the elastic support piece is arranged between the side support and the middle support, one end of the elastic support piece is connected to the side support or the upper connecting rod or the lower connecting rod, and the other end of the elastic support piece is connected with the middle support.

8. A scooter comprises a frame and is characterized by further comprising the swing device for the scooter of claims 1-4, wherein rear wheels are mounted on the side supports, and the middle support is connected with the frame.

A scooter, comprising a frame and characterized by further comprising the swing device for the scooter of claims 5-7, wherein the side bracket is provided with a rear wheel, the middle bracket is connected with the frame, the connecting bracket is connected with the frame, and an automobile shock absorber extending up and down is arranged between the frame and the auxiliary beam.
