the roller sleeve assembly comprises an assembling box (20), wherein the assembling box (20) is limited to a grinding roller sleeve (10) cavity with an open top and an open front end, the grinding roller sleeve (10) is arranged in the grinding roller sleeve (10) cavity, a limiting piece is arranged at the top of the assembling box (20), a limiting rod (40) detachably connected with the limiting piece is arranged on the limiting piece, and the limiting rod (40) is matched with the outer peripheral wall of the grinding roller sleeve (10) to limit the axial displacement of the grinding roller sleeve (10);

a back plate (24), wherein the back plate (24) is connected among the rear side of the bottom plate (21), the rear side of the left side plate (22) and the rear side of the right side plate (23), and the bottom plate (21), the left side plate (22) and the right side plate (23) are matched with the back plate (24) to define a cavity of the grinding roller sleeve (10);
the left limiting block (25), the left limiting block (25) is arranged at the top of the left side plate (22);
the right limiting block (26), the right limiting block (26) is arranged at the top of the right side plate (23), the left limiting block (25) is matched with the right limiting block (26) to form the limiting part, and the limiting rod (40) is matched between the left limiting block (25) and the right limiting block (26).
3. A mounting and dismounting tool (100) for a Raymond mill roll sleeve (10) according to claim 2, characterized in that the left stop block (25) is located opposite to the right stop block (26) in the width direction of the bottom plate (21).

a front end portion (14), wherein the front end portion (14) is connected to the front end of the middle body portion (12), and the outer diameter of the front end portion (14) is larger than the outer diameter of the middle body portion (12);
the limiting rod (40) cooperates with the rear end (13) or the front end (14) to limit the axial displacement of the grinding roller sleeve (10).
9. Method for controlling a dismantling device for a grinding roll sleeve of a Raymond mill according to any one of claims 1 to 8, characterised in that it comprises the following steps:
s1, fixing a hydraulic jack in the roller sleeve cavity of the grinding roller;
s2, placing the grinding roller sleeve in the grinding roller sleeve cavity, and arranging the roller shaft of the grinding roller sleeve opposite to the movable shaft of the hydraulic jack;
s3, mounting a limiting rod on a limiting piece, and matching the limiting rod with the grinding roller sleeve to limit the axial displacement of the grinding roller sleeve;
and S4, controlling a hydraulic jack to drive the movable shaft to move forwards, stopping the movable shaft against the roll shaft and driving the roll shaft to generate axial relative displacement relative to the grinding roller sleeve until the roll shaft is separated from the grinding roller sleeve.
