig. 9, the electronic device may include: a processor (processor)902, a communication Interface 904, a memory 906, and a communication bus 908.

In an alternative embodiment, the user instructions include: the method comprises the steps of triggering a user instruction through a mode of a shortcut key, triggering the user instruction through a mode of a touch screen, triggering the user instruction through a voice mode, triggering the user instruction through a mode of facial recognition, and triggering the user instruction through a mode of fingerprint recognition.
In an alternative embodiment, the program 910 is further configured to set a corresponding relationship between at least one user instruction and the shooting mode.
In an alternative embodiment, the photographing mode includes at least one of: presetting a target tracking shooting mode, automatically determining a target tracking shooting mode, a multi-target tracking shooting mode, a pre-stored target tracking shooting mode and a priority target tracking shooting mode.
In an optional embodiment, the program 910 is further configured to start the shooting device to shoot according to the obtained shooting parameters and the mode parameters; and determining a shooting target and/or a shooting scene according to the mode parameters, and adjusting the shooting parameters to perform corresponding shooting adjustment on the shooting equipment.
In an alternative embodiment, the program 910 is further configured to generate video data that can be previewed and to transmit and/or store the video data.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the shooting mode corresponding to the user instruction is obtained according to the received user instruction, and the shooting mode comprises shooting parameters and mode parameters; and applying the shooting parameters to shooting start, and setting the mode parameters to acquire a shooting target and/or a shooting scene. Therefore, the embodiment of the invention directly triggers the shooting mode according to the user instruction, applies the shooting mode to shooting, and realizes corresponding shooting without manually setting shooting parameters and mode parameters by a user. The embodiment of the invention can simply and conveniently realize video shooting and obtain video data meeting the shooting requirement.
It should be noted that, according to the implementation requirement, each component/step described in the embodiment of the present invention may be divided into more components/steps, and two or more components/steps or partial operations of the components/steps may also be combined into a new component/step to achieve the purpose of the embodiment of the present invention.
The above-described method according to an embodiment of the present invention may be implemented in hardware, firmware, or as software or computer code storable in a recording medium such as a CD ROM, a RAM, a floppy disk, a hard disk, or a magneto-optical disk, or as computer code originally stored in a remote recording medium or a non-transitory machine-readable medium downloaded through a network and to be stored in a local recording medium, so that the method described herein may be stored in such software processing on a recording medium using a general-purpose computer, a dedicated processor, or programmable or dedicated hardware such as an ASIC or FPGA. It is understood that the computer, processor, microprocessor controller or programmable hardware includes memory components (e.g., RAM, ROM, flash memory, etc.) that can store or receive software or computer code that, when accessed and executed by the computer, processor or hardware, implements the shooting mode triggering methods described herein. Further, when a general-purpose computer accesses code for implementing the methods illustrated herein, execution of the code transforms the general-purpose computer into a special-purpose computer for performing the methods illustrated herein.
Those of ordinary skill in the art will appreciate that the various illustrative elements and method steps described in connection with the embodiments disclosed herein may be implemented as electronic hardware, or combinations of computer software and electronic hardware. Claims (14)

1. A method of shooting mode triggering, the method comprising:
acquiring a shooting mode corresponding to a user instruction according to the received user instruction, wherein the shooting mode comprises shooting parameters and mode parameters;
and applying the shooting parameters to shooting start, and setting the mode parameters to acquire a shooting target and/or a shooting scene.

The method of claim 1, wherein the user instruction comprises: the method comprises the steps of triggering a user instruction through a mode of a shortcut key, triggering the user instruction through a mode of a touch screen, triggering the user instruction through a voice mode, triggering the user instruction through a mode of facial recognition, and triggering the user instruction through a mode of fingerprint recognition.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein the obtaining a shooting mode corresponding to the user instruction according to the received user instruction, the shooting mode comprising shooting parameters and mode parameters further comprises:
and setting a corresponding relation between at least one user instruction and the shooting mode.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the capture mode comprises at least one of:
presetting a target tracking shooting mode, automatically determining a target tracking shooting mode, a multi-target tracking shooting mode, a pre-stored target tracking shooting mode and a priority target tracking shooting mode.
5. The method according to claim 1, wherein the applying the shooting parameters to the shooting start and setting the mode parameters for the acquisition of the shooting target and/or the shooting scene comprises:
starting shooting equipment to shoot according to the obtained shooting parameters and the mode parameters;
and determining a shooting target and/or a shooting scene according to the mode parameters, and adjusting the shooting parameters to perform corresponding shooting adjustment on the shooting equipment.
6. The method according to claim 1, wherein the applying the shooting parameters to the shooting start and setting the mode parameters for the acquisition of the shooting target and/or the shooting scene further comprises:
and generating video data which can be previewed, and transmitting and/or storing the video data.
7. An apparatus for shooting mode triggering, the apparatus comprising:
the mode obtaining module is used for obtaining a shooting mode corresponding to the user instruction according to the received user instruction, and the shooting mode comprises shooting parameters and mode parameters;
and the parameter setting module is used for applying the shooting parameters to shooting starting and setting the mode parameters to acquire a shooting target and/or a shooting scene.
8. The apparatus of claim 7, wherein the user instruction comprises: the method comprises the steps of triggering a user instruction through a mode of a shortcut key, triggering the user instruction through a mode of a touch screen, triggering the user instruction through a voice mode, triggering the user instruction through a mode of facial recognition, and triggering the user instruction through a mode of fingerprint recognition.
9. The apparatus of claim 8, further comprising:
and the instruction setting module is used for setting the corresponding relation between at least one user instruction and the shooting mode.
10. The apparatus of claim 9, wherein the capture mode comprises at least one of:
presetting a target tracking shooting mode, automatically determining a target tracking shooting mode, a multi-target tracking shooting mode, a pre-stored target tracking shooting mode and a priority target tracking shooting mode.
11. The apparatus of claim 7, wherein the parameter setting module comprises:
the shooting starting unit is used for starting the shooting equipment to shoot according to the obtained shooting parameters and the mode parameters;
and the parameter adjusting unit is used for determining a shooting target and/or a shooting scene according to the mode parameters and adjusting the shooting parameters to perform corresponding shooting adjustment on the shooting equipment.
12. The apparatus of claim 7, further comprising:
and the preview generation module is used for generating video data capable of being previewed and transmitting and/or storing the video data.
13. An electronic device, comprising: the system comprises a processor, a memory, a communication interface and a communication bus, wherein the processor, the memory and the communication interface complete mutual communication through the communication bus;
