the clamping mechanism comprises linear reciprocating executing elements symmetrically arranged on two sides of the bar and clamping jaws connected with the linear reciprocating executing elements, and is used for clamping and fixing the bar which moves to a machining position and has different section sizes;
placing a bar on the sliding mechanism, moving the bar to a processing position through the sliding mechanism, rotating the bar to an angle suitable for processing by using the rotating mechanism, clamping and fixing the bar by using the clamping mechanism, and milling; when the angle of the bar needs to be adjusted, the clamping mechanism is loosened, the bar is rotated by the rotating mechanism, and then the bar is clamped tightly for processing.

The bar milling fixture according to claim 1, wherein the sliding mechanism comprises a sliding base, at least two bases disposed on the sliding base, and a clamping seat for fixing the bases, the bases are provided with arc-shaped grooves for supporting and limiting the bars, and the bases move along the sliding base to adjust positions to support the bars with different lengths.
3. The bar milling fixture of claim 2, wherein the slide mechanism further comprises a first slide rail, the slide slidably engaging the first slide rail, the slide moving along the first slide rail to move the bar clamped in position to the milling position.
4. The bar milling fixture of claim 3 wherein at least two blocks are fixedly attached to the carriage and slidably engage the first rail.
5. The bar milling fixture according to claim 2, wherein a sliding ring is disposed in the arc-shaped slot of the base, the sliding ring having an adjustment structure for clamping bars of different dimensions, the sliding ring being driven by the rotating mechanism to rotate with the bars.
6. The bar milling fixture of claim 5 wherein the ring is configured to: the circular ring is provided with a fracture along the axial direction, the fracture is provided with a connecting bolt, and the size of the fracture of the circular ring is adjusted by rotating the connecting bolt so as to clamp the bar.
7. The bar milling fixture of claim 1 wherein the rotating mechanism further comprises a drive belt wrapped around the outer periphery of the small gear ring and the large gear ring.
8. The bar milling fixture according to claim 1, wherein the clamping jaws comprise a connecting plate drivingly connected to the linear reciprocating actuator and clamping blocks disposed at upper and lower ends of the connecting plate, the connecting plate is provided with elongated holes having a length direction in an up-down direction, and two clamping blocks at upper and lower positions are fastened to the connecting plate by bolts passing through the elongated holes, and adjustment of a distance is achieved by the elongated holes, so as to clamp bars of different outer dimensions.
9. The bar milling fixture of claim 8 wherein an upper and a lower pair of said bolts are disposed through each of said elongated holes, and a spring is disposed in said elongated holes along the length thereof, said spring having opposite ends connected to said upper and lower pair of said bolts.
10. The bar milling fixture of claim 1 further comprising second rails disposed on opposite sides of the bar, wherein the linear reciprocating actuator is slidably coupled to the second rails on opposite sides of the bar.
