step five: synchronously starting the driving mechanism to enable the rack 201 to move on the base 2, so that the spraying cover 302 moves at a constant speed above the workpiece to finish the spraying of the primer;
step six: continuing the step five, simultaneously starting the dryer 4 to dry the sprayed workpiece; repeating the second step to the fifth step to finish paint spraying and finishing paint spraying;
step seven: baking and curing the workpiece after the step six, taking out the workpiece, and baking the workpiece in a curing oven at the temperature of 240 ℃ for 20 minutes;
step eight: and (6) performing quality inspection.
The anti-infiltration capacity of the coating is improved through primer spraying, the protection of the ground material is enhanced, the metal surface layer is stabilized, the adhesive force between the finish paint and the metal surface is enhanced, the color uniformity of the finish paint coating can be ensured, the thickness of the paint coating is 6-9 micrometers, the finish paint is in the decoration color required by the aluminum material, the appearance of the aluminum material meets the design requirement, the metal surface is protected from the external environment atmosphere, the erosion of acid rain is caused, ultraviolet rays are placed to penetrate through the finish paint coating, the high aging capacity is improved, the finish paint coating is the thickest layer in the spraying, the thickness of the finish paint coating is 30 micrometers, the main purpose of the finish paint is to effectively enhance the external erosion resistance of the paint coating, the processing method can adopt three devices for spraying, the drying is carried out in time through a drying machine 4.
The processed workpiece is placed in a curing furnace to be baked for 20 minutes, the temperature is controlled within 240 ℃, the detection is qualified, and compared with the embodiment 1, the surface oxidation resistance is slightly low, and the chroma is obviously higher.
