A metal telescopic straw, characterized by comprising: a first pipe member (1) which is in a conical shape with an upper opening and a lower opening and has a first length (L1), wherein an upper opening (11) at the upper end of the first pipe member (1) is provided with a flange (12) extending inwards, and the outer wall surface and the inner wall surface of the first pipe member (1) have smoothness; the second pipe fitting (2) is conical and is provided with a second length (L2), the outer wall surface and the inner wall surface of the second pipe fitting (2) have smoothness, and the second pipe fitting (2) is sleeved and attached in the first pipe fitting (1); a third tube (3) which is conical and has a third length (L3), wherein the outer wall surface and the inner wall surface of the third tube (3) have smoothness, the third tube (3) is sleeved and attached in the second tube (2), a break structure (31) is arranged at the lower opening end of the third tube (3), the first length (L1) is greater than the second length (L2), and the second length (L2) is greater than the third length (L3);
therefore, the first pipe (1), the second pipe (2) and the third pipe (3) are stretched into a spread state to form a strip shape for the metal telescopic straw (4), so that the inner wall surface below the first pipe (1) and the outer wall surface above the second pipe (2) are mutually attached and clamped to form a first overlapping length (S1) which is mutually attached and contacted, and the inner wall surface below the second pipe (2) and the outer wall surface above the third pipe (3) are mutually attached and clamped to form a second overlapping length (S2) which is mutually attached and contacted.
12. The metal telescopic straw as claimed in claim 11, wherein the first overlapping length (S1) and the second overlapping length (S2) are one tenth of the total length of the metal telescopic straw (4).
13. The metal telescopic straw as claimed in claim 11, wherein the first overlapping length (S1) and the second overlapping length (S2) are 5 mm.
14. The metal telescopic straw as claimed in claim 12, wherein the metal telescopic straw (4) has an overall length of 210-220 mm and the first overlapping length (S1) and the second overlapping length (S2) are 21-22 mm in the unfolded state.
15. The metal telescopic straw according to claim 12, wherein the conical tapers (θ) of the first tube member (1), the second tube member (2) and the third tube member (3) are the same, and the taper (θ) is set to be within 10 °.
16. The metal drinking straw as claimed in claim 15, wherein the taper angle (θ) is 3 ° -5 °.
17. The metal telescopic straw as claimed in claim 11, wherein the metal telescopic straw (4) is made of a metal material having a smooth surface.
18. The metal telescopic straw as claimed in claim 11, wherein the shape of the breach structure (31) is any one of saw-toothed shape, pointed tooth shape, circular tooth shape or semi-circular spoon shape.
19. The metal telescopic straw according to claim 11, wherein the first (1) and second (2) and third (3) tubular members have an outer diameter within 20 mm.
20. The metal telescopic straw according to claim 19, wherein the first (1) and second (2) and third (3) tubular members have an outer diameter of 10 to 15 mm.
