Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of nursing product packaging, in particular to an outer bag film of a personal nursing product and a packaging bag thereof.
Background
Personal care products such as nursing pads, diapers, sanitary napkins, anti-galactorrhea pads, disposable underpants and the like are widely used in special periods such as hospital operations, gynecological examinations, puerperal nursing, infant nursing, paralyzed patients, patients with incontinence of urine and feces, patients with mobility difficulties, female menstrual period and the like because of convenient nursing and effective prevention of cross infection. These care products are typically in direct contact with human skin and therefore require rigorous sterilization and packaging for shipping. This requires that the outer bag which contains these products have excellent barrier, tear and heat seal properties, while at the same time a certain amount of hiding is required in order to protect the privacy of the individual against embarrassment when choosing and carrying them.
Most of the existing nursing product packaging bags are aluminum-plastic composite packaging films, for example, the patent with the name of CN 204384012U as the composite packaging film for the sanitary product packaging bag discloses a packaging film which is formed by compounding a PE layer and a VMPE layer, has good barrier property, flexibility and heat sealing property, but has poor tear resistance and durability, does not have covering property, and cannot meet market demands.
In addition, the existing nursing product packaging bag is not easy to open, and can not be resealed or has poor sealing effect after being mostly opened, so that the nursing product is invaded by bacteria, deliquesced and oxidized, and the storage life of the nursing product is shortened.
Therefore, there is a need to develop a new outer bag film for personal care products and a new outer bag for personal care products, so as to solve the above problems.
Disclosure of Invention
A first object of the present invention is to provide a personal care product overpouch film.

the raw material of the heat sealing layer is a mixture of 70 wt% of MLLDPE and 30 wt% of EVA.
Further, the raw material of the heat sealing layer is a mixture of 70 wt% of Surlyn and 30 wt% of EVA
Further, the thicknesses of the extinction layer, the covering layer, the upper adhesive layer, the high barrier layer, the lower adhesive layer, the water-resistant layer and the heat-sealing layer are respectively 10-20%, 5-10%, 10-20% and 10-20% of the total film thickness.
Furthermore, the thicknesses of the extinction layer, the covering layer, the upper adhesive layer, the high barrier layer, the lower adhesive layer, the water-resistant layer and the heat-sealing layer are respectively 18%, 17%, 10%, 7%, 10%, 18% and 20% of the total film thickness.
Further, the TIE has a density ranging from 0.91 to 0.925g/ml and a melt index ranging from 1 to 5.
Further, the density of the EVOH ranges from 1.17 g/ml to 1.25g/ml, and the ethylene content of the EVOH is lower than 44%.
The second aspect of the present invention provides a method for preparing the personal care product outer bag film, comprising the following steps:
preparing raw material particles according to the components of the structure of the extinction layer, the covering layer, the upper bonding layer, the high barrier layer, the lower bonding layer, the water-resistant layer and the heat-sealing layer, respectively sending the raw material particles of each layer into corresponding hoppers of an extruder from top to bottom, extruding and blowing the raw material particles through corresponding die orifices after melting to form film bubbles, determining the diameter and the thickness of the film bubbles through a sizing cage through an air ring, and then cutting and rolling to obtain the outer bag film of the personal care product.
Further, the melting temperatures of the extinction layer, the cover layer, the upper adhesion layer, the high barrier layer, the lower adhesion layer, the water-resistant layer and the heat-sealing layer are respectively 170-220 ℃, 180-230 ℃, 180-210 ℃, 180-230 ℃, 180-220 ℃ and 180-220 ℃.
The invention provides a packaging bag made of the outer bag film, which comprises a bag body, wherein an opening area is arranged on the front surface of the bag body, and an opening strip is arranged right above the opening area; the opening area comprises a first sub-gluing area, a sealing line, a sealing groove and a second sub-gluing area; a group of sealing grooves are horizontally arranged at the section from the sealing line to the upper edge of the opening area and the section from the sealing line to the lower edge of the opening area; the opening strip comprises an opening strip main body, one end of the opening strip main body and the rightmost end of the opening area are integrally designed, and the other end of the opening strip main body is provided with an opening section; the inner side of the uncovering strip main body is provided with a first primary adhesive area, a sealing rib and a second primary adhesive area at the positions corresponding to the first secondary adhesive area, the sealing groove and the second secondary adhesive area.
Furthermore, the first sub-gluing area and the second sub-gluing area are respectively arranged at the left end and the right end of the opening area; the sealing line is arranged on the central line of the opening area, and two ends of the sealing line are respectively connected with the first sub-gluing area and the second sub-gluing area.
Further, the length and width of the main body of the uncovering strip are consistent with those of the opening area.
Further, the length of the opening area is consistent with the length of the front surface of the bag body.
Further, the length, the thickness and the height of the sealing convex edge are matched with the length, the width and the depth of the sealing groove.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages and beneficial effects that:
1. the outer bag film is produced by a multilayer coextrusion film blowing process, and the surface layer is made of a mixture of EVA and a delustering material, so that the surface layer has a matte effect and good flexibility, and the outer bag film is more marketable; meanwhile, the design of the covering layer made of the mixture of LDP E and white masterbatch can well cover the packaged product, thereby effectively preventing embarrassment when customers select and carry the product; the water-resistant layer made of the mixture of LDPE and LLDPE effectively prevents water vapor in the air from accumulating on the surface of the barrier layer through the surface layer to cause the barrier layer to be corroded and lose efficacy, thereby prolonging the service life of the bagged film; the heat sealing layer adopts the mixed design of MLLDPE and EVA, not only plays a role in low-temperature sealing, but also has an antibacterial function; in addition, the adhesive layer adopts the mixed design of TIE and LLDPE, so that the adhesion degree of the outer bag film is greatly improved, and the tear resistance of the outer bag film is improved;
2. the design of the opening area and the uncovering strip of the packaging bag of the invention facilitates the bag opening to take the product, and the resealing function of the packaging bag better prevents the entry of external bacteria and the deliquescence and oxidation of the product, thereby prolonging the storage life of the product.
