Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of control of a dryer, in particular to a drying device, a drying method and a computer readable storage medium.
Background
The drying apparatus includes various machines having a drying function, such as a washing machine having a drying function, a spin dryer, and a separate dryer.
The existing drying apparatus usually determines the drying by detecting the conductivity of the drying object (generally, laundry), however, the conductivity of different drying objects may be different, for example, some laundry to be dried has metal such as zipper, and the content of laundry in the laundry drum is different, which also causes the conductivity to be different, so the drying is determined by detecting the conductivity of the drying object, and the erroneous determination may occur.
Disclosure of Invention
One of the objects of the present invention is to provide a drying apparatus which is advantageous for accurate dry judgment.
In order to achieve the purpose, the drying equipment comprises a clothes drum, an air flow channel, a dehumidifying device, an air flow agitating device, an air flow heating device and an electric conductivity detecting device, wherein the air flow channel and the clothes drum are connected in series end to form an air flow circulating channel; the dehumidifying means is located upstream of the air flow heating means in the direction of the air flow in the air flow channel.
Therefore, the drying device is structurally designed, so that whether the clothes are dried or not is judged by detecting the conductivity of the airflow in the airflow channel, the drying process is not influenced by the material and the quantity of the clothes, and the drying accuracy is improved.
One preferred scheme is that the air flow channel comprises a condensation section, the lower end of the condensation section is communicated with the clothes drum, the dehumidifying device is a spraying dehumidifying device, the spraying dehumidifying device is arranged in the condensation section, and the conductivity detection device is positioned at the downstream of the spraying dehumidifying device along the air flow direction in the air flow channel.
Therefore, the spraying dehumidification device sprays cooling water to the condensation section to cool the air flow in the condensation section, so that water vapor in the air flow in the condensation section is condensed and liquefied, and the dehumidification purpose is achieved; and because the air current humidity before and after the dehumidification of the spray dehumidification device has a positive correlation, the air current humidity after the condensation liquefaction dehumidification still can reflect the drying degree of the clothes, the air current conductivity after the condensation liquefaction dehumidification still can reflect the drying degree of the clothes, and the clothes can still be judged to be dried to the set degree when the air current conductivity after the condensation night liquefaction dehumidification is reduced to the preset drying conductivity.
The further scheme is that the airflow heating device is positioned between the spraying and dehumidifying device and the conductivity detection device.
Therefore, the airflow temperature detected by the conductivity detection device is kept in the set range, the influence of the temperature on the airflow conductivity is favorably reduced, the accuracy and the stability of the corresponding relation between the airflow conductivity and the airflow humidity are favorably improved, the accuracy and the stability of the corresponding relation between the airflow conductivity and the clothes drying degree in an airflow channel are improved, and the clothes drying judgment accuracy is favorably improved.
In a further proposal, the airflow blast device is positioned between the spray dehumidification device and the airflow heating device.
In another preferred embodiment, the dehumidifying device is an evaporator.
From the above, it can be seen that the conductivity of the gas stream is not affected by the cooling water.
In a further preferred embodiment, the air flow heating device comprises an electric heating tube.
The second objective of the present invention is to provide a method for judging dryness applied to the aforementioned drying device, comprising: and (3) after the drying is started for a period of time, acquiring the conductivity detected by the conductivity detection device, and when the conductivity is lower than the preset drying standard conductivity, judging that the drying is performed to a set degree.
Therefore, the trunk judging process of the invention is not influenced by the material, quantity and the like of the clothes, and is beneficial to improving the trunk judging accuracy.
In a preferred embodiment, after the conductivity detected by the conductivity detection device is obtained, the timing for determining whether to dry the fabric next time is determined according to a preset conductivity-interval time correspondence table.
Therefore, the method is not only beneficial to reducing the judgment frequency of whether the clothes are dried or not and reducing the program operation load of drying judgment, but also can judge that the clothes are dried in time.
The further scheme is that the air flow heating device is started to operate when the temperature of the air flow heating device is lower than a first preset temperature, the air flow heating device is stopped to operate when the temperature of the air flow heating device is higher than a second preset temperature, and one start-stop of the air flow heating device is an operation period;
the conductivity-interval time corresponding table is a conductivity-interval operation period corresponding table, and after the conductivity detected by the conductivity detection device is obtained, the number of operation periods needing to be spaced before drying is determined according to a preset conductivity-interval operation period corresponding table.
Therefore, the airflow temperature is the same when the clothes are dried or not is judged each time, the influence of the airflow temperature on the conductivity is favorably reduced, and the airflow conductivity accurately reflects the drying degree of the clothes; and, when judging that drying has been carried out to the set level and the drying is stopped, if the air current heating device still keeps the relatively high temperature, or the air current heating device is being in the heating, all can cause thermal waste, this technical scheme can be stable before the air current drying device will need restart at the opportunity of judging whether drying, like this for drying to the set level and when stopping drying for the judgement result, the air current heating device keeps at the relatively low temperature, avoid appearing the air current heating device still keeps the relatively high temperature when judging that drying has been carried out, be favorable to the energy saving.
It is a further object of the present invention to provide a computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when executed, implements the steps of the method for judging the trunk.
Drawings
FIG. 1 is a schematic view of an embodiment of a drying apparatus of the present invention;
fig. 2 is a flowchart of an embodiment of the method for judging the trunk.
Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1, the drying apparatus of the present embodiment includes a laundry drum 1 and an airflow channel 2 formed on the drying apparatus, an airflow inlet 22 and an airflow outlet 23 of the airflow channel 2 are respectively communicated with two opposite ends of the laundry drum 1, and the airflow channel 2 and the laundry drum 1 are connected in series to form an airflow circulation channel.
The drying equipment further comprises a dehumidifying device 3, an airflow blowing device 4, an airflow heating device 5 and a conductivity detection device 6, wherein the dehumidifying device 3, the airflow blowing device 4, the airflow heating device 5 and the conductivity detection device 6 are all arranged in the airflow channel 2, the airflow blowing device 4 can be a fan, for example, and the fan blows airflow to circularly flow in the airflow channel 2 and the clothes drum 1 (refer to the arrow direction of fig. 1), and the dehumidifying device 3 is located at the upstream of the airflow heating device 5 along the airflow direction in the airflow channel 2.
The airflow blowing device 4 blows the airflow heated by the airflow heating device 5 into the clothing cylinder 1 through the airflow outlet 23, the heated airflow carries the moisture in the clothing out of the clothing cylinder 1 and flows into the airflow channel 2 through the airflow inlet, the airflow which just flows into the airflow channel 2 carries the moisture carried out from the clothing and is cooled by the dehumidifying device 3, at the moment, the water vapor in the airflow is partially condensed and liquefied, and the formed condensed water flows out of the airflow channel from the preset liquid discharge channel 211.
The air flow humidity has a large influence on the conductivity of the air flow, and the air flow humidity and the air flow conductivity are in a positive correlation; when the humidity of the clothes is higher, the humidity of the air flow in the air flow channel 2 is correspondingly higher, and the conductivity of the air flow in the air flow channel 2 is correspondingly higher; as the clothes are dried, the humidity of the air flow in the air flow channel 2 is gradually reduced, and the conductivity of the air flow in the air flow channel 2 is also gradually reduced; when the clothes are dried to be lower than the set humidity, the clothes are determined to be dried, the air flow humidity and the conductivity in the air flow channel 2 are also lower than the corresponding set values, the conductivity detection device 6 detects the conductivity of the air flow in the air flow channel 2, and when the detected conductivity is lower than the preset drying conductivity, the clothes are determined to be dried to the set degree.
Whether the clothes are dried or not is judged by detecting the conductivity of the air flow in the air flow channel 2, the drying process is not affected by the material quality, the quantity and the like of the clothes, and the drying judgment accuracy is improved.
Specifically, the dehumidifier 3 is a spray dehumidifier, and the spray dehumidifier includes a spray header 31, the spray header 31 sprays cooling water to the airflow channel 2, and water vapor in the airflow meets the cooling water and condenses into a liquid state, and flows out of the airflow channel 2 along with a preset liquid discharge channel 211.
Specifically, the gas flow channel 2 includes a condensation section 21, and alternatively, the condensation section 21 may be in a vertical direction, and may also be in an inclined direction having a vertical component; airflow channel 2's air inlet is located the lower extreme of condensation segment 21, condensation segment 21's lower extreme still is equipped with liquid discharge channel 211, condensation segment 21 is located to shower head 31, shower head 31 sprays cooling water in to condensation segment 21, the vapor of leading-in condensation segment 21 of a clothing section of thick bamboo 1 meets the partial condensation liquefaction behind the cooling water, the liquid water that produces flows out to airflow channel 2 outside through liquid discharge channel 211, along the air current direction in airflow channel 2, conductivity detection device 6 is located dehydrating unit 3's low reaches. Since the shower head 31 sprays the cooling water to the condensation section 21, and the condensed and liquefied cooling water flows out of the condensation section 21 along with the liquid discharge channel 211 on the condensation section 21, the air flow at the upstream of the shower head 31 in the condensation section 21 has a large amount of cooling water, and the conductivity of the air flow at the upstream of the shower head 31 cannot accurately reflect whether the clothes in the washing drum are dried or not, therefore, the conductivity detection device 6 is arranged at the downstream of the dehumidification device 3, so that the conductivity of the air flow after being cooled and dehumidified by the shower head 31 is detected by the conductivity detection device 6, and the detection of the conductivity can avoid the influence of the cooling water.
In addition, the dehumidification device 3 only partially liquefies the water vapor in the airflow of the condensation section 21, and the water content in the airflow before and after condensation and liquefaction through the dehumidification device 3 still shows positive correlation, that is, the higher the water content of the airflow before condensation and liquefaction, the higher the water content after condensation and liquefaction; therefore, the humidity of the air flow after condensation, liquefaction and dehumidification can still reflect the drying degree of the clothes, the conductivity of the air flow after condensation, liquefaction and dehumidification can still reflect the drying degree of the clothes, and the clothes can still be judged to be dried to the set degree by reducing the conductivity of the air flow after condensation, liquefaction and dehumidification to the preset drying conductivity, of course, when the clothes are dried to the same degree, the conductivity of the air flow after condensation and dehumidification should be lower than that of the air flow before condensation and dehumidification, so compared with the case that the conductivity detection device 6 is arranged at the upstream of the dehumidification device 3, under the condition that the set drying degree of the clothes is the same, the preset drying conductivity when the conductivity detection device 6 is arranged at the downstream of the dehumidification device 3 is lower.
The electrical conductivity of the air flow is influenced not only by the humidity of the air flow but also by the temperature of the air flow, so that preferably the air flow heating means 5 are located between the spray dehumidifying means and the conductivity detecting means 6 in the direction of the air flow in the air flow channel 2. The airflow temperature detected by the conductivity detection device 6 is kept in the set range, so that the influence of the temperature on the airflow conductivity is favorably reduced, the accuracy and the stability of the corresponding relation between the airflow conductivity and the airflow humidity are favorably improved, the accuracy and the stability of the corresponding relation between the airflow conductivity and the clothes drying degree in the airflow channel 2 are improved, and the clothes drying judgment accuracy is favorably improved.
Preferably, the air flow agitating device 4 is located between the spray dehumidifying device and the air flow heating device 5 along the air flow direction in the air flow channel 2. The cooled air flow is blown to the air flow heating device 5 by the air flow blowing device 4 for heating.
Alternatively, the dehumidifying device 3 may also be an evaporator in a heat pump system, and the evaporator is used to absorb heat of surrounding air flow to cool and dehumidify the air flow, so that the conductivity of the air flow is not affected by cooling water, however, the cost for carrying a heat pump system for the drying apparatus is expensive.
Preferably, in the method for determining whether to dry, after the conductivity detected by the conductivity detection device 6 is obtained, the timing for determining whether to dry next time is determined according to a preset conductivity-interval time correspondence table. Specifically, the airflow heating device 5 is an electric heating pipe, when the drying apparatus is operating, firstly the electric heating pipe is heated to the drying upper limit temperature, for example, the drying upper limit temperature is 120 °, then the electric heating pipe stops heating, as the drying process proceeds, the airflow gradually takes away heat of the electric heating pipe, the electric heating pipe is gradually cooled until the electric heating pipe is cooled to the drying lower limit temperature, for example, after the drying lower limit temperature is 90 °, the electric heating pipe is heated again to 120 °, once heating and cooling of the electric heating pipe is set to a drying cycle, after the electric conductivity detected by the electric conductivity detection device 6 is obtained, the timing of next detection and judgment on whether to dry is determined according to a preset electric conductivity-interval operation cycle correspondence table, for example, three electric conductivity ranges of high and medium and low are set, when the electric conductivity detected by the electric conductivity detection device 6 is in, after the drying equipment continues to operate for 5 drying cycles, detecting and judging whether the clothes are dried or not; when the conductivity detected by the conductivity detection device 6 is in a medium conductivity range, the drying equipment continues to operate for 3 drying cycles, and then detects and judges whether the clothes are dried or not; when the conductivity detected by the conductivity detection device 6 is in a lower conductivity range, the drying equipment continues to operate for 1 drying cycle to detect and judge whether the clothes are dried. Therefore, the method is not only beneficial to reducing the judgment frequency of whether the clothes are dried or not and reducing the program operation load of drying judgment, but also can judge that the clothes are dried in time.
Specifically, referring to fig. 2, the method for determining a trunk according to the embodiment includes: s1, operating for a first preset time after the drying equipment is started; then, step S2 is executed to obtain the conductivity detected by the conductivity detection device 6; then, executing a step S3, judging whether the conductivity acquired at the current time is lower than the preset drying conductivity, if so, executing a step S4, judging that the clothes are dried to a set degree, and controlling the drying equipment to stop running; otherwise, the step S5 is performed to determine that the laundry is not dried, and the interval time (e.g., 3 drying cycles) for acquiring the conductivity next time and determining whether drying needs to be performed is determined according to the preset conductivity-interval time, and then the step S6 is performed to continue to operate the determined interval operation cycle, and then the step S2 is performed again.
The computer program for implementing the method for judging the trunk may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium. Based on such understanding, all or part of the flow of the embodiments of the method for determining the trunk of the present invention may also be implemented by a computer program, which may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium, and when the computer program is executed by a processor, the computer program may implement the steps of the method for determining the trunk.
Wherein the computer program comprises computer program code, which may be in the form of source code, object code, an executable file or some intermediate form, etc. The computer readable medium may include: any entity or device capable of carrying computer program code, recording medium, U.S. disk, removable hard disk, magnetic disk, optical disk, computer Memory, Read-Only Memory (ROM), Random Access Memory (RAM), electrical carrier wave signals, telecommunications signals, software distribution media, and the like. It should be noted that the computer readable medium may contain other components which may be suitably increased or decreased as required by legislation and patent practice in jurisdictions, for example, in some jurisdictions, in accordance with legislation and patent practice, the computer readable medium does not include electrical carrier signals and telecommunications signals.
Finally, it should be emphasized that the above-described preferred embodiments of the present invention are merely examples of implementations, rather than limitations, and that many variations and modifications of the invention are possible to those skilled in the art, without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
