The embodiment of the present application provides a display device, as shown in fig. 1, 4 and 5, the seat armrest 2 includes a connecting unit 21, a moving unit 22 and a tension unit 23. The display device 1 is provided on the moving unit 22, and the moving unit 22 is connected to the connecting unit 21 by the stretching unit 23.
The stretching unit 23 includes two telescopic rods 231 and a connecting rod 232 connected to the telescopic rods 231, the connecting rod 232 is further provided with a rotating portion 233, and the rotating portion 233 is connected to the moving unit 22. As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the telescopic bar 231 is configured to change a distance between the moving unit 22 and the connecting unit 21 when being extended and contracted. The moving unit 22 is rotated with respect to the connecting unit 21 by the rotating portion 233. In other embodiments of the present application, the stretching unit may include only one telescopic rod, or may include a plurality of telescopic rods.
The seat armrest with the display device provided by the embodiment of the application comprises a connecting unit 21, a moving unit 22 and a stretching unit 23, wherein the seat armrest 2 comprises a seat armrest body and a seat armrest body. The moving unit 22 can change the distance between the moving unit and the connecting unit 21 through the telescopic rod 231 in the stretching unit 23; it is also possible to rotate relative to the connection unit 21 by the rotation part 233 in the tension unit 23. The display device 1 is arranged on the mobile unit 22, so that the orientation and the visual angle of the display device 1 relative to the user can be adjusted, and the requirements of user groups on the use modes and the interaction modes of different application scenes of the display device are met.
In some embodiments of the present application, as shown in fig. 7, the rotating part 233 may include a first cylinder 2331 connected to the connecting rod 232, a second cylinder 2332 is disposed inside the first cylinder 2331, and the second cylinder 2332 is connected to the moving unit 22. The moving unit 22 can rotate around the second cylinder 2332, thereby enabling the moving unit 22 to rotate around the rotating part 233. Or the moving unit 22 rotates the second cylinder 2332 inside the first cylinder 2331, thereby achieving the rotation of the moving unit 22 with respect to the connecting unit 21.
In other embodiments of the present application, two third limiting blocks may be further disposed on the inner wall of the first cylinder, and a fourth limiting block may be disposed on the outer wall of the second cylinder, and the fourth limiting block moves between the two third limiting blocks. The fourth stopper and the third stopper are used to limit the rotation range of the mobile unit. The angle between the connecting line between the centers of the two third stoppers and the center of the second cylinder is not more than 150 °, that is, the maximum range of the movable unit 22 that can rotate left and right relative to the stretching unit is 75 °. Alternatively, the maximum range over which the moving unit 22 can be rotated left and right with respect to the tension unit is 45 °.
Further, in order to realize the longitudinal angle adjustability of the moving unit, the middle part of the connecting rod may be further provided with a rotating rod, the rotating rod may rotate relative to the two ends of the connecting rod, and the first cylinder is fixedly connected with the rotating rod. When the seat is in a horizontal position, two ends of the rotating rod can rotate up and down in the connecting rod, or the rotating rod is sleeved on the outer side of the connecting rod and rotates up and down around the connecting rod, so that the moving unit drives the rotating part to rotate on the connecting rod, and the longitudinal angle adjustment of the display device is realized. The joint of the rotating rod and the connecting rod can be further provided with a positioning device so as to fix the longitudinal angle of the mobile unit.
In the embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 5, the stretching unit 23 may include two telescopic bars 231 arranged in parallel. The first end of the telescopic bar 231 may be disposed at the bottom of the connection unit 21, and the second end may be disposed at the bottom of the moving unit 22. A connecting rod 232 may be disposed between the second ends of the two telescopic rods, and an axial direction of the connecting rod 232 is perpendicular to an axial direction of the telescopic rod 231. Both ends of the connecting rod 232 are respectively bent toward the second ends of the two telescopic rods 231.
As shown in fig. 6, the telescopic bar 231 may include a lever 2311 and a moving bar 2312 received within the lever 2311. As shown in fig. 8, when the moving unit 22 is brought into contact with the opposite sides of the connecting unit 21, the moving bar 2312 is received in the lever 2311. When the opposite sides of the moving unit 22 and the connecting unit 21, which are in contact, are separated, the moving rod 2312 is moved outward from the sleeve rod 2311 in the axial direction (i.e., the length direction of the handle).
In the embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 6, the lever 2311 may include a first lever portion 23111, a second lever portion 23112 and a third lever portion 23113 connected in sequence, and the first lever portion 23111 is fixedly disposed inside the coupling unit 21. The bar 2311 is divided into three parts so that the bar 2311 is fixedly connected with the moving unit 21, and the structure of the stretching unit 23 is more stable. When the seat armrest 2 is in the horizontal position, the first lever portion 23111 is disposed horizontally inside the link unit 21, i.e., the axial direction of the first lever portion 23111 is parallel to the length direction of the seat armrest 2.
Due to the large volume of the mobile unit 22, a large longitudinal space is required to arrange the mobile unit 22 when the seat armrest 2 is in the horizontal position. The first lever portion 23111 is fixedly disposed inside the link unit 21, while the third lever portion 23113 is disposed at the bottom of the link unit 21, and the third lever portion 23113 extends toward the moving unit 22 along the bottom of the link unit 21. So that there is a height difference in the longitudinal direction between the third lever portion 23113 and the first lever portion 23111 when the seat armrest 2 is in the horizontal position, the second lever portion 23112 is disposed longitudinally or obliquely. The second lever portion 23112 is disposed longitudinally, that is, the axial direction of the second lever portion 23112 is parallel to the thickness direction of the seat armrest 2.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, one end of the second lever portion 23112 may be connected to the first lever portion 23111 inside the link unit 21, and the other end of the second lever portion 23112 may be connected to the third lever portion 23113 through a hole (not shown) in the bottom of the link unit 21. The hole on the bottom of the connection unit 21 has the same diameter as the third rod portion 2311-3.
The moving rod 2312 may be connected to the third rod portion 23113 such that the interior of the third rod portion 23113 is hollow such that the moving rod 2312 may move in the axial direction of the third rod portion 23113 within the interior of the third rod portion 23113. The diameter of the moving rod 2312 is smaller than the inner diameter of the third rod portion 2311-3. The first and second lever portions 23111 and 23112 are also provided as hollow structures, and the loop lever 2311 is integrally formed. In other embodiments of the present application, the first and second stems 2311-1 and 2311-2 may be provided as solid structures.
To prevent the moving unit 22 from colliding with a front seat or other devices in the vehicle, as shown in fig. 6, a limiting device 2313 may be provided in the telescopic bar 231, and the limiting device 2313 may be used to limit the sliding position of the moving bar 2312. Specifically, a first stopper 23131 is provided at one end of the moving lever 2312 connected to the third lever portion 23113. Accordingly, the inside of the third lever portion 23113 is provided with a second stopper 23132. When the moving lever 2312 is moved to the point where the first stopper 23131 and the second stopper 23132 are in contact, the moving lever 2312 reaches the maximum moving position, thereby preventing the moving lever 2312 from being further moved outward.
In other embodiments of the present application, as shown in fig. 10, in order to fix the moving unit 22 at any position within the moving range and prevent the moving unit 22 from moving randomly, the stretching unit 23 may further include a moving switch 24. The moving switch 24 may be disposed below the link 232 or toward a side of the connection unit 21, and the moving switch 24 is disposed at a middle position of the link 232. The travel switch 24 may be used to lock the position of the travel bar 2312, i.e., the travel bar 2312 may move freely within the sleeve bar 2311 when the travel switch 24 is depressed; when the moving switch 24 is sprung, the moving lever 2312 may be fixed in position in the lever 2311 and cannot move any further.
Specifically, the travel switch 24 may be coupled to a spring 235, the spring 235 being coupled to a lifting device 236 disposed within the travel bar 2312 and the linkage 232. The lifting device 236 may be a non-deformable or breakable wire, such as a wire. When the drawing unit 23 includes two moving bars 2312, the lifting means 236 is inserted into the end of the moving bar 2312 at one side connected to the loop bar 2311, passes through the moving bar 2312, the connecting rod 232 and the moving bar 2312 at the other side, and then is inserted out of the end of the moving bar 2312 at the other side connected to the loop bar 2311. The lifting device 236 is provided at both ends thereof with respective catches 237.
When the moving switch 234 is bounced, both ends of the catch 237 abut on the inner wall of the lever 2311, thereby fixing the position of the moving lever 2312. When the travel switch 234 is depressed, the spring 235 compresses, thereby moving the ends of the lift 236 forward (i.e., the direction of outward travel of the travel bar). The lifting device 236 applies a pulling force to the catch 237, causing both ends of the catch 237 to contract inwardly away from the inner wall of the lever 2311, so that the moving rod 2312 can move freely in the lever 2311.
In the embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 1, 8 and 9, the opposite side surfaces of the moving unit 22 contacting the connecting unit 21 may be arc surfaces. The arc surface of the moving unit 22 protrudes toward the side of the connecting unit 21, and the arc surface of the connecting unit 21 is recessed toward the inside of the connecting unit 21. The opposite sides are of a concentric circular structure so that the moving unit 22 can rotate along the arc surface of the coupling unit 21 when the moving bar 2312 is received in the lever 2311.
As shown in fig. 12 and 13, the seat armrest 2 is rotatable so as to have at least two states of being longitudinally stowed or being horizontally deployed. In the embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 13 and 6, an armrest box 24 may be provided at one side of the seat back of the seat, and an end of the connection unit 21 remote from the moving unit 22 may be connected to the armrest box 24 in the seat. The connecting unit 21 is provided therein with a rotating shaft 25, and both ends of the rotating shaft 25 are connected to the armrest box 24. The connecting unit 21 can rotate by the rotation shaft 25 to bring the moving unit 22 away from or close to the backrest 31 of the seat.
As shown in fig. 6, the rotation shaft 25 is horizontally disposed inside the connection unit 21, and both ends of the rotation shaft 25 extend to the outside of the connection unit 21. The connecting unit 21 may further include a limiting shaft 26 parallel to the rotating shaft 25, and both ends of the limiting shaft 26 extend to the outside of the connecting unit 21.
The first rod portion 2311-1 may be provided with a through hole (not shown) through which the rotation shaft 25 is coupled to the first rod portion 2311-1. The first rod portion 2311-1 may be provided at a top end thereof with a notch (not shown), through which the stopper shaft 26 is coupled to the first rod portion 2311-1. In the embodiment of the present application, the side of the first rod portion 2311-1 connected to the rotating shaft 25 and the stopper shaft 26 may be flat, and the side connected to the first rod portion 2311-2 may be cylindrical.
In the embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 12 and 13, the display device 1 is provided on the side of the moving unit 22 toward the armrest box 24 side. When the seat armrest 2 is in the stored state, the display unit 1 is stored in the seat armrest 2. A mask (not shown) may be disposed above the display device 1, and a user may operate the display device 1 by opening the mask. The mask may be closed when the user is using only the armrest function. The mask can be opened to one side or by pushing or pulling.
In some embodiments of the present application, the display device may form a projection in the air. The surface of the display device can be rectangular, the long edge of the display device is arranged along the width direction of the seat armrest, and the short edge of the display device is arranged along the length direction of the seat armrest, so that the display device accords with the imaging principle and the operation habit of a user, and the user can more easily read the display content and operate the display device under the non-voice condition. Alternatively, the display means may comprise a display screen provided on the surface of the mobile unit for displaying the content selected by the user. In other embodiments of the present application, a decorative plate may be further disposed at the bottom of the armrest, so that the armrest does not affect the leaning of the user when in the storage state.
The embodiment of the present application also provides a seat, as shown in fig. 12 and 13, including a seatback 31, a seat cushion 32, and the above-described seat armrest 2. One end of the seat armrest 2 remote from the moving unit 22 is connected to an armrest box 24, the armrest box 24 is longitudinally provided on one side of the seat back, and the seat armrest 2 is receivable in the armrest box 24.
In some embodiments of the present application, as shown in fig. 11, the contact position of the armrest box 24 and the limit shaft 26 is provided with a limit notch 2411, and the limit notch 2411 is used for limiting the rotation range of the seat armrest 2 relative to the armrest box 24. Specifically, a seat frame 241 may be provided in the armrest box 24, and the armrest box 24 is connected to the portion of the rotating shaft 25 and the stopper shaft 26 extending to the outside of the connection unit 21 through the seat frame 241.
