The working principle of the invention is as follows: when the sealing adhesive tape is only dried for one side (the stop valve 18 on the lower air duct 17 is closed), the sealing adhesive tape on one coated side enters from the open slot 14 at one end of the air inlet chamber 5, the fan 1 blows the air heated in the heating box 2 into the air inlet chamber 5, the heated air is blown out from the air inlet 9 in the shape of a long groove to dry the sealing adhesive tape, the air blown out from the air inlet 9 in the shape of a long groove is sucked into the air return chamber 6 through the air inlet 9 in the shape of a nearly oval (the fan 1 sucks the air in the air return chamber 6, negative pressure is generated in the air return chamber 6, the air in the groove 10 is pressed into the air return chamber 6), and finally the air is blown into the heating box 2 again by the fan 1 to be heated so as to reciprocate; and the dried sealing adhesive tape comes out from the drying box and then coats the other side again, enters from the open slot 14 at one end of the air inlet chamber 5 after coating is finished, and comes out from the other end after being dried, thereby finishing the drying process.
When the sealing adhesive tape needs to be dried at the same time, the glue coated on two sides or one side is thicker, and the glue coated on one side is thinner, the sealing adhesive tape needs to be dried by adopting an upper drying box and a lower drying box at the same time, and when the thicknesses of the glue on the two sides are consistent, the lower air duct 17 and the stop valve 18 on the air inlet duct 7 are both opened, so that the sealing adhesive tape is dried at the same time on the two sides; when glue on one side is thick, the lower air duct 17 and the stop valve 19 on the air inlet pipeline 7 can be adjusted, so that the air outlet quantity of the side with thick glue is large, and the drying degrees of the two sides of the adhesive tape are consistent.
The invention eliminates the potential safety hazard by the combination of the fan 1, the heating box 2 and the drying box, and dries the sealing adhesive tape by flowing hot air, so that the sealing adhesive tape is heated uniformly, the drying quality is stable, the air blown into the heating box 2 by the fan 1 has a certain temperature, the energy consumption is low when the air is heated again, and a certain energy-saving effect is achieved.
