s2: a centering device 4 is arranged on the cylinder 8, a laser striping machine 43 is used for carrying out accurate alignment through positioning through holes of the two trunnions 2, and the concentricity of the two trunnions 2 is controlled within the range of +/-1 mm through the guidance of a laser line and the matching of a high-accuracy level gauge; leading out the central lines of the two trunnions 2 to the outer side of the cylinder 8 in a laser line mode, and measuring the surface runout of a roller ring 9 and a gear ring 14 on the cylinder 8; determining the central line of the cylinder 8 by using the intermediate value of the runout of the roller ring 9 and the numerical value of +/-1 mm of the runout of the gear ring 14;
s3: after the central line of the cylinder body 8 is determined, a reinforcing plate is welded at the end port of the cylinder body 8, and the supports 13 in the shape of a Chinese character 'mi' at the two ends of the cylinder body 8 are firmly welded with the supporting plate 24, so that the supports 13 in the shape of Chinese character 'mi' and the trunnion 2 can be rotatably connected; re-measuring the size of the central line of the cylinder 8 after welding is completed to confirm whether the size is qualified or not, and carrying out the next step after the size is qualified; establishing support frames 1 on two sides of the trunnion 2, leveling the cylinder 8 by using a jack matched tool, mounting bearing blocks 21 at two ends of the trunnion 2 on the support frames 1, and keeping the levelness error to be +/-1 mm so as to determine the final central line of the cylinder 8;
s4: after the cylinder 8 is leveled, a bed body 10 is arranged on the side surface of the roller ring 9, and a roller ring turning device 6 and a roller ring grinding device 7 are arranged on the bed body 10;
s5: starting the transmission device 5 to drive the cylinder 8 to rotate, rechecking the surface runout quantity of the roller rings 9 on the two sides by using a dial indicator to determine the minimum cutting depth, and processing the roller rings 9 on the two sides on the basis of the condition that the roller rings 9 on the two sides have the same diameter and no black skin defect; the roll collar turning device 6 feeds to turn the outer roll collar 9 of the rotating cylinder 8, and after the roll collar 9 is turned, the roll collar grinding device 7 is switched to grind the turned roll collar 9; after the cutting and grinding are finished, the cut part of the cylinder 8 with the thickness of 40mm is welded back through a positioning block so as to keep the cylinder 8 as it is.
Preferably, in combination with the above solution, as shown in fig. 6, in this embodiment, the sliding rail levelness on the bed 10 in step S4 is adjusted to ± 0.5 mm; the concentricity of the slide rail takes a laser line led out from the central line of the cylinder 8 as a reference; the parallelism of the sliding rails is +/-0.5 mm, so that the precision in the turning and grinding processes is ensured, the repairing precision of the roller ring 9 is improved, the vibration problem caused by low repairing precision of the roller ring 9 in the cylinder body 8 is eliminated, and the use stability of the cylinder mixer is improved.
Preferably, in combination with the above scheme, as shown in fig. 6, in the present embodiment, the processing requirement of the roller ring 9 of step S5 is that the surface roughness of the roller ring 9 is not more than 6.3 μm; the radial runout of the roller ring 9 is not more than 1 mm; the radial runout of the large gear ring 14 of the roller ring 9 is smaller than 2mm, so that the repair precision of the roller ring 9 is ensured, the problem of vibration during operation of the cylinder body 8 is avoided, the reliability of the cylinder mixer is greatly improved, and the service life of the cylinder mixer is prolonged.

8. A method for repairing a roll ring of a drum mixer, which is applied to the apparatus for repairing a roll ring of a drum mixer according to claim 1; further comprising the steps of:
s1: welding a rice-shaped support (13) in the two ends of the cylinder body (8), cutting off the two ends of the cylinder body (8) along the axial thickness of 40mm, and welding positioning blocks at the two ends before cutting off; the radial supporting devices of the aligning device (3) are arranged at two ends inside the cylinder body (8), and the adjusting screw rod is adjusted to enable the radial supporting devices to support the cylinder body (8), so that the primary alignment is carried out on the processing surface of the roller ring (9) on the cylinder body (8);
s2: a centering device (4) is arranged on the cylinder body (8), and a laser line marker (43) is used for carrying out accurate alignment through positioning through holes on the two trunnions (2); leading out the central lines of the two trunnions (2) to the outer side of the cylinder body (8) in a laser line mode, and measuring the surface runout of a roller ring (9) and a gear ring (14) on the cylinder body (8); determining the central line of the cylinder (8) by the intermediate value of the runout of the roller ring (9) and the numerical value of the runout of the gear ring (14) plus or minus 1 mm;
s3: after the central line is determined, the support in the shape of a Chinese character 'mi' (13) is welded and fixed on a support plate (24) of the trunnion (2), and the size of the central line of the cylinder body (8) is retested after the welding is finished; establishing support frames (1) on two sides of the trunnion (2), leveling the barrel (8) by using a jack matched tool, and installing bearing blocks (21) at two ends of the trunnion (2) on the support frames (1);
s4: after the barrel (8) is leveled, a bed body (10) is arranged on the side surface of the roller ring (9), and a turning device (6) for mounting the roller ring and a grinding device (7) for mounting the roller ring are mounted on the bed body (10);
s5: starting the transmission device (5) to drive the cylinder (8) to rotate, and rechecking the surface runout of the roller rings (9) at two sides by using a dial indicator to determine the minimum cutting depth; the roller ring turning device (6) feeds to turn the outer roller ring (9) of the rotating cylinder (8), and after the roller ring (9) is turned, the roller ring grinding device (7) is switched to grind the turned roller ring (9).
9. The method for repairing a roller ring of a drum mixer according to claim 8, wherein the levelness of the slide rail on the bed (10) of the step S4 is adjusted to ± 0.5 mm; the concentricity of the slide rail takes a laser line led out from the central line of the cylinder (8) as a reference; the parallelism of the slide rails is +/-0.5 mm.

The roller ring repairing method of drum mixer according to claim 8, wherein said roller ring (9) of step S5 is processed to have a surface roughness of not more than 6.3 μm; the radial runout of the roller ring (9) is not more than 1 mm; the radial runout of a large gear ring (14) of the roller ring (9) is less than 2 mm.
