However, lead plaster is loosened manually, the efficiency is low, one more process is needed, and the lead plaster takes up labor. Therefore, the problem of low working efficiency during early loosening of the lead paste is particularly important to solve.
(2) Because the lead plaster needs to control the humidity during mixing, the uniform mixing of various slurry is ensured to ensure that the lead plaster effect is the best, the humidity of the lead plaster is usually controlled by the working experience of an operator at present, the precision is insufficient, the quality of the lead plaster is easily influenced, and the lead plaster is often stirred for a long time in order to achieve the purpose of fully mixing the slurry.
