Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a coated product in which a coated article having a polygonal cross-sectional shape is accommodated in a container.
Background
Conventionally, there has been known a coated product including a coated material having a quadrangular cross section and a container in which the coated material is contained in a container body including an extrusion mechanism so as to be extrudable (see, for example, patent document 1).
However, in the coated product described in patent document 1, since the entire container body is quadrangular, the holding area held by the fingers of the user so as to be pinched from both sides is also in a cross-sectional quadrangular shape. Therefore, only a certain holding posture can be adopted, and no consideration is given to the application method other than applying one side of the application object having a quadrangular cross section to the application object. That is, there is no consideration of changing the coating width.

Detailed Description
An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to fig. 1 to 11.
This embodiment is a case where the present invention is applied to a coated product 1 called a glue stick (japanese: スティック glue) or the like.
As shown in fig. 6 to 9, the coated product 1 includes a coated material 2 having a polygonal cross-sectional shape, and a container 3 for containing the coated material 2 in a container body 4 having an extruding mechanism 7 so as to be extrudable.
As shown in fig. 6 to 9, the coating material 2 is a solid glue having a polygonal cross section, specifically a quadrangular cross section, and is contained in the container body 4 so as to be extrudable forward.
As shown in fig. 1, 2, and 7 to 9, the container 3 includes a container body 4 provided with an operation portion 8 of the extruding means 7 on a rear end side, and a lid 5 attached to a front end portion of the container body 4.
As shown in fig. 1, 2, and 7 to 9, the container body 4 includes a body 6 integrally formed of a synthetic resin and constituting a main part of the container body 4, and the extruding mechanism 7 having the operating portion 8 provided adjacent to a rear end of the body 6.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3 and 6 to 9, the trunk 6 of the container body 4 is provided with a holding area 9 having a circular cross section and held by a user at the front end side 6a thereof. The holding area 9 has a certain dimension in the front-rear direction. More specifically, in order to stably hold the holding region 9 with the fingers, the front-rear direction dimension of the holding region 9 is set to be equal to or more than half the width dimension of the average adult index finger, and more preferably equal to or more than the width dimension of the average adult index finger. On the other hand, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, 5 and 9, the rear end side 6b has a cross-sectional shape corresponding to the coating material 2, i.e., a cross-sectional quadrangular shape. Here, as shown in fig. 1, 2, and 7 to 9, the cross-sectional shape of the trunk 6 is set to gradually and smoothly change from the rear end side 6b to the holding region 9. As shown in fig. 6 to 8, the front end side 6a of the trunk 6 has a double-wall structure including an outer wall 11 having a circular cross-section and an outer periphery on which the holding region 9 is formed, and an inner wall 13 having a quadrangular cross-section and disposed inside the outer wall 11, and the inner periphery of the inner wall 13 is continuous with the inner periphery of the rear end side 6b of the container body 4. That is, these inner peripheries have a cross-sectional quadrangular shape corresponding to the coated object 2. The inner wall 13 extends forward than the outer wall 11, and the coating material 2 is gradually pushed out forward from the tip of the inner wall 13. As shown in fig. 7 and 8, a lid attachment step portion (japanese: step portion) 15 into which the lid 5 is fitted is formed on the outer periphery of the distal end portion of the outer wall 11. As shown in fig. 7 and 8, a bearing portion 17 for holding the extruding mechanism 7 is provided at the rear end of the body 6.
As shown in fig. 7 to 9, the extruding mechanism 7 includes a main shaft 19 held in the bearing portion 17, a screw rod 21 extending from a front end of a central portion of the main shaft 19 into the body 6, the operating portion 8 provided at a rear end of the main shaft 19, and an advancing-retreating member 23 located in the body 6, screwed to the screw rod 21, and screwed to advance and retreat in accordance with rotation of the screw rod 21, and a rear end of the application 2 is held by the advancing-retreating member 23.
As shown in fig. 7 to 9, the operation unit 8 includes an operation unit main body 25 having an opening 25a at a rear end thereof, and an operation unit cover 27 covering the opening 25a of the operation unit main body 25. The operation unit main body 25 is continuous with the outer periphery of the rear end portion of the trunk unit 6, and includes a bottom plate 29 integrated with the main shaft 19, and a peripheral wall 31 extending rearward from the outer periphery of the bottom plate 29. The operation portion main body 25, the main shaft 19, and the screw bar 21 are integrally molded from a synthetic resin. On the other hand, the operation portion cover 27 is separate from the operation portion main body 25, and includes a cover plate 33 and a peripheral wall 35 formed on an outer peripheral edge of the cover plate 33. The cover plate 33 is configured to close the opening 25a of the operation portion main body 25 in a state where the peripheral wall 35 is fitted to the inner periphery of the peripheral wall 31 of the operation portion main body 25. An engaging concave portion 37 is formed on the inner surface of the peripheral wall 31 of the operation portion main body 25, an engaging convex portion 39 is formed on the outer surface of the peripheral wall 35 of the operation portion cover 27, and the operation portion cover 27 is fixed to the operation portion main body 25 by the engaging convex portion 39 engaging with the engaging concave portion 37 by press-fitting the operation portion cover 27 into the operation portion main body 25. In the present embodiment, the outer peripheral surface 8a of the operation unit 8 and the outer peripheral surface 6b1 of the rear end side 6b of the trunk unit 6 described above have a square cross-sectional shape, and the outer peripheral surface 8a of the operation unit 8 and the outer peripheral surface 6b1 of the trunk unit 6 are continuous each time the operation unit 8 is rotated by 90 degrees. That is, the cross-sectional shape of the container body 4 gradually and smoothly changes from the rear end side 6b thereof to the holding region 9. Further, a relief portion for restraining, not shown, the operation portion 8 from stopping may be provided between the bearing portion 17 of the body 6 and the main shaft 19 every time the outer peripheral surface 8a of the operation portion 8 and the outer peripheral surface 6b1 of the body 6 are continuous.
The cover 5 is detachably attached to the distal end portion of the container body 4 described above.
The cover 5 is for covering the front end portion of the container main body 4 where the front end portion of the coating material 2 is exposed, and has the same cross-sectional shape as the holding area 9 of the container main body 4 as shown in fig. 1, 2, 7, and 8. That is, as shown in fig. 1, 2, 4, 7, and 8, the lid 5 is cup-shaped with a placement surface 5a at the front end, and includes a front wall 41 forming the placement surface 5a and a cylindrical peripheral wall 43 extending rearward from the vicinity of the outer periphery of the front wall 41, and an outer peripheral surface 43a of the peripheral wall 43 is formed so as to be continuous with the outer peripheral surface 9a of the holding area 9. On the other hand, an attachment stepped portion 45 engageable with the lid attachment stepped portion 15 provided on the trunk 6 of the container body 4 is formed on the outer peripheral surface 43a of the peripheral wall 43. The diameter of the front wall 41 having a disc shape is set larger than the outer diameter of the peripheral wall 43, and the outer peripheral portion of the front wall 41 constitutes a flange portion 47. That is, the cap 5 has a flange portion 47 having the largest outer diameter at the tip end, and the coated product 1 can be stably placed in an upright state with the placement surface 5a, which is the tip end surface of the flange portion 47, facing downward. In other words, the container 3 is set so that its shape gradually changes from its rear end side to its front end side, and the cross-sectional area of the front end side is larger than that of the rear end side, whereby the container 3 can be stably erected.
In the coated product having such a configuration, the distal end portion of the coated object 2 stored in the container body 4 can be projected by a desired amount from the distal end of the container body 4 by rotating the operation portion 8. Therefore, in a state where the cover 5 is removed, the holding area 9 of the container body 4 is held by pinching it from both sides with, for example, a thumb and an index finger, and the distal end portion of the application 2 is moved while pressing the distal end portion of the application 2 against the object to be applied such as paper, whereby the application 2 can be applied to a desired portion of the object to be applied. Since the coated material 2 of the present embodiment is prismatic, the coated material 2 can be applied in a thin linear region by pressing the leading edge corner portion 2a of the coated material 2 against the coated object as shown in fig. 10, or the coated material 2 can be applied in a wide band-like region by pressing the leading edge side portion 2b of the coated material 2 against the coated object as shown in fig. 11. At this time, the holding region 9 pinched by the thumb T and the index finger F of the user is formed by a cylindrical surface having a circular cross section, and the holding region 9 has a certain dimension in the front-rear direction, so that the user can hold the coating work without feeling of strangeness even in the case of performing the coating work by any use method. Further, even when the first usage mode shown in fig. 10 is switched to the second usage mode shown in fig. 11, the container body 4 can be rotated about the axial center L only by the fine movement operation without separating the thumb T and the index finger F from the container body 4, and thus various application actions can be performed efficiently. Further, since the application angle can be changed by rotating the container body 4 around the axial center L during the application operation, it is possible to meet the demand for applying the application material 2 to the application portion (the portion of the upper margin りしろ left for the size or glue) of the envelope as the application target material without a gap. Further, an intermediate use form between the use form shown in fig. 10 and the use form shown in fig. 11 is easily obtained, and the coating work can be performed while finely adjusting the coating width. In addition, when the coated object 2 is applied to a wide band-shaped area, in addition to the manner of pressing the distal edge portion 2b of the coated object 2 against the coated object as shown in fig. 11, the distal edge of the coated object 2 may be pressed against the coated object in a planar manner, and the coated object 2 may be applied to the coated object in a width of a diagonal line of the coated object 2. Further, if the cross-sectional shape of the coated object 2 is devised, the coating width may be changed in a plurality of stages or may be changed continuously. Further, since the rear end side of the container body 4, more specifically, the rear end side 6b of the trunk 6 has a polygonal cross-sectional shape corresponding to the cross-sectional shape of the application 2, the user can be informed of the shape of the application 2 even in a state where the cover 5 is attached, and the application 2 can be accommodated in the interior thereof without a gap, and the dead space (english: dead space) can be minimized and the entire application product 1 can be miniaturized.
The coating material is not limited to a glue, and may be any material as long as it is applied, and includes, for example, a writing core material, a cosmetic, and the like.
The shape of the container is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and as long as the shape gradually changes from the rear end side to the front end side and the cross-sectional area of the front end is larger than that of the rear end as in the above-described embodiment, the container can be stably erected in a posture in which the front end side is directed downward. In particular, if the cross-sectional shape of the container body gradually and smoothly changes from the rear end side thereof toward the holding region, the cross-sectional shape suitable for each portion can be realized without causing a sense of incongruity in the external shape.
The shapes of the application material and the rear end side of the container main body are not limited to the cross-sectional quadrangular shape, and may be any shapes such as a cross-sectional triangular shape and a cross-sectional hexagonal shape as long as they are polygonal shapes.
In addition, various modifications can be made within a scope not departing from the gist of the present invention.
