The working principle of the stamping die device provided by the invention is as follows:
placing a material on a movable die seat 4-3, starting a hydraulic cylinder 2-1, pushing a connecting frame 2-2 and a connecting cubic piece 2-3 to synchronously move downwards by the hydraulic cylinder 2-1, pulling a pushing piece 4-5 by the connecting frame 2-2 to enable a connecting spring 4-4 to pull an installation and disassembly seat 4-7 and a movable die seat 4-3 to move downwards to form a die groove with a fixed seat plate 4-1, pushing a stamping die head mechanism 3 to move downwards by the downward movement of the connecting cubic piece 2-3, extruding the material by a die head 3-6, simultaneously contacting a soft brush 3-5 with the fixed seat plate 4-1 firstly, contacting a rear rotating disk 3-3 with a supporting column 4-2, continuously extruding the material by the die head 3-6, supporting the rotating disk 3-3 by the supporting column 4-2, the rotating disc 3-3 is enabled to rotate upwards along the rotating track column 3-2, the rotating track column 3-2 drives the soft brush 3-5 to rotate, the periphery of a die is cleaned, waste scraps are effectively cleaned, the waste scraps are prevented from entering a die groove, the material stamping effect is influenced, when a die head 3-6 finishes stamping materials, and the hydraulic cylinder 2-1 contracts, the hydraulic cylinder 2-1 drives the connecting frame 2-2 and the connecting vertical part 2-3 to move upwards, so that the stamping die head mechanism 3 is lifted up, the rotating disc 3-3 rotates downwards under the action of gravity and returns to the original position, the connecting frame 2-2 moves upwards, the pushing part 4-5 moves upwards, the movable die seat 4-3 moves upwards, and the materials are ejected.
The connecting shaft 2-6 drives the gear I2-7 to rotate by rotating the limiting ring 2-8 through the push rod 2-5, the gear I2-7 also drives the gear II 2-9 to rotate, the state of the bevel clamping columns 2-10 at two sides is changed, when the inclined planes of the bevel clamping columns 2-10 are upwards made, the stamping die head mechanism 3 can be downwards pulled, the connecting clamping piece 3-1 extrudes the bevel clamping columns 2-10, when the stamping die head mechanism 3 needs to be installed, the bevel clamping columns 2-10 are also adjusted, the connecting clamping piece 3-1 is inserted into a groove arranged on the special-shaped seat 2-4 and is fixed through the bevel clamping columns 2-10.
The two-way threaded columns 4-6 are rotated, the two-way threaded columns 4-6 enable the two clamping threaded blocks 4-8 to move towards the middle, so that the clamping threaded blocks 4-8 are separated from the movable die seats 4-3, the movable die seats 4-3 are convenient to take out, and replacement is convenient.
