Example one
The present invention provides a belt conveyor counterweight box, as shown in fig. 1, the counterweight box 100 comprising: an outer box body 10, an inner box body 20 and a pressure detection device 30; the inner box 20 is used for accommodating the counterweight block 110, and the inner box 20 is arranged in the outer box 10 and can move in the vertical direction relative to the outer box 10; the pressure detection device 30 is mounted on the outer case 10, connected to the inner case 20, and used for carrying the inner case 20.
When the weight box 100 is used, the outer case 10 is suspended and connected to the drum 200 of the belt conveyor; the balancing weight 110 is placed in the inner box body 20, the gravity of the balancing weight 110 drives the inner box body 20 to move downwards in the outer box body 10, the gravity of the inner box body 20 and the balancing weight 110 acts on the pressure detection device 30, the weight of the loaded balancing weight can be measured by the pressure detection device 30, so that the balancing weight can be loaded according to the designed balancing weight, and the accuracy of the weight of the balancing weight is improved.
The total weight of counter weight can produce great influence to belt conveyor operation's stability, and the inventor has also found that, when the focus of weight box and balancing weight thereof is partial to one side, belt conveyor operation's stability also can receive great interference, appears the belt off tracking easily.
In order to alleviate the above problems, the inventor further improves the belt conveyor counterweight box: the weight box 100 includes a plurality of pressure detecting devices 30, and the plurality of pressure detecting devices 30 include a first pressure detecting device 31 and a second pressure detecting device 32, as shown in fig. 1, the first pressure detecting device 31 and the second pressure detecting device 32 are respectively disposed at two ends of the bottom wall of the inner box 20. Referring to fig. 4, both ends of the bottom wall of the inner casing 20 are distributed along the axial direction of the drum 200, and both ends of the outer casing 10 are respectively and correspondingly connected to both ends of the rotating shaft 210 of the drum. When the distribution of the weight blocks in the weight box is deviated to one end, the stress on the two ends of the drum 200 is unbalanced. The first pressure detecting device 31 and the second pressure detecting device 32 measure the stress at both ends of the inner case 20, respectively, so as to regulate the stress at both ends of the drum 200.
When loading is performed, by keeping the measured value of the first pressure detecting device 31 and the measured value of the second pressure detecting device 32 consistent, the clump weights 110 in the weight box 100 can be distributed more uniformly, so that the stress at the two ends of the roller 200 can be kept balanced.
When the belt conveyor runs and a fault such as deviation of the belt 300 occurs, the total weight of the counterweight and the distribution of the counterweight in the counterweight box 100 can be measured by the first pressure detection device 31 and the second pressure detection device 32, so that the relation between the fault and the counterweight can be known and summarized, and the fault can be solved. For example: when the belt 300 deviates in a direction in which the first pressure detection device 31 points to the second pressure detection device 32, the distribution position of the counterweight in the weight box 100 may be adjusted to decrease the measurement value of the first pressure detection device 31 and/or increase the measurement value of the second pressure detection device 32, so as to achieve deviation correction.
Further, the inner box 20 is rectangular; the plurality of pressure detection devices 30 include 2 first pressure detection devices 31 and 2 second pressure detection devices 32, as shown in fig. 2, the 2 first pressure detection devices 31 and the 2 second pressure detection devices 32 are respectively disposed at the corners of the bottom wall of the inner box 20, so as to more accurately measure the weight at the four corners of the inner box 20, facilitate adjustment of the distribution of the weights 110 in the inner box 20, and improve the running stability of the belt conveyor.

When a plurality of pressure sensors 40 are provided in the weight box 100, the display device 50 simultaneously displays the detection values of the respective pressure sensors 40 and the sum of the detection values under the control of the controller 72. Preferably, the display device 50 employs a display panel 51, and the display panel 51 is mounted on an outer sidewall of the outer case 10.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the weight box 100 includes an alarm device 60 and a controller 72 connected to the pressure sensor 40, wherein the controller 72 is connected to the alarm device 60 for controlling the alarm device 60 to issue an alarm when the value detected by the pressure sensor 40 exceeds an overweight threshold.
Specifically, the controller 72 includes an input through which an overweight threshold may be set. During loading, the controller 72 sums the detection values of the respective pressure sensors 40 and compares the sum of the detection values with the overweight threshold value. When the sum of the detection values is greater than the overweight threshold, the controller 72 controls the alarm device 60 to issue an alarm. Preferably, the alarm device 60 comprises a buzzer 61.
Further, the controller 72 employs a PLC controller 73.
