The main clutch shaft S1 is sleeved with a reverse first-stage driving gear 1 and a reverse second-stage driven gear 5, and is fixedly provided with a reversing synchronizer assembly 6. The second driven shaft S6 is fixedly provided with a reverse first-stage driven gear 2 and a reverse second-stage driving gear 4, and the idler shaft S3 is sleeved with a first reverse idler gear 3. The first reverse idler gear 3 is meshed with the first reverse driven gear 2; the reverse gear secondary driving gear 4 is meshed with the reverse gear secondary driven gear 5. The Hi-Lo clutch shaft S7 is fixedly provided with a sleeve for the reversing synchronizer 6. The sleeve of the reversing synchronizer 6 can slide left and right in the axial direction to select and engage with the connecting teeth on the adjacent gears, respectively. The Hi-Lo clutch shaft S7 is provided with a Hi-Lo power shift clutch assembly C1, the Hi-Lo power shift clutch assembly C1 is provided with a Lo gear driven gear 11, and the second driven shaft S6 is provided with a Lo gear driving gear 12. The Hi-Lo power shift clutch assembly C1 adopts a double-clutch structure, and when the left Hi gear clutch is combined and the right Lo clutch is separated, the Hi gear is realized; and when the left Hi gear clutch is separated and the right Lo clutch is combined, the Lo gear is realized.
Synchronous reversing and super crawling transmission device module B3: two functional modules of synchronous reversing and super crawling gear are installed, and the synchronous reversing module and the super crawling gear module are arranged back and forth. In the synchronous reversing module, a main clutch shaft S1, a second driven shaft S6 and an idler shaft S3 are arranged, and the three shafts are arranged in space and are parallel to each other; the rear part of the main clutch shaft S1 is provided with a super crawling gear output shaft S8 which is coaxial with the main clutch shaft S1; the main clutch shaft S1 and the super crawling gear output shaft S8 are of hollow shaft structures; the first power output shaft S5 passes through the main clutch shaft S1 and the super crawler output shaft S8. The main clutch shaft S1 is sleeved with a reverse first-stage driving gear 1 and a reverse second-stage driven gear 5, and is fixedly provided with a reversing synchronizer assembly 6. The second driven shaft S6 is fixedly provided with a reverse first-stage driven gear 2 and a reverse second-stage driving gear 4, and the idler shaft S3 is sleeved with a first reverse idler gear 3. The first reverse gear idler wheel 3 is meshed with the reverse gear driven gear 2; the reverse gear secondary driving gear 4 is meshed with the reverse gear secondary driven gear 5. The first-stage driving gear 14 of the crawling gear is fixedly arranged on the driven shaft S7, and the second-stage driven gear 17 of the crawling gear and the third-stage driving gear 13 of the crawling gear are combined into a duplex gear which is sleeved on the second driven shaft S6. The first-stage driven gear 15 of the crawling gear and the second-stage driving gear 16 of the crawling gear are combined into a duplex gear which is sleeved on the output shaft S8 of the super crawling gear. The first-stage driving gear 14 of the crawling gear is meshed with the first-stage driven gear 15 of the crawling gear, the second-stage driving gear 16 of the crawling gear is meshed with the second-stage driven gear 17 of the crawling gear, and the third-stage driving gear 13 of the crawling gear is meshed with the third-stage driven gear 19 of the crawling gear. The super creeper gear engaging sleeve member 18 is fixedly mounted on the super creeper gear output shaft S8, and the sleeve member is axially slidable left and right to be respectively selected and engaged with the connecting teeth on the adjacent gears.
Power reversing gear module B4: the three shafts above the reverse idler shaft S10 are arranged in space and are parallel to each other; the rear part of the power reversing clutch shaft S9 is provided with a second output shaft S12 and the power reversing clutch shaft S9 are coaxially arranged, the output shaft S12 is of a hollow structure, and the second power output shaft S13 is connected with the reversing clutch shaft S9 and penetrates through the second output shaft S12. The power reversing clutch shaft S9 is sleeved with a reverse gear driving gear 20, a forward gear driving gear 24 and a fixedly mounted power reversing clutch assembly C2. The fourth driven shaft S11 is fixedly provided with a reverse gear driven gear 21 and a forward gear driven gear 23, and a second reverse gear idler gear 22 is sleeved on the reverse gear idler shaft S10. The reverse gear driving gear 20 is meshed with a second reverse gear idler gear 22, and the second reverse gear idler gear 22 is meshed with a reverse gear driven gear 21; the forward drive gear 24 meshes with the forward driven gear 23. The first driven gear 25 is fixedly mounted on the second output shaft S12, the driving gear 26 is fixedly mounted on the fourth driven shaft S11, and the driving gear 26 is meshed with the first driven gear 25. The power reversing shell A2 is connected with the front box shell A1 through screws.
Power reversing + Hi-Lo power shift transmission module B5: the power reversing and Hi-Lo power shifting two functional modules are arranged. In the power reversing module, a power reversing clutch shaft S9, a fifth driven shaft S14 and a reverse idler shaft S10 are arranged in space and are parallel to each other; the rear part is provided with a second power output shaft S13, the second power output shaft S13 and a power reversing clutch shaft S9, a Hi-Lo clutch output shaft S16 are of hollow structures and are arranged coaxially with the power reversing clutch shaft S9, the first power output shaft S13 penetrates through the Hi-Lo clutch output shaft S16, and a driving shaft S15 and a fifth driven shaft S14 are coaxial and connected. The power reversing clutch shaft S9 is sleeved with a reverse gear driving gear 20, a forward gear driving gear 24 and a fixedly mounted power reversing clutch assembly C2. The fifth driven shaft S14 is fixedly provided with a reverse gear driven gear 21 and a forward gear driven gear 23, and the reverse gear idler shaft S10 is sleeved with a second reverse gear idler 22. The reverse gear driving gear 20 is meshed with a second reverse gear idler gear 22, and the second reverse gear idler gear 22 is meshed with a reverse gear driven gear 21; the forward drive gear 24 meshes with the forward driven gear 23. The Hi-Lo power shift module is arranged at the rear part of the power reversing module, in the Hi-Lo power shift transmission device, a driven gear 29 is fixedly arranged on a Hi gear clutch hub on a Hi-Lo power shift clutch assembly C1, a driving gear 26 is fixedly arranged on a driving shaft S15, a Lo gear driving gear 12 is fixedly arranged on the driving shaft S15, and a Lo gear driven gear 11 is fixedly arranged on a Lo gear clutch hub on the Hi-Lo power shift clutch assembly C1. The driving gear 26 is meshed with the driven gear 29, and the Lo gear driving gear 12 is meshed with the Lo gear driven gear 11. The power reversing shell A2 is connected with the front box shell A1 through screws.
Power reversing + super creeper gear transmission module B6: two functional modules of power reversing and super crawling gear are installed. In the power reversing module, a power reversing clutch shaft S9, a fifth driven shaft S14 and a reverse idler shaft S10 are arranged in space and are parallel to each other; the rear part is provided with a super crawling gear output shaft S8 which is coaxially arranged with the power reversing clutch shaft S9, the super crawling gear output shaft S8 is of a hollow structure, and a second power output shaft S13 is coaxially connected with the power reversing clutch shaft S9 and penetrates through the super crawling gear output shaft S8. The driving shaft S16 of the super crawling gear is coaxially connected with the driven shaft S14. The power reversing clutch shaft S9 is sleeved with a reverse gear driving gear 20 and a forward gear driving gear 24, and is fixedly provided with a power reversing clutch assembly C2. The fifth driven shaft S14 is fixedly provided with a reverse gear driven gear 21 and a forward gear driven gear 23, and the reverse gear idler shaft S10 is sleeved with a second reverse gear idler 22. The reverse gear driving gear 20 is meshed with a second reverse gear idler gear 22, and the second reverse gear idler gear 22 is meshed with a reverse gear driven gear 21; the forward drive gear 24 meshes with the forward driven gear 23. The super crawling gear module is arranged at the rear part of the power reversing module. In the super crawling gear transmission device, a crawling gear primary driving gear 14 is fixedly arranged on a super crawling gear driving shaft S17, and a crawling gear secondary driven gear 17 and a crawling gear tertiary driving gear 13 are combined into a duplex gear to be sleeved on the super crawling gear driving shaft S17. The first-stage driven gear 15 of the crawling gear and the second-stage driving gear 16 of the crawling gear are combined into a duplex gear which is sleeved on the output shaft S8 of the super crawling gear. The driving gear 26 is fixedly mounted on the driven shaft S17 of the secondary super-creeper gear, and the driven gear 29 is fixedly mounted on the engaging tooth holder in the gear-shifting engagement sleeve 18 of the super-creeper gear. The first-stage driving gear 14 of the crawling gear is meshed with the first-stage driven gear 15 of the crawling gear, the second-stage driving gear 16 of the crawling gear is meshed with the second-stage driven gear 17 of the crawling gear, the third-stage driving gear 13 of the crawling gear is meshed with the third-stage driven gear 19 of the crawling gear, and the driving gear 26 is meshed with the driven gear 29. The super-crawling gear meshing sleeve 18 is fixedly mounted on the super-crawling gear output shaft S8, and the meshing sleeve of the super-crawling gear meshing sleeve 18 can slide left and right along the axial direction to respectively select and be combined with the connecting teeth on the adjacent gears. The power reversing shell A2 is connected with the front box shell A1 through screws.
The power of the tractor is transmitted by the tractor transmission device in two paths, and the paths are as follows: synchronous reversing gear module B1, see fig. 1: the first power is transmitted from the first power output shaft S5 to the power output device to drive the power output shaft of the tractor.
The second power is transferred to the main transmission through the synchronous reverse transmission module B1.
The synchronous reversing gear module B1 can realize forward and reverse according to the state of the reversing synchronizer assembly 6 on the main clutch shaft S1, and the power transmission path is as follows: forward gear: the reversing synchronizer 6 slides rightward to be engaged with the connecting teeth of the first clutch output shaft S4, and power is transmitted from the main clutch shaft s1→the reversing synchronizer 6→the first clutch output shaft S4.
Reverse gear: the reversing synchronizer 6 slides leftwards to be combined with the connecting teeth of the first-stage reverse gear driving gear 1, and power is formed by a main clutch shaft S1, a first reverse gear idler gear 3, a first reverse gear driven gear 2, a first driven shaft S2, a second reverse gear driving gear 4, a second reverse gear driven gear 5 and a first output shaft S4.
Synchronous reverse +Hi-Lo powershift transmission module B2, see FIG. 2: the first power is transmitted from the first power output shaft S5 to the power output device to drive the power output shaft of the tractor.
The second power is transmitted to the main clutch shaft S1, and then transmitted from the main clutch shaft S1 to the Hi-Lo clutch shaft S7, and four gears can be realized according to the states of the reversing synchronizer assembly 6 and the Hi-Lo power shift clutch assembly C1, and the power transmission path of each gear is as follows: forward gear + Hi gear: the reversing synchronizer assembly 6 slides rightwards to be combined with Hi gear engaging teeth of the Hi-Lo power shifting clutch, hi gear in the Hi-Lo power shifting clutch assembly C1 is combined, and power is transmitted from a main clutch shaft S1 to the reversing synchronizer assembly 6 to Hi-Lo power shifting clutch assembly C1 to a Hi-Lo clutch shaft S7.
Reverse gear + Hi gear: the reversing synchronizer assembly 6 slides leftwards to be combined with the engagement teeth of the reverse first-stage driving gear 1, hi gear in the Hi-Lo power shifting clutch assembly C1 is combined, and power is formed by a main clutch shaft S1, a reverse first-stage driving gear 1, a first reverse idle gear 3, a reverse first-stage driven gear 2, a second driven shaft S6, a reverse second-stage driving gear 4, a reverse second-stage driven gear 5, a Hi-Lo power shifting clutch assembly C1 and a Hi-Lo clutch shaft S7.
Forward gear + Lo gear: the reversing synchronizer assembly 6 slides rightwards to be combined with Hi gear engaging teeth of the Hi-Lo power shifting clutch, the Lo gear in the Hi-Lo power shifting clutch assembly C1 is combined, and power is formed by a clutch driving shaft S1, the reversing synchronizer assembly 6, a reverse gear secondary driven gear 5, a reverse gear secondary driving gear 4, a second driven shaft S6, a Lo gear driving gear 12, a Lo gear driven gear 11 and a Hi-Lo clutch shaft S7.
Reverse gear + Lo gear: the reversing synchronizer assembly 6 slides leftwards to be combined with the engagement teeth of the reverse first-stage driving gear 1, the Lo gear in the Hi-Lo power shifting clutch assembly C1 is combined, and power is formed by a main clutch shaft S1, the reversing synchronizer assembly 6, the reverse first-stage driving gear 1, a first reverse idle gear 3, a reverse first-stage driven gear 2, a second driven shaft S6, a Lo gear driving gear 12, a Lo gear driven gear 11, the Hi-Lo power shifting clutch assembly C1 and a Hi-Lo clutch shaft S7.
Synchronous commutation + super creeper gear module B3, see fig. 3: the first power is transmitted from the first power output shaft S5 to the power output device to drive the power output shaft of the tractor.
The second path of power is transmitted to the main speed changing device through the synchronous reversing and super crawling transmission device.
The power is transmitted to the main clutch shaft S1, and then transmitted from the main clutch shaft S1 to the super crawling gear output shaft S8, four gears can be realized according to the states of the reversing synchronizer assembly 6 and the super crawling gear meshing sleeve assembly 18, and the power transmission path of each gear is as follows: forward gear + normal gear: the meshing sleeve on the reversing synchronizer assembly 6 slides rightwards to be combined with the engaging teeth of the reverse gear secondary driven gear 5, and the meshing sleeve on the super crawling gear meshing sleeve assembly 18 slides leftwards to be combined with the engaging teeth of the reverse gear secondary driven gear 5. The power is composed of a main clutch shaft S1, a reversing synchronizer assembly 6, a reverse gear secondary driven gear 5, a super crawling gear meshing sleeve assembly 18 and a super crawling gear output shaft S8.
Reverse gear + normal gear: the meshing sleeve on the reversing synchronizer assembly 6 slides leftwards to be combined with the engaging teeth on the reverse gear primary driving gear 1, and the meshing sleeve of the super crawling gear meshing sleeve 18 slides leftwards to be combined with the engaging teeth of the reverse gear secondary driven gear 5. The power comprises a main clutch shaft S1, a reversing synchronizer fitting 6, a reverse first-stage driving gear 1, a first reverse idle gear 3, a reverse first-stage driven gear 2, a driven shaft S6, a reverse second-stage driving gear 4, a reverse second-stage driven gear 5, a super crawling gear meshing fitting 18 and a super crawling gear output shaft S8.
Forward gear + super creeper gear: the meshing sleeve on the reversing synchronizer assembly 6 slides rightwards to be combined with the engaging teeth of the reverse gear secondary driven gear 5, and the meshing sleeve of the super crawling gear meshing sleeve 18 slides rightwards to be combined with the engaging teeth of the crawling gear tertiary driven gear 19. The power comprises a main clutch S1, a reversing synchronizer 6, a reverse gear second-stage driven gear 5, a driven shaft S6, a crawling gear first-stage driving gear 14, a crawling gear first-stage driven gear 15, a crawling gear second-stage driving gear 16, a crawling gear second-stage driven gear 17, a crawling gear third-stage driving gear 13, a crawling gear third-stage driven gear 19, a super crawling gear meshing sleeve 18 and a super crawling gear output shaft S8.
Reverse gear + super creeper gear: the meshing sleeve on the reversing synchronizer assembly 6 slides leftwards to be combined with the engaging teeth on the reverse gear primary driving gear 1, and the meshing sleeve of the super crawling gear meshing sleeve 18 slides rightwards to be combined with the engaging teeth of the crawling gear tertiary driven gear 19. The power comprises a main clutch shaft S1, a reversing synchronizer assembly 6, a reverse gear primary driving gear 1, a first reverse gear idler gear 3, a reverse gear primary driven gear 2, a driven shaft S6, a crawling gear primary driving gear 14, a crawling gear primary driven gear 15, a crawling gear secondary driving gear 16, a crawling gear secondary driven gear 17, a crawling gear tertiary driving gear 13, a crawling gear tertiary driven gear 19, a super crawling gear meshing sleeve 18 and a super crawling gear output shaft S8.
Power reversing gear module B4, see fig. 4: the first power is transmitted from the power reversing clutch shaft S9 to the power output shaft S13 and then to the power output device to drive the power output shaft of the tractor.
The second path of power is transmitted to the main speed changing device through the power reversing device.
The power is transmitted to the power reversing clutch shaft S9, then transmitted to the fourth driven shaft S11 and then transmitted to the second output shaft S12, and two forward and reverse gears are realized according to the combination state of the power reversing clutch assembly C2, and the power transmission path of each gear is as follows: forward gear: the power steering clutch assembly C2F is combined, and the power steering clutch shaft S9, the power steering clutch assembly C2, the forward gear driving gear 24, the forward gear driven gear 23, the fourth driven shaft S11, the driving gear 26, the first driven gear 25 and the second output shaft S12 are combined.
Reverse gear: the power reversing clutch assembly C2R is combined, the power reversing clutch shaft S9 is combined, the power reversing clutch assembly C2 is combined, the reverse gear driving gear 20 is combined, the second reverse gear idler gear 22 is combined, the reverse gear driven gear 21 is combined, the fourth driven shaft S11 is combined, the driving gear 26 is combined, the first driven gear 25 is combined, and the second output shaft S12 is combined.
Power reversing + Hi-Lo power shift transmission module B5, see fig. 5:
The power is transmitted to the power reversing clutch shaft S9, then transmitted to the fifth driven shaft S14 and finally transmitted to the Hi-Lo clutch output shaft S16, four gears are realized according to the combination state of the power reversing clutch assembly C2 and the Hi-Lo power shifting clutch assembly C1, and the power transmission path of each gear is as follows: forward gear + Hi gear: the power reversing clutch assembly C2F is engaged on the gear side, and the Hi-Lo power shifting clutch is engaged on the gear side. The power reversing clutch shaft S9, the power reversing clutch assembly C2, the forward gear driving gear 24, the forward gear driven gear 23, the fifth driven shaft S14, the Hi-Lo driving shaft S15, the driving gear 26, the second driven gear 29, the Hi-Lo power shifting clutch assembly C1 and the Hi-Lo clutch output shaft S16.
Reverse gear + Hi gear: the power reversing clutch assembly C2R is engaged on the gear side, and the Hi-Lo power shifting clutch is engaged on the gear side. The power reversing clutch shaft S9, the power reversing clutch assembly C2, the reverse gear driving gear 20, the second reverse gear idler gear 22, the reverse gear driven gear 21, the fifth driven shaft S14, the Hi-Lo driving shaft S15, the driving gear 26, the second driven gear 29, the Hi-Lo power shifting clutch assembly C1 and the Hi-Lo clutch output shaft S16.
Forward gear + Lo gear: the power reversing clutch assembly C2F is combined with the gear side, and the Hi-Lo power shifting clutch Lo is combined with the gear side. The power reversing clutch shaft S9, the power reversing clutch assembly C2, the forward gear driving gear 24, the forward gear driven gear 23, the fifth driven shaft S14, the Hi-Lo driving shaft S15, the Lo gear driving gear 12, the Lo gear driven gear 11, the Hi-Lo power shifting clutch assembly C1 and the Hi-Lo clutch output shaft S16.
Reverse gear + Lo gear: the power reversing clutch assembly C2R gear and the Hi-Lo power shifting clutch Lo gear side are combined. The power transmission path of each gear is as follows: forward gear + normal gear: the power steering clutch pack C2F is engaged on the gear side and the sleeve of the super crawler gear engaging sleeve 18 is slid leftward to engage with the engaging teeth of the second driven gear 29. The power reversing clutch shaft S9, the power reversing clutch assembly C2, the forward gear driving gear 24, the forward gear driven gear 23, the fifth driven shaft S14, the super crawling gear driving shaft S17, the driving gear 26, the second driven gear 29, the super crawling gear meshing assembly 18 and the super crawling gear output shaft S8.
Reverse gear + normal gear: the power steering clutch pack C2R is engaged on the gear side, and the sleeve of the super crawler gear engaging sleeve 18 is slid leftward to engage with the engaging teeth of the second driven gear 29. The power reversing clutch shaft S9, the power reversing clutch assembly C2, the reverse gear driving gear 20, the second reverse gear idler gear 22, the reverse gear driven gear 21, the fifth driven shaft S14, the super crawling gear driving shaft S17, the driving gear 26, the second driven gear 29, the super crawling gear meshing assembly 18 and the super crawling gear output shaft S8.
Forward gear + super creeper gear: the power reversing clutch assembly C2F is engaged on the gear side, and the sleeve of the super creeper gear engaging sleeve assembly 18 slides rightward to engage with the engaging teeth of the creeper gear three-stage driven gear 19. The power reversing clutch shaft S9, the power reversing clutch assembly C2, the forward gear driving gear 24, the forward gear driven gear 23, the fifth driven shaft S14, the super crawling gear driving shaft S17, the crawling gear primary driving gear 14, the crawling gear primary driven gear 15, the crawling gear secondary driving gear 16, the crawling gear secondary driven gear 17, the crawling gear tertiary driving gear 13, the crawling gear tertiary driven gear 19, the super crawling gear meshing sleeve 18 and the super crawling gear output shaft S8.

A tractor transmission of modular combination of different functions comprising: the device comprises a synchronous reversing transmission device module (B1), a synchronous reversing +Hi-Lo power shifting transmission device module (B2), a synchronous reversing +super crawling gear transmission device module (B3), a power reversing transmission device module (B4), a power reversing +Hi-Lo power shifting transmission device module (B5) and a power reversing +super crawling gear transmission device module (B6); the method is characterized in that: the synchronous reversing transmission device module (B1), the synchronous reversing+Hi-Lo power shifting transmission device module (B2), the synchronous reversing+super crawling transmission device module (B3), the power reversing transmission device module (B4), the power reversing+Hi-Lo power shifting transmission device module (B5) and the power reversing+super crawling transmission device module (B6) are independent, and all the parts are universal; the synchronous reversing transmission module (B1) comprises: a main clutch shaft (S1), a first driven shaft (S2), an idler shaft (S3), a first output shaft (S4) and a first power output shaft (S5); a reverse first-stage driving gear (1), a reverse first-stage driven gear (2), a first reverse idle gear (3), a reverse second-stage driving gear (4), a reverse second-stage driven gear (5) and a reversing synchronizer assembly (6); the three shafts of the main clutch shaft (S1), the first driven shaft (S2) and the idler shaft (S3) are spatially arranged and are parallel to each other; the rear part of the main clutch shaft (S1) is provided with a first output shaft S4 which is concentric with the main clutch shaft (S1); the main clutch shaft (S1) and the first output shaft (S4) are of hollow shaft structures; the first power output shaft (S5) penetrates through the main clutch shaft (S1) and the first output shaft (S4);
