Detailed Description
The principles and features of this invention are described below in conjunction with the following drawings, which are set forth by way of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention. The invention is described in more detail in the following paragraphs by way of example with reference to the accompanying drawings. Advantages and features of the present invention will become apparent from the following description and from the claims. It is to be noted that the drawings are in a very simplified form and are not to precise scale, which is merely for the purpose of facilitating and distinctly claiming the embodiments of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the present invention provides a lens assembly of an endoscope, including an objective lens 1, an outer tube 2 and an inner tube 3;
the outer pipeline 2 comprises a plurality of unit pipes which are connected in sequence, for convenience of description, the former unit pipe is a first unit pipe 21, the adjacent rear end unit pipe is a second unit pipe 22, the naming of the invention is only for convenience of description, and the difference does not represent the difference of the structures of the two unit pipes.
Taking the first unit tube 21 as an example, the first unit tube 21 includes a tube body 211, a driving portion 212, and a folding portion 213, the driving portion 212 is mounted at the rear end of the tube body 211, the folding portion 213 is located at the front end of the tube body 211 and can be elastically folded with respect to the tube body 211, an electromagnet 2121 is mounted in the driving portion 212, a steel ring 2131 is fixedly mounted on the outer side of the folding portion 213, and an energizing circuit 2111 for energizing the electromagnet 2121 is mounted in the tube body 211; the driving part 212 of the first unit pipe 21 is connected to the folding part 223 of the second unit pipe 22.
When the electromagnet 2121 of the first unit pipe 21 is energized, magnetism is generated, the steel ring 2231 of the second unit pipe 22 is attracted by the electromagnet 2121 and is magnetically connected to the driving part 212, the folding part 213 is elastically folded, and the outer pipe 2 is contracted; when the electromagnet 2121 is powered off, the magnetism disappears, the folded portion 213 is restored to its original shape under the action of its own elasticity, and the outer pipe 2 is extended.
The inner pipeline 3 is sleeved inside the outer pipeline 2, the inner pipeline 3 is a foldable hose with corrugated folds formed on the side wall, and a communication line 31 for electrically connecting with the objective lens 1 is installed in the inner pipeline 3;
the object lens 1 is installed at one end of the communication line 31 and is fixedly connected to the rear ends of the inner and outer pipes 3 and 2.
In order to avoid interference caused by the flow of the electric circuit between the electric path 2111 and the communication path 31, an electric path for connecting the electromagnet 2121 is provided between the inner pipe 3 and the outer pipe 2.
Specifically, the driving portion 212 is an annular protrusion located outside the rear end of the tube 211, an annular cavity 212a is formed in the annular protrusion, the tube sidewall 211 is formed in a wire passage 211a communicating with the annular cavity 212a, the electromagnet 2121 is fixedly installed in the annular cavity 212a, one end of the electrical circuit 2111 is electrically connected to the electromagnet 2121, and the other end extends into the tube 211 through the wire passage 211 a.
In order to ensure that the outer tube 2 is contracted and a neat and orderly structure is formed between the unit tubes, an annular groove 212b is formed on one side of the driving part 212 away from the front end of the tube body 211, and when the steel ring 2231 of the second unit tube 22 is magnetically connected to the electromagnet 2121, the annular groove 212b is matched with the steel ring 2231.
In the present embodiment, taking the first unit tube 21 as an example, the tube body 211 is made of plastic material, and the folding portion 213 is made of silicone material.
For the outer pipe with multiple sections of unit pipes, in order to realize the telescopic control of each section of unit pipe, electromagnets corresponding to each unit pipe can be respectively connected by different electrified circuits, so that the specific section of unit pipe can be determined to be folded and contracted according to the requirement.
For example, in this embodiment, the electromagnet 2121 corresponding to the first unit tube 21 and the electromagnet 2231 corresponding to the second unit tube 22 are respectively electrified by the electrifying line 2111 and the electrifying line 2211 to control the switches thereof, so that when in use, an operator can determine the independent folding of the first unit tube 21 and the second unit tube 22 on the rear end unit tube according to the selection of the electrifying line 2111 and the electrifying line 2211, thereby achieving more effective control of the contraction and extension of the outer tube.
Since the third unit tube 23 connected to the objective lens does not need to control the contraction and extension of the objective lens, the third unit tube 23 is not provided with an electromagnet in order to save the use of the electromagnet and the production resources during actual use.
When the pipeline needs to be contracted, the electromagnet is electrified, the steel ring of the rear end adjacent unit pipe is attracted by the electromagnet and is magnetically connected to the driving part, the folding part is elastically folded, the outer pipeline is contracted, meanwhile, the inner pipeline is a foldable hose with corrugated wrinkles formed on the side wall, when the outer pipeline is contracted, the inner pipeline can be driven to be contracted, when the pipeline needs to be elongated, only the current of the electromagnet needs to be cut off, the folding part is restored under the action of the elasticity of the folding part, the outer pipeline is elongated, and meanwhile, the inner pipeline is correspondingly elongated.
The foregoing is merely a preferred embodiment of the invention and is not intended to limit the invention in any manner; the present invention may be readily implemented by those of ordinary skill in the art as illustrated in the accompanying drawings and described above; however, those skilled in the art should appreciate that they can readily use the disclosed conception and specific embodiments as a basis for designing or modifying other structures for carrying out the same purposes of the present invention without departing from the scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims; meanwhile, any changes, modifications, and evolutions of the equivalent changes of the above embodiments according to the actual techniques of the present invention are still within the protection scope of the technical solution of the present invention.
