1. A charging device based on wireless electric arc magnetic induction, characterized by comprising: a control box, a mobile phone APP, a wireless charging module and a camera,
the control box is internally provided with a control module, an acquisition module, an image analysis module and a communication module;
the acquisition module, the image analysis module, the communication module and the wireless charging module are respectively and electrically connected with the control module;
the acquisition module is used for acquiring a license plate picture of the electric automobile through a camera and sending the license plate picture to the image analysis module;
the image analysis module is used for carrying out image analysis on the license plate picture to obtain a license plate character string in the license plate picture and sending the license plate character string to the control module;
the wireless charging module comprises a wireless transmitting unit and a wireless receiving unit; the wireless transmitting unit is arranged on the ground in front of the charging device and is connected with the control box; the wireless receiving unit is arranged at the bottom of the electric automobile;
the control module is used for receiving the license plate character string sent by the image analysis module and sending whether charging information is confirmed to the corresponding mobile phone APP according to the license plate character string; and the wireless charging module is also used for controlling the wireless charging module to start an automatic cut-off protection mode after recognizing that the charging of the electric automobile is completed.

The charging device based on the wireless arc magnetic induction as claimed in claim 1, wherein the control box further comprises a payment module, and the payment module is used for initiating a payment request to the user after the user confirms charging according to the mobile phone APP; the payment module comprises a two-dimensional code payment unit and a face-brushing recognition payment unit.

The wireless arc magnetic induction based charging device according to claim 1, further comprising a solar panel and a wind panel, said solar panel for converting electrical energy into electrical energy for powering the charging device; the wind energy panel is used for converting wind energy into electric energy for supplying power to the charging device.
4. The wireless arc magnetic induction based charging device according to claim 1, wherein the wireless charging module further comprises a position detector for identifying whether the position of the wireless receiving unit and the position of the wireless transmitting unit correspond.

The charging device based on the wireless arc magnetic induction of claim 1, wherein the wireless transmitting unit comprises a wireless transmitter front section, a wireless transmitter middle section and a wireless transmitter back section, and the wireless receiving unit comprises a wireless receiver front section, a wireless receiver middle section and a wireless receiver back section.
6. The wireless-arc-magnetic-induction-based charging device according to claim 1, wherein the communication module comprises a mobile communication unit, a local area network communication unit and a wireless communication unit.
7. The wireless arc magnetic induction based charging device according to claim 1, wherein the control box further comprises a storage module, and the storage module is used for storing license plate character string data obtained by analyzing a license plate picture by the image analysis module.
