The details of the structure, features, assembly and use of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the following embodiments and accompanying drawings, however, it should be understood that the embodiments and drawings described below are only for illustrative purposes and should not be used to limit the scope of the invention.
Technical contents and features of the embodiments will be described in detail below with reference to several embodiments and accompanying drawings, and directional terms such as "upper", "lower", "inner", "outer", "top" and "bottom" and the like in the following embodiments are only exemplary terms with reference to a normal use direction, and are not intended to limit a protection scope.
An embodiment is now described as follows. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the table leg 1 comprises a fixed outer tube 10, a movable inner tube 20, twelve rolling members 30 and a bushing 40, wherein:
the fixed outer tube 10 is a hollow square column with a square cross section, and the top end of the fixed outer tube 10 is provided with an opening 11 and the bottom end is provided with a bottom plate 12.
The movable inner tube 20 is also a hollow square column, which has a square cross section and a height direction H (in the embodiment, the height direction H is equal to the axial direction of the movable inner tube 20). The movable inner tube 20 has two first outer surfaces 21 and two second outer surfaces 22 parallel to each other. As shown in fig. 2 and 4, the first outer surface 21 and the second outer surface 22 are both provided with three receiving grooves 23, the three receiving grooves 23 are spaced up and down, a positioning hole 24 is provided between any two adjacent receiving grooves 23, and the position of the positioning hole 24 corresponds to the screw hole 42 of the bushing 40 (as shown in fig. 5). The receiving grooves 23 have substantially the same configuration as the cross-sectional configuration of the rolling members 30, and each receiving groove 23 is used to dispose one of the rolling members 30 in a one-to-one correspondence. The movable inner tube 20 is movably sleeved in the fixed outer tube 10 along the height direction H, and the top end of the movable inner tube 20 is used for fixing a table (not shown). As shown in fig. 2 and fig. 6A, an air pressure rod 7 is disposed in the movable inner tube 20, a switch seat 8 is disposed above the air pressure rod 7, and a touch switch 81 is disposed in the switch seat 8. The pneumatic rod 7 has a telescopic rod 9, the end of the telescopic rod 9 is fixed to the bottom plate 12, when the trigger switch 81 is pressed, the pneumatic rod 7 will be driven to extend the telescopic rod 9, so that the movable inner tube 20 can be displaced upward relative to the fixed outer tube 10 (as shown in fig. 6A and 6B).
Please refer to fig. 2 and fig. 3. Each rolling member 30 is rotatably disposed in the receiving groove 23 of the first outer surface 21 and the second outer surface 22, each rolling member 30 includes a rolling shaft 31 and two wheel bodies 32, and each wheel body 32 is a hollow cylindrical structure and rotatably sleeved on two opposite ends of the rolling shaft 31, i.e. the wheel body 32 is not fixedly connected to the rolling shaft 31.
Referring to fig. 2 and 5, the bushing 40 is sleeved in the movable inner tube 20 and is locked with the movable inner tube 20 by screws (not shown) and the positioning holes 24. The bushing 40 is a hollow square column structure formed by connecting four plates 41, each plate 41 is provided with two screw holes 42 and six openings 43, and the positions of the openings 43 correspond to the wheel body 32 one by one. As shown in fig. 6A, when the rolling members 30 are disposed in the accommodating grooves 23 and the movable inner tube 20 is sleeved in the fixed outer tube 10, the rolling shafts 31 abut against the portions 44 between the two openings 43 on the outer wall surface of the plate body 41 of the bushing 40, the wheel body 32 does not abut against the outer wall surface of the plate body 41, but the wheel body 32 partially protrudes from the first outer surface 21 or the second outer surface 22 and contacts the tube wall of the fixed outer tube 10.
It should be noted that, although the movable inner tube 20 and the bushing 40 are fixed by screws in the embodiment, four plate bodies 41 may be welded to the inner wall of the movable inner tube 20, respectively, so that the movable inner tube 20 and the bushing 40 can be stably integrated. In addition, in order to facilitate the assembly of the rolling member 30 between the movable inner tube 20 and the fixed outer tube 10, a layer of colloidal lubricating oil may be applied to the rolling member 30 in advance, and then the rolling member 30 is placed in the accommodating groove 23 (at this time, the bush 40 is fixed in the movable inner tube 20), so that the rolling member 30 may be attached to the accommodating groove 23 by the lubricating oil, and the rolling member 30 may be prevented from falling off from the movable inner tube 20 during the process of sleeving the movable inner tube 20 on the fixed outer tube 10.
In practical operation, when the movable inner tube 20 is not lifted (as shown in fig. 6A), the rolling member 30 is accommodated in the accommodating groove 23, the rolling shaft 31 abuts against the portion 44 of the outer wall surface of the bushing 40, and the wheel body 32 is accommodated in the opening 43 of the bushing 40, and the wheel body 32 contacts the inner wall of the fixed outer tube 10 in a substantially point contact manner. When a user presses the trigger switch 81 to adjust the height of the foot, the pneumatic rod 7 is driven to extend the telescopic rod 9 (as shown in fig. 6B), so that the movable inner tube 20 moves along the height direction H to raise the height of the table foot 1. During the moving process of the movable inner tube 20, the wheel body 32 or the rolling shaft 31 of the rolling member 30 will be rolled (or both will be rolled synchronously), thereby greatly reducing the friction between the movable inner tube 20 and the fixed outer tube 10, and effectively reducing the possibility of surface abrasion and noise generation.
The above description is only an embodiment of the present invention, and all equivalent changes and modifications made in the specification and claims of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
