Abstract

The invention discloses a network equipment state information opening method and system and a source base station. The network equipment state information opening method comprises the following steps: collecting network equipment state information; filtering the state information of the network equipment; and opening the filtered network equipment state information to the inside and the outside of the network. In some embodiments of the present invention, the step of selectively providing the service to the user may include providing a quality degraded service, providing a partially functional service, or terminating a service to the user in step 1022.
Based on the service providing method provided by the embodiment of the invention, different services can be provided for users in different working areas according to the base station numbers and fault codes of equipment faults opened by the network equipment state information opening system, so that differentiated services can be provided for the users, the service providing efficiency is improved, the service providing resources are saved, and the user experience is improved.
FIG. 11 is a schematic diagram of some embodiments of a network external server according to the present invention. As shown in fig. 11, the network external server of the present invention may include a code receiving module 111 and a service providing module 112, wherein:
the code receiving module 111 is configured to receive a base station number and a fault code of an equipment fault that are open by the network equipment status information open system, where the base station number and the fault code of the equipment fault are obtained by filtering network equipment status information according to the network equipment status information open method described in any of the embodiments (e.g., any of fig. 1-3) by the network equipment status information open system in any of the embodiments (e.g., any of fig. 4-6).
The service providing module 112 is configured to determine, according to the open base station number and the fault code in which the equipment fault exists, to provide a corresponding type of service for the user in the corresponding base station area.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the service providing module 112 may be configured to, for a user in a normal operating area of the device, provide services to the user normally by a server outside the network; and for users in the working area where the equipment has faults, the network external server selectively provides services for the users.
In some embodiments of the invention, the step of selectively providing the service to the user may include providing a quality degraded service, providing a partially functional service, or terminating a service to the user.
Based on the network external server provided by the embodiment of the invention, different services can be provided for users in different working areas according to the base station numbers and fault codes of equipment faults of the open system of the network equipment state information, so that differentiated services can be provided for the users, the service providing efficiency is improved, the service providing resources are saved, and the user experience is improved.
Fig. 12 is a schematic diagram of some embodiments of a network system according to the present invention. As shown in fig. 12, the network system of the present invention may include a network device status information opening system 121 in which:

In some embodiments of the present invention, the network system of the present invention may further include at least one of a source base station 122 and a network external server 123, wherein:

The network external server 123 may be a network external server as described in any of the above embodiments (e.g., the embodiment of fig. 11).
Based on the network system provided by the embodiment of the invention, the network device state information can be opened to other network elements in the network and network device state information of the network external service provider through the network device state information opening system, so that the strategy formulation in the network can be assisted and optimized, and the network device state information opening system can be used for preparing a more efficient service distribution mechanism by the network external service provider.
According to the source base station provided by the embodiment of the invention, the network equipment state of the adjacent base station of the source base station can be obtained through the network equipment state information capability open platform, and the cell switching list is updated according to the network equipment state information of the adjacent base station, so that the network switching strategy can be optimized, and the sectors with abnormal working states can be deleted, thereby optimizing the network switching efficiency.
According to the network external server provided by the embodiment of the invention, different services can be provided for users in different working areas according to the base station numbers and fault codes of equipment faults opened by the network equipment state information opening system, so that differentiated services can be provided for the users, the service providing efficiency is improved, the service providing resources are saved, and the user experience is improved.
According to another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a computer readable storage medium storing computer instructions which, when executed by a processor, implement a network device status information opening method as described in any one of the embodiments above; and/or a network switching method as in any one of the above embodiments.
Based on the computer readable storage medium provided by the embodiment of the invention, through the network equipment state information opened to other network elements in the network and the network external service provider, the strategy formulation in the network can be assisted and optimized, and the more efficient service distribution mechanism can be formulated by the network external service provider.
The network device status information opening system and source base station described above may be implemented as a general purpose processor, a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) or other programmable logic device, discrete gate or transistor logic, discrete hardware components, or any suitable combination thereof for performing the functions described herein.
The present invention has been described in detail so far. In order to avoid obscuring the concepts of the invention, some details known in the art have not been described. How to implement the solutions disclosed herein will be fully apparent to those skilled in the art from the above description.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the steps for implementing the above embodiments may be implemented by hardware, or may be implemented by a program for instructing relevant hardware, where the program may be stored in a computer readable storage medium, and the storage medium may be a read-only memory, a magnetic disk or an optical disk, etc.

1. A network device status information opening method, comprising:
The network equipment state information opening system acquires network equipment state information, wherein the network equipment state information comprises at least one of base station working state information, transmission system working state information and antenna feed system state information, and the network equipment state information is used for reflecting whether various equipment in a network work normally or not;
the network equipment state information opening system filters the network equipment state information;
the network equipment state information opening system opens the filtered network equipment state information to the inside and the outside of the network;
wherein the network device status information opening system opening the filtered network device status information to the inside and the outside of the network includes:
the network equipment state information opening system opens the filtered network equipment state information to the source base station, wherein the source base station is used for acquiring the network equipment state information of the adjacent base station of the source base station from the network equipment state information opening system, determining a cell switching list according to measurement information reported by the user terminal, updating the cell switching list according to the network equipment state information of the adjacent base station of the source base station, determining a target cell in the updated cell switching list according to a preset switching strategy, and guiding the user terminal to switch to the target cell.
2. The network device status information opening method according to claim 1, wherein the opening the filtered network device status information to the inside and the outside of the network comprises:
encoding the filtered network equipment state information;
and opening the coded network equipment state information to the inside and the outside of the network.
3. The network device status information opening method according to claim 2, wherein the opening the encoded network device status information to the inside and the outside of the network comprises:
opening the coded network equipment state information to the inside of the network to optimize the network strategy;
and opening the coded network equipment state information to the outside of the network so as to optimize the business flow outside the network.
4. A network device status information opening method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the filtering the network device status information comprises:
and filtering the network equipment state information according to the internal network requirement and/or the external network requirement to obtain the openable network equipment state information.
5. A network switching method, comprising:
The method comprises the steps that a source base station acquires network equipment state information of a base station adjacent to the source base station from a network equipment state information opening system, wherein the network equipment state information comprises at least one of base station working state information, transmission system working state information and antenna feed system state information, and the network equipment state information opening system is used for acquiring the network equipment state information, filtering the network equipment state information and opening the filtered network equipment state information to the source base station;
the source base station determines a cell switching list according to measurement information reported by the user terminal;
the source base station updates a cell switching list according to the network equipment state information of the adjacent base stations of the source base station;
the source base station determines a target cell in the updated cell switching list according to a preset switching strategy;
the source base station directs the user terminal to switch to the target cell.
6. The network handover method according to claim 5, wherein the updating the cell handover list by the source base station according to the network device status information of the source base station neighboring base station comprises:
and the source base station deletes the cell with abnormal network equipment operation from the switching cell list according to the network equipment state information of the adjacent base stations of the source base station.
7. The network switching method according to claim 5 or 6, further comprising:
network device status information opening system opening network device status information to a source base station according to the network device status information opening method of any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the network device status information includes at least one of base station operation status information, transmission system operation status information, and antenna feed system status information.
8. A service providing method, comprising:
the network device status information opening system filters network device status information and opens a base station number and a fault code, in which a device fault exists, to a network external server according to the network device status information opening method of any one of claims 1 to 4;
and the network external server judges that the users in the corresponding base station area are provided with corresponding types of services according to the open base station numbers and fault codes with equipment faults.

The service providing method according to claim 8, wherein the network external server judging that the user of the corresponding base station area is provided with the corresponding type of service according to the open base station number and the fault code in which the equipment fault exists comprises:
For users in a normal working area of equipment, a network external server normally provides services for the users;
for users in a work area where the device has a fault, a network external server selectively provides services to the users.
10. The service providing method according to claim 9, wherein the selectively providing the service to the user includes providing a quality-degraded service, providing a partially functional service, or terminating a service to the user.
11. A network device status information opening system, comprising:
the network equipment state information collector is used for collecting network equipment state information, wherein the network equipment state information comprises at least one of base station working state information, transmission system working state information and antenna feed system state information, and the network equipment state information is used for reflecting whether various equipment in a network work normally or not;
the network equipment state information filter is used for filtering the network equipment state information;
the network equipment state information capacity opening platform is used for opening the filtered network equipment state information to the inside and the outside of the network;
The network equipment status information capability opening platform is used for opening the filtered network equipment status information to the source base station, wherein the source base station is used for acquiring the network equipment status information of the adjacent base station of the source base station from the network equipment status information opening system, determining a cell switching list according to the measurement information reported by the user terminal, updating the cell switching list according to the network equipment status information of the adjacent base station of the source base station, determining a target cell in the updated cell switching list according to a preset switching strategy, and guiding the user terminal to switch to the target cell.
12. The network device status information opening system according to claim 11, wherein the network device status information opening system is configured to perform operations for implementing the network device status information opening method according to any one of claims 1 to 4.
13. A network device status information opening system, comprising:
a system memory for storing instructions;
a system processor configured to execute the instructions to cause the network device status information opening system to perform operations that implement the network device status information opening method of any one of claims 1-4.
14. A source base station, comprising:
a base station information acquisition module for acquiring network device state information of a base station adjacent to a source base station from the network device state information open system according to any one of claims 11 to 13, wherein the network device state information includes at least one of base station operation state information, transmission system operation state information, and antenna feed system state information;
the cell list determining module is used for determining a cell switching list according to measurement information reported by the user terminal;
the cell list updating module is used for updating the cell switching list according to the state information of the network equipment;
the target cell determining module is used for determining a target cell in the updated cell switching list according to a preset switching strategy;
and the switching module is used for guiding the user terminal to switch to the target cell.
15. The source base station of claim 14, wherein the source base station is configured to perform operations for implementing the network handover method of claim 5 or 6.
16. A source base station, comprising:
a source base station memory for storing instructions;
a source base station processor configured to execute the instructions, so that the source base station performs operations for implementing the network handover method according to claim 5 or 6.
17. A network external server, comprising:
a code receiving module, configured to receive a base station number and a fault code of an existing device fault that are open by a network device state information open system, where the base station number and the fault code of the existing device fault are obtained by filtering network device state information by the network device state information open system according to any one of claims 1 to 4;
and the service providing module is used for judging that the users in the corresponding base station area are provided with the corresponding type of service according to the open base station numbers and fault codes with equipment faults.
18. A network system comprising the network device status information opening system according to any one of claims 11 to 13.
19. The network system of claim 18, further comprising a source base station of any of claims 14-16.
20. The network system of claim 18 or 19, further comprising a network external server according to claim 17.

A computer readable storage medium storing computer instructions which, when executed by a processor, implement the network device status information opening method of any one of claims 1-4; and/or a network handover method according to any of claims 5-7; and/or a service providing method according to any one of claims 8-10.
