FIG. 1 is a schematic view of a base of a monitor device according to the present invention;
FIGS. 2-5 are schematic views illustrating an installation process of the monitor apparatus according to the present invention;
fig. 6 is a flowchart illustrating steps of an installation method of a monitor apparatus according to the present invention.
Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, fig. 1 is a schematic view illustrating a base of a monitor apparatus according to the present invention; fig. 2 to 5 are schematic views illustrating an installation process of the monitor apparatus of the present invention. The invention provides a monitor device, which comprises a base 1, a monitor body 2, a first screw 3 and a second screw 4. The base 1 includes a first fixed member 11, a second fixed member 12, a first rotating member 13 and a second rotating member 14, wherein the second fixed member 12 is provided with a fixed opening 121. In this embodiment, the first fixing element 11 and the second fixing element 12 are both integrally formed with the base 1 and protruding from a surface 15 of the base 1, and the surface 15 of the base 1 is a surface of the base 1 facing the monitor body 2. Also, it is preferable that the first fixing member 11 and the second fixing member 12 are distributed on opposite sides of the center of the base 1, so that the balance or stability of the monitor device during installation is facilitated. However, the invention is not limited thereto, and the first fixing element and the second fixing element may also be fixed on the base 1 by a fixing method, but the fixing method needs to ensure stable fixing and is not easy to fall off.
One end of the first rotating member 13 is pivotally connected to the first fixing member 11, the other end of the first rotating member 13 is pivotally connected to the second rotating member 14, and the second rotating member 14 is provided with a first through hole 131 and a second through hole 132 which are mutually communicated. Specifically, one end of the first rotating member 13 is pivotally connected to the first fixed member 11 via a first rotating shaft 16, and the other end of the second rotating member 14 is pivotally connected to the second rotating member 13 via a second rotating shaft 17. In addition, the second through hole 132 is located on a side of the second rotating member 14 away from the second rotating shaft 17, that is, the first through hole 131 is located between the second rotating shaft 17 and the second through hole 132.
The head 31 of the first screw 3 is smaller in size than the first through hole 131 of the second rotating member 14 but larger in size than the second through hole 132 so that the head 31 of the first screw 3 can pass through the first through hole 131 but cannot pass through the second through hole 132. The first through hole 131 and the second through hole 132 are, for example, circular holes or elongated holes, and in the present embodiment, the first through hole 131 is, for example, a circular hole, and the second through hole 132 is, for example, an elongated hole.
In addition, the monitor body 2 is provided with a first opening 21, a second opening 22 and a groove 23.
In this case, when the monitor device is mounted, the base 1 may be fixed to a target object, for example, a wall, a ceiling, or the like, and in the present embodiment, the base 1 is fixed to the ceiling, and after the base 1 is fixed, first, as shown in fig. 2, the first screw 3 is locked to the first opening 21 of the monitor body 2, the head 31 of the first screw 3 is inserted into the first through hole 131 of the second rotating member 14, and the first screw 3 is moved to the second through hole 132. In the present embodiment, since the base 1 is fixed to the ceiling, when the head 31 of the first screw 3 is inserted into the first through hole 131 of the second rotating member 14, the monitor body 2 moves downward due to gravity, so that the first screw 3 moves into the second through hole 132. At this time, since the size of the head 31 of the first screw 3 is larger than that of the second through hole 132, the first screw 3 cannot be separated from the second through hole 132, and the monitor body 2 is tightly fitted with the second rotation member 14. Then, after finishing the wire management, as shown in fig. 2-4, the monitor body 2 is moved toward the first fixing member 11 of the base 1 by rotating the first rotating member 13 and the second rotating member 14 until the second fixing member 12 is opposite to the groove 23. As shown in fig. 5, the second fixing member 12 of the base 1 is inserted into the groove 23 of the monitor body 2, and the second screw 4 passes through the second opening 22 of the monitor body 2 and the fixing opening 121 of the second fixing member 12 to be locked on the monitor body 2, thereby fixing the base 1 and the monitor body 2. In the present embodiment, the above-mentioned moving the monitor body 2 toward the first fixing member 11 of the base 1 by rotating the first rotating member 13 and the second rotating member 14 specifically includes: (1) the monitor body 2 is rotated towards the base 1 by the second rotating member 14 rotating relative to the first rotating member 13, the first rotating member 13 is in a vertical state due to the self-weight of the monitor body 2, that is, the first rotating member 13 does not rotate at the moment, and the process is from the state of fig. 2 to the state of fig. 3; and (2) when the second rotating member 14 rotates to be perpendicular to the first rotating member 13, the monitor body 2 is moved toward the first fixing member 11 by the rotation of the first rotating member 13 relative to the second rotating member 14, i.e. at this time, the second rotating member 14 does not rotate, and the process is from the state of fig. 3 to the state of fig. 4.
The monitor body 2 is further provided with a card slot 30, and the corresponding base 1 is provided with a hook 20 matched with the card slot 30. By means of the positioning of the card slot 30 and the hook 20, the operator can more accurately and conveniently lock the screw between the base 1 and the monitor body 2.
In addition, in order to avoid the first rotating member 13 and the second rotating member 14 from increasing the volume of the monitor device, an accommodating area is further provided on the monitor body 2 for accommodating the first rotating member 13 and the second rotating member 14.
Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a flowchart illustrating steps of a method for installing a monitor apparatus according to the present invention, and the present invention further provides a method for installing the monitor apparatus, including the steps of:
step S1, locking the first screw on the first opening of the monitor body;
step S2, inserting the head of the first screw into the first through hole of the second rotating member, and moving the first screw into the second through hole;
step S3, the monitor body is moved toward the first fixing member of the base by rotating the first rotating member and the second rotating member until the second fixing member is opposite to the groove; and
step S4, the second fixing element of the base is inserted into the groove of the monitor body, and the second screw is inserted through the second opening of the monitor body and the fixing opening of the second fixing element to be locked on the monitor body.
Wherein, before the step S1, a step S0 is further included for fixing the base on the ceiling. The step S3 includes;
step S31, rotating the monitor body toward the base by the second rotating member rotating relative to the first rotating member, the first rotating member being in a vertical state due to the self-weight of the monitor body; and
in step S32, when the second rotating member rotates to be perpendicular to the first rotating member, the monitor body is moved toward the first fixing member by the rotation of the first rotating member relative to the second rotating member until the second fixing member is opposite to the groove.
In summary, the base of the present invention has the double-hinge mechanism, and the structure does not require multiple external appearance disassembly parts during the installation process, and the base is only required to be locked on the ceiling, the monitor body is suspended to the hinge structure, and then the wire arrangement and installation operations are performed, and the operation is completed by directly rotating the monitor body to be matched with the base, and then the installation can be completed by screw locking. The invention can ensure that the operation of hanging and finally installing the locking screw can be finished at one time on the premise of not damaging the appearance of the base, thereby greatly reducing the operation time.
The above detailed description of the preferred embodiments is intended to more clearly illustrate the features and spirit of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the scope of the present invention by the preferred embodiments disclosed above. On the contrary, it is intended to cover various modifications and equivalent arrangements included within the scope of the appended claims. The scope of the claims to be accorded the invention is therefore to be accorded the broadest interpretation so as to encompass all such modifications and equivalent arrangements as is known in the art.
