The mounting seat 110 includes a mounting portion 111 and a connection post 112. The mounting portion 111 is for connection to a wheel hub. The connection post 112 is disposed on the mounting portion 111, specifically, the connection post 112 is vertically disposed on the mounting portion 111, and one end of the connection post 112 is connected with the mounting portion 111. The connection post 112 is provided with a hollow screw hole 113, and the hollow screw hole 113 is opened at one end of the connection post 112 away from the mounting portion 111. The hollow screw hole 113 is connected with the lock bolt 160.
The bearing and the clamp spring 140 are sequentially sleeved on the connecting column 112, and the bearing is arranged on one side close to the mounting part 111.
The end cap 120 includes a connecting portion 121 and a bushing 122. The connecting portion 121 is used for connecting with a wheel axle, and the connecting portion 121 is provided with a through hole 1212. The bushing 122 is disposed at the connection part 121, and specifically, one end of the bushing 122 is connected to the connection protector, and the bushing 122 communicates with the middle through hole 1212. The bushing 122 is sleeved on the ball bearing and the snap spring 140, and the connecting portion 121 is located on one side of the principle mounting portion 111 of the bushing 122.
The flat pad 150 is disposed on a side of the connecting portion 121 away from the mounting seat 110, and the flat pad 150 abuts on an opening of the middle through hole 1212 of the connecting portion 121 to cover the middle through hole 1212. The locking bolt 160 passes through the flat pad 150, the snap spring 140, and the bearing, and is inserted into the hollow screw hole 113.
Thus, the wheel steering apparatus 100 separates the wheels on one side from the power output end during steering, and continues to operate on the other side to turn. When the mini tiller is turned, the mini tiller can be steered by a hand-held handrail, so that convenience and labor saving are realized. The steering square plate is convenient to use, simple in structure and suitable for a small-sized mini-tiller.
As shown, in one example, the bearing includes a tapered roller bearing 131 and a deep groove ball bearing 132, and the tapered roller bearing 131 is disposed at a side close to the mounting portion 111. Since the micro-cultivator is subjected to large up-and-down impact load during operation, the combination of the tapered roller bearing 131 and the deep groove ball bearing 132 can ensure the steering capacity of the wheel steering device 100 and enhance the load bearing capacity of the bearing.
In one example, the tapered roller bearing 131 has a model number 30204 and the deep groove ball bearing 132 has a model number 6204.
As shown in fig. 2, in one example, the side of the mounting portion 111 facing the connecting portion 121 is provided with a first detent 115, the side of the connecting portion 121 facing the mounting portion 111 is provided with a second detent 123, and when the cover 120 rotates relative to the mounting base 110, the first detent 115 and the second detent 123 can abut to limit the angle of rotation of the cover 120. In one example, the end cap 120 snaps after one forward rotation and one reverse rotation relative to the mount 110. The second mounting holes 124 are plural, and the plural second mounting holes 124 are disposed around the through-center hole 1212 of the end cap 120. Specifically, the wheel turning device 100 and the wheel axle may be fixedly mounted by a locking member penetrating through the second mounting hole 124 and the mounting hole of the wheel axle (or the connecting plate at the end of the wheel axle).
Further, in one example, there are a plurality of second mounting holes 124, and the plurality of second mounting holes 124 are disposed around the central through hole 1212 of the end cap 120.
In the illustrated embodiment, there are four second mounting holes 124, and the four second mounting holes 124 are arranged in a central symmetry manner.
In one example, the mounting portion 111 and the connecting portion 121 are each plate-shaped structures. In the particular example illustrated, the mounting portion 111 and the connecting portion 121 are each a rounded square plate-like structure.
In one example, the flat pad 150 has a diameter of 10 mm.
In one example, the locking bolt 160 is an M10 × 25 hex bolt.
Further, the present invention provides a mini-tiller comprising a frame, a axle seat, a first axle, a second axle, a first wheel, a second wheel, and the wheel steering apparatus 100 of any of the above examples. The axle seat is arranged on the rack, one end of a first wheel shaft is connected with a first wheel through a wheel steering device 100, the other end of the first wheel shaft is rotatably connected with the axle seat, one end of a second wheel shaft is connected with a second wheel through another wheel steering device 100, and the other end of the second wheel shaft is rotatably connected with the axle seat.
More specifically, two rotating shafts are respectively arranged on two sides of the axle seat, and the two rotating shafts are respectively connected with the first wheel shaft and the second wheel shaft.
As shown in fig. 3, a connection plate is welded to one end of the first axle, and the connection plate is fixedly connected to the connection portion 121 of the end cover 120 by a bolt and nut fastener. The connection mode of the second wheel axle is the same as that of the first wheel axle, and the description is omitted.
According to the wheel steering device 100 and the mini-tiller, when the wheel is steered, the wheel on one side is separated from the power output end, and the wheel on the other side continuously operates, so that the steering is realized. When the mini-tiller turns, the hand can be used for steering by holding the handrail of the mini-tiller, so that convenience and labor saving are realized. A wheel steering device is characterized by comprising a mounting seat, an end cover, a bearing, a clamp spring, a flat gasket and a locking bolt; the mounting seat comprises a mounting part and a connecting post arranged on the mounting part, the mounting part is used for being connected with a wheel hub, the connecting post is provided with a hollow threaded hole, the bearing and the snap spring are sleeved on the connecting post, the bearing is arranged on one side close to the mounting part, the end cover comprises a connecting part and a sleeve arranged on the connecting part, the connecting part is used for being connected with a wheel shaft, the connecting part is provided with a middle through hole, the sleeve is communicated with the middle through hole, the sleeve is sleeved on the bearing and the snap spring, the flat pad is arranged on one side, far away from the mounting seat, of the connecting part, and the locking bolt penetrates through the flat pad, the snap spring and the bearing and is inserted into the hollow threaded hole;
the installation portion is provided with a first installation hole used for installing the wheel hub.
2. The wheel steering apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the bearing includes a tapered roller bearing and a deep groove ball bearing, the tapered roller bearing being provided on a side near the mounting portion.

4. The wheel steering apparatus according to claim 1, wherein a spring washer is provided between the head of the lock bolt and the flat pad.
5. The wheel steering apparatus according to claim 4, wherein the first mounting hole is plural, and plural first mounting holes are provided around the attachment column.
6. The wheel steering apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the connecting portion is provided with a second mounting hole for mounting a wheel axle.
7. The wheel steering apparatus according to claim 6, wherein the second mounting hole is plural, and plural second mounting holes are provided around the through-center hole of the end cover.
8. The wheel steering apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the mounting portion and the connecting portion are each of a plate-like structure.

A mini-tiller comprising a frame, a wheel axle seat, a first wheel axle, a second wheel axle, a first wheel, a second wheel and the wheel steering apparatus of any one of claims 1-8, wherein the wheel axle seat is disposed on the frame, one end of the first wheel axle is connected to the first wheel through one of the wheel steering apparatus, the other end of the first wheel axle is rotatably connected to the wheel axle seat, one end of the second wheel axle is connected to the second wheel through the other of the wheel steering apparatus, and the other end of the second wheel axle is rotatably connected to the wheel axle seat.
