Therefore, the platform needs to provide an intelligent means or a task scheduling system to reasonably arrange data governance and personnel scheduling management during major subject activities, and in view of this, embodiments of the present invention provide a task distribution method and system to alleviate the technical problem of poor intelligence degree existing in the task distribution method in the prior art.
Example one
An embodiment of the present invention provides a task distribution method, as shown in fig. 1, the method includes the following steps:
and step S11, collecting basic work information of all workers, and generating working calendars of all workers based on the basic work information.
Specifically, at the beginning of the operation of the method, the collection work of all the basic work information of the staff is completed firstly, including the input of the information of the staff and the sign-in condition of the staff on the same day, and the basic work information of the staff includes: personnel name, job post, contact way, operating condition (whether be on duty) etc. preferably, personnel's sign-in condition can be obtained through the backstage statistics data department of the removal end application that the staff unified used, and then can ensure the accuracy of personnel's operating condition information on the same day, personnel sign-in indicates that this personnel are available promptly, do not sign-in personnel can not be available, after having obtained above-mentioned basic work information, just can set up the staff's work calendar in batches, the work calendar just is equivalent to a scheduling list, can provide the prediction that can accomplish the task on the same day or the same month, on the other hand, through the work calendar, can also examine the condition of going on duty of all staff.
And step S12, acquiring data to be processed under a preset working scene.
Furthermore, after obtaining the working calendars of all the workers, to-be-processed data under a preset working scene also needs to be collected, it should be noted that the preset working scene may be a network security situation awareness platform or other platforms needing to optimize a task distribution process.
The data to be processed collected from the network security situation awareness platform includes but is not limited to: the method comprises the steps of monitoring the IP of a website to be monitored, the domain name of the website, the data updating period, the state information of acquisition equipment of a data reporting source, the information of all units to be checked, the information of all units to be notified, the information of all units to be fed back and the like.
And step S13, generating work tasks in batches based on the data to be processed, the preset expert rules and the work calendar.
After the data to be processed is obtained, the work tasks can be generated in batches by combining the preset expert rules and the work calendar, and in the embodiment of the invention, the preset expert rules comprise the following steps: the embodiment of the invention does not limit the preset expert rules, and users can increase or decrease the rules appropriately according to the actual conditions.
The data integrity rule refers to that padding is required when a mandatory field of defined key information is missing, and the key information comprises: if the situation that data are incomplete is judged, a data additional recording task list is initiated in a limited period.
The data validity rule is used for judging the availability states of domain names and IP information in the registration record, and if the information failure conditions of overdue related domain names, shutdown of websites, inaccurate domain name matching single IP addresses and the like exist, a data verification task list is initiated in a limited period, wherein the period of the data verification task can be set to finish verification within 1 working day of an important key infrastructure system, the verification is finished within 3 working days of a general infrastructure system, and the verification is finished within 7 working days of the general system.
The data consistency rule is to determine whether the same target information from different data sources is consistent, for example, if the target information submitted by the level protection module is inconsistent with the target information fed back by law enforcement check, an information reconnaissance task list needs to be initiated according to the importance degree limit of the target information, wherein the limit of the information reconnaissance task list can be set to be that the reconnaissance should be completed within 3 working days of the important target information; generally, information investigation is completed within 10 working days of target information, the time limit of the information investigation task is not specifically limited in the embodiment of the invention, and a user can set the time limit according to actual conditions.
The to-be-completed business rule is a rule set based on the time limit requirement of the unit information to be fed back, for example, if the time limit requirement of the unit to be fed back after the notification is 10 working days and the deadline time is exceeded, a field inspection task list is initiated.
The service rule to be initiated is a rule set based on collected target hidden danger leaks and network security alarm information, and according to the severity level of related threats, a limited period rectification report, an administrative penalty notification or a field inspection task list can be initiated, for example, a report is initiated within 5 working days of an important event, and a report or an inspection is initiated within 1 working day of a very important event.
According to the collected data to be processed, the preset expert rules and the working calendar, basic information of the working task is automatically generated, wherein the basic information of the working task comprises: in order to better record the execution process of the work task, the basic information of the work task further preferably comprises: task ID, task priority (general, important, very important), task start time, task deadline, task recipient, task status (unread, read not started, in progress, completed), task current execution node (new, execution, feedback, etc.), and task status update time (timestamp).
In the embodiment of the present invention, the task priority includes three elements: the importance degree of the object to be supervised, the severity degree (general, important and very important) of the related problems and the remaining time to be finished (the time limit duration, the unit hour and the time limit exceeding are negative values), and a user can set a proper priority calculation formula based on the three elements according to the actual situation so as to determine the task priority.
Optionally, when the importance degree of the object to be monitored is divided, the object which affects the national security or seriously damages social order and public benefit can be used as an important key infrastructure; using objects influencing social order or public interests as a general infrastructure; objects that affect the legitimate interests of citizens, jurisdictions or other organizations are taken as a general system.
And step S14, generating a corresponding task flow based on the basic information of the work task.
