The invention discloses a method, a device and a system for cross-unit electric charge settlement, which are applied to the electric charge settlement process, wherein different payment rules, such as prepayment, post-payment and charge control users, may exist in different province settlement; and different payment mechanisms are docked, so that different implementation modes and processes are realized; account checking rules among different provinces also have great difference; settlement rules for different provinces also differ. Therefore, the existing settlement process can only aim at single-account payment and single-accounting-unit settlement, but in practice, the same user may have the problems that a plurality of accounting units need to be paid, and the settlement process needs to be repeatedly executed, so that the settlement efficiency is low, and based on the problems, the invention provides a cross-unit electric charge settlement system, the execution flow of the settlement system is shown in fig. 1, and the cross-unit electric charge settlement system comprises: a merchant protocol module 101, a payment mechanism access module 102, a settlement module 103 and a payment module 104, wherein:
the merchant protocol module 101 is configured to establish a merchant protocol between each accounting unit and the payment module;
in the embodiment of the invention, before the cross-unit electric charge settlement is realized, a merchant protocol needs to be established between each settlement unit and the payment module, and the establishment process is as follows: and allocating a merchant to an accounting unit by the payment module, wherein the accounting unit exists in the payment module in the form of the merchant, and can buy some service products, such as electric charge collection products, in the identity of the merchant. After purchasing the product, an agreement related to the user and the service product is generated, which is called a merchant agreement. Such as the agreement records the time the product was purchased, the merchant, the type of product, the account settled, etc. After the merchants are allocated and buy the product generation protocol, the merchants can start to butt joint the payment function of the payment module and carry out technical butt joint with the payment module through a plurality of modes such as a background mode, a foreground mode (app/h5) and the like;
the payment mechanism access module 102 is configured to provide a third party payment mechanism docking port for the payment module;

S202, paying the amount to be paid in the payment order according to a target payment mode to obtain a payment running water;
in the embodiment of the present invention, before payment is performed on the amount to be paid in the payment order according to a target payment method, according to payment order information, sdk and sdk are pulled up for validity check on the payment order information, an order number in the payment order is obtained, and whether the order number meets a preset order rule is determined, where the preset order rule may be set according to specific conditions, and is used to determine that the order number is added by the payment module 103, if yes, a target payment method is selected from among the payment methods, and the amount to be paid in the payment order is paid according to the target payment method, so as to obtain a payment flow, where each payment method includes: bank card, payment treasure, WeChat, etc. At this time, the amount to be paid is only paid to the payment module, and is not paid to the corresponding accounting unit. And if not, giving up the payment of the payment order.
S203, determining an accounting main body according to each accounting unit contained in the payment running water in the settlement period;
in the embodiment of the invention, the accounting identification of each accounting unit in the payment streaming water in the settlement period is obtained, wherein the accounting identification can be in the form of numbers, letters or the combination of the numbers and the letters. The relationship between the accounting subject and the accounting unit is exemplified, for example: the accounting main body can be a head office of a unit, and the corresponding accounting unit is each branch office of a unit.
S204, determining the total accounting amount corresponding to the accounting main body according to the accounting amount in the payment flowing water in the settlement period;
in the embodiment of the invention, aiming at each accounting main body, in the settlement period, the accounting amount of each accounting unit belonging to the current accounting main body is accumulated and the corresponding commission charge is deducted to obtain the accounting total amount.
And S205, transferring the total amount of the accounting to the agreement account of the corresponding accounting main body.
In the embodiment of the invention, the total amount of the accounting is transferred to the corresponding accounting main body, and the corresponding accounting main body transfers the total amount of the accounting to the corresponding accounting unit, so that the inter-unit electric charge settlement is completed. The transfer process is as follows: the settlement module 102 determines a settlement accounting date according to the current date and the settlement period, for example, if the calculation period is 7 days, then the transaction of number 1 is started when number 8. And (4) jointly extracting transaction summary information of the specific product category of No. 1 day, such as total transaction amount, total transaction stroke number and the like, from the order and the flow information. And calculates the commission charge to be charged according to the summary information and the commission charge calculation rule (in the merchant agreement). And when the settlement amount is recorded, the settlement is carried out under which bank account. The summary of the information is the statement data. And obtaining the settlement statement data by batch running every day, and finally putting the fund into the account of the merchant agreement through a bank after the settlement statement data is checked.
The invention discloses a cross-unit electric charge settlement method, which comprises the following steps: receiving an electric charge combined settlement request of each accounting unit, and generating a payment order according to the electric charge combined settlement request; paying the amount to be paid in the payment order according to a target payment mode to obtain a payment running water; determining an accounting main body according to each accounting unit contained in the payment running water in the settlement period; determining the total amount of accounting corresponding to the accounting main body according to the accounting amount in the payment flowing water in the settlement period; and transferring the total amount of the accounting to an agreement account corresponding to the accounting main body. According to the method, the payment for the electric charge of a plurality of accounting units can be realized at one time, and when the payment is completed, the total amount of the accounting is transferred to the corresponding accounting main body in the settlement period, so that the settlement efficiency is improved compared with the settlement of a single accounting unit.
