The working principle of the specific embodiment is as follows: conveying sewage to be treated from a liquid inlet 5 to the inside of a filtering cylinder 3 through an external suction pump, sealing a impurity removing port 8 by a baffle plate 10 at the moment, taking the axes of a first rotating shaft 4 and a second rotating shaft 14 as a vertical axis, filtering large-particle impurities onto a screen plate 6 when the sewage passes through the screen plate 6 and a sand filtering layer 7, dropping the primarily filtered sewage into the inside of a filtering box 13 from a through hole at the bottom of the filtering cylinder 3, filtering the sewage through the inside of an active carbon layer and a cation resin exchange layer 22, and discharging the sewage into an external collecting device from a water outlet pipe 24 for next treatment; when impurities in the filtering cylinder 3 and impurities in the filtering box 13 need to be removed, the driving motor 25-5 is started through a control switch on the electric cabinet 2, an output shaft of the driving motor 25-5 drives the reel 25-3 to rotate, so that the reel 25-3 winds the steel wire rope 25-1 on the outer side wall of the reel, the steel wire rope 25-1 is shortened, the filtering box 13 is driven to rotate around the first rotating shaft 4, the impurity removing port 8 is gradually exposed, the filtering box 13 rotates anticlockwise by 90 degrees, a worker draws the end plate 18 out of the filtering box 13 through the buckle 20, impurities in the filtering box 13 flow out along the inserted hole of the net cage 17, and the activated carbon layer 21 and the cationic resin layer 22 can be subjected to impurity removal and cleaning; the baffle 10 is slid into the placing groove 9 on the upper side by poking the poking block on the sliding groove 12, the impurity removing opening 8 is exposed, a worker removes large-particle impurities on the screen plate 6, after cleaning is completed, the baffle 10 is reset, the steel wire rope 25-1 is loosened through the driving motor 25-5, and the filter box 13 is reset.
After adopting above-mentioned structure, this embodiment beneficial effect does:
1. the filter box 13 is rotated by the rotary lifting mechanism 25, so that the impurity discharging port is exposed, and the steps of discharging large-particle impurities filtered on the screen plate 6 and discharging pollution and removing impurities are convenient and quick;
2. the filter box 13 is rotated through the rotary lifting mechanism 25, so that the net box 17 is in a vertical state, small-particle impurities flow out along the inserted holes of the net box 17, and the activated carbon layer 21 and the cation resin exchange layer 22 can be cleaned by removing the impurities, so that when workers need to replace the filter material in the filter cylinder, the filter cylinder is convenient, and the operation difficulty of the workers is reduced;
3. the sand filter layer 7, the activated carbon layer 21 and the cation resin exchange layer 22 are adopted to carry out multi-layer filtration on the sewage, so that the filtration effect is improved.

A sewage treatment device filtering device convenient for disassembly and impurity removal comprises a frame (1) and an electric cabinet (2); an electric cabinet (2) is fixedly arranged on the front side wall of the frame (1); the method is characterized in that: the device also comprises a filtering cylinder (3), a filtering box (13), a liquid inlet (5), a liquid outlet (23), a water outlet pipe (24) and a rotary lifting mechanism (25); a filtering cylinder (3) is arranged at the upper part of the left side of the rack (1), first rotating shafts (4) are vertically and fixedly arranged in the middle parts of the front side surface and the rear side surface of the filtering cylinder (3), and the front end and the rear end of each first rotating shaft (4) are respectively and fixedly arranged at the front side and the rear side of the rack (1); a liquid inlet (5) is fixedly arranged at the upper part of the filtering cylinder (3), and the liquid inlet (5) is communicated with the inside of the filtering cylinder (3); a screen plate (6) is fixedly arranged in the middle of the inner side of the filtering cylinder (3), the peripheral walls of the screen plate (6) are fixedly arranged on the inner side wall of the filtering cylinder (3), and a sand filtering layer (7) is fixedly filled in the filtering cylinder (3) below the screen plate (6); a sundry removing port (8) is fixedly formed in the left side wall of the filtering cylinder (3) above the screen plate (6), the bottom side face of the sundry removing port (8) is flush with the upper side face of the left side of the screen plate (6), a placing groove (9) is fixedly formed in the left side wall of the filtering cylinder (3) around the sundry removing port (8), a baffle (10) is covered on the sundry removing port (8), four side edges of the baffle (10) are movably embedded in the placing groove (9), a shifting block (11) is fixedly arranged on the left side wall of the baffle (10), a sliding groove (12) is fixedly formed in the outer side wall of the left side of the filtering cylinder (3), the sliding groove (12) is communicated with the placing groove (9) in the upper side of the sundry removing port (8), and the shifting block (11) is slidably arranged in the sliding groove (12); the bottom of the filtering cylinder (3) is provided with a filtering box (13), the filtering box (13) is of a hollow structure with an opening at the upper side, the shape of the upper side of the filtering box (13) is fitted with the shape of the outer side wall of the filtering cylinder (3), and the filtering cylinder (3) is communicated with the inside of the filtering box (13) through a plurality of through holes formed in the bottom of the filtering cylinder; a second rotating shaft (14) is vertically and fixedly arranged in the middle of the front side wall and the rear side wall of the filter box (13), the outer end of the second rotating shaft (14) is rotatably sleeved with a connecting strip (15) through a bearing, and the upper end of the connecting strip (15) is rotatably sleeved on the first rotating shaft (4) in the corresponding position through the bearing; two slots (16) are sequentially and symmetrically and fixedly arranged on the front side wall and the rear side wall in the filter box (13) from top to bottom, the right side edge of the net box (17) penetrates through the left side wall of the filter box (13) and then is movably inserted into the slots (16), an end plate (18) is fixedly arranged on the left side of the net box (17), the end plate (18) is embedded in the left side wall of the filter box (13), the left side wall of the end plate (18) and the left side wall of the filter box (13) are positioned on the same vertical surface, lugs (19) are fixedly arranged on the left side wall of the end plate (18), hasps (20) are arranged on the left side wall of the filter box (13) in a matched mode, and the hasps (20) are in lap joint with the lugs (19) on the corresponding; the net cages (17) at the upper and lower sides are respectively filled with an activated carbon layer (21) and a cation resin exchange layer (22); a liquid outlet (23) is fixedly formed in the bottom of the filter box (13), a water outlet pipe (24) is fixedly connected to the liquid outlet (23), and the outer end of the water outlet pipe (24) is connected with external water treatment equipment; the right side of the filter box (13) is connected with a rotary lifting mechanism (25);
the rotary lifting mechanism (25) comprises a steel wire rope (25-1), a hanging ring (25-2), a reel (25-3), a shaft seat (25-4), a driving motor (25-5), a synchronous wheel (25-6) and a synchronous belt (25-7); hanging rings (25-2) are symmetrically and fixedly arranged on the front side and the rear side of the right side wall of the filter box (13), and steel wire ropes (25-1) are fixedly connected to the hanging rings (25-2); shaft seats (25-4) are symmetrically and fixedly arranged on the front side and the rear side of the upper part of the left side wall of the rack (1), a scroll (25-3) is rotatably arranged between the two shaft seats (25-4) through a bearing, and the front end of the scroll (25-3) extends to the front side of the shaft seat (25-4); the upper end of the steel wire rope (25-1) is wound on the reel (25-3); the upper part of the rack (1) is fixedly provided with a driving motor (25-5) through a motor support, the driving motor (25-5) is connected with a power supply in the electric cabinet (2), the output shaft of the driving motor (25-5) and the extending end of the front side of the scroll (25-3) are both fixedly sleeved with synchronizing wheels (25-6), and the two synchronizing wheels (25-6) are connected through a synchronizing belt (25-7).
