Abstract
The invention discloses a quick-locking coaxial connector which comprises an unlocking sleeve, a first outer conductor, an elastic ring, a spring, a first dielectric body, an inner conductor, a second outer conductor, a second dielectric body and a steel ball. The invention adopts a double-spring structure, limits and controls the balance position of the unlocking sleeve and the first outer conductor, changes the position of the unlocking sleeve relative to the first outer conductor by overcoming the elasticity of the spring, and leads the flange on the unlocking sleeve to press or release the steel ball in the through hole of the first outer conductor, thereby realizing the locking and unlocking of the invention and the butt joint end. The invention has simple operation without using installation tools; the structure is compact, the occupied space is small, and the high-density arrangement of the connectors is facilitated; simple structure, assembly are swift, with low costs and mechanical and electric excellent performance and the efficient advantage of plug.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the locking and separation of radio frequency coaxial transmission in the technical field of connectors, in particular to a quick-locking coaxial connector.
Background
SMA series rf connectors are widely used for rf transmission, and usually adopt a threaded connection mode, and a plug and a socket are mutually compressed through threaded connection to ensure the coincidence of reference surfaces of inner and outer conductors. However, there is a problem that a certain distance is required for arranging the connectors in order to satisfy an operation space of the installation tool, high-density arrangement cannot be performed, and thus, an occupied space is large, and in addition, a screw connection has a defect that a connection speed is slow.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a quick-locking coaxial connector aiming at the difference of the prior art, the quick-locking coaxial connector adopts a double-spring structure, limits and controls the balance position of an unlocking sleeve and a first outer conductor, changes the position of the unlocking sleeve relative to the first outer conductor by overcoming the elasticity of a spring, and enables a flange on the unlocking sleeve to press or release a steel ball in a through hole of the first outer conductor, thereby realizing the locking and unlocking of the quick-locking coaxial connector and an abutting end. The invention has simple operation without using installation tools; the structure is compact, the occupied space is small, and the high-density arrangement of the connectors is facilitated; simple structure, assembly are swift, with low costs and mechanical and electric excellent performance and the efficient advantage of plug.
The specific technical scheme for realizing the purpose of the invention is as follows:
a quick-locking coaxial connector is characterized by comprising an unlocking sleeve, a first outer conductor, an elastic ring, a spring, a first dielectric body, an inner conductor, a second outer conductor, a second dielectric body and a steel ball;
the unlocking sleeve is a cylindrical part, and a flange and a middle spring seat are sequentially arranged on the inner wall of the unlocking sleeve;
the first outer conductor is a cylindrical part, a plurality of through holes are radially formed in the wall of the cylindrical part, an elastic ring step is arranged in the cylindrical part, and a first spring seat and a straight-line neck are arranged on the outer wall of the cylindrical part;
the second outer conductor is a cylindrical part with a straight hole inside, and a second spring seat is arranged on one end face of the second outer conductor.
The first outer conductor is axially connected with the second outer conductor, and the straight-line neck 24 of the first outer conductor is in press fit with the straight hole of the second outer conductor;
the inner conductor is arranged along the axes of the first outer conductor and the second outer conductor;
the second dielectric body is arranged between the inner conductor and the second outer conductor;
the first dielectric body is arranged between the inner conductor and the first outer conductor;
the elastic ring is arranged in the elastic ring step of the first outer conductor;
the unlocking sleeve is sleeved on the outer sides of the first outer conductor and the second outer conductor;
the two springs are respectively arranged on two sides of a middle spring seat in the unlocking sleeve, one spring is positioned between the middle spring seat in the unlocking sleeve and a first spring seat of the first outer conductor, and the other spring is positioned between the middle spring seat in the unlocking sleeve and a second spring seat of the second outer conductor;
the steel balls are arranged in the through holes of the first outer conductor in sequence.
The elastic ring is provided with a petal-shaped elastic sheet.
And a closing-in is arranged at one side of the inner wall of the cylinder of the first outer conductor through the through hole.

Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1, the invention includes an unlocking sleeve 1, a first outer conductor 2, an elastic ring 3, a spring 4, a first dielectric body 5, an inner conductor 6, a second outer conductor 7, a second dielectric body 8 and a steel ball 9;
the unlocking sleeve 1 is a cylindrical part, and a flange 11 and a middle spring seat 12 are sequentially arranged on the inner wall of the unlocking sleeve;
the first outer conductor 2 is a cylindrical part, a plurality of through holes 21 are radially formed in the wall of the cylindrical part, an elastic ring step 22 is arranged in the cylindrical part, and a first spring seat 23 and a straight thread neck 24 are arranged on the outer wall of the cylindrical part;
the second outer conductor 7 is a cylindrical part with a straight hole 71 arranged therein, and a second spring seat 72 is arranged on one end face;
the first outer conductor 2 is axially connected with the second outer conductor 7, and the straight-grain neck 24 of the first outer conductor 2 is in press fit with the straight hole 71 of the second outer conductor 7;
the inner conductor 6 is arranged along the axes of the first outer conductor 2 and the second outer conductor 7;
the second dielectric body 8 is arranged between the inner conductor 6 and the second outer conductor 7;
the first dielectric body 5 is arranged between the inner conductor 6 and the first outer conductor 2;
the elastic ring 3 is arranged in the elastic ring step 22 of the first outer conductor 2;
the unlocking sleeve 1 is sleeved on the outer sides of the first outer conductor 2 and the second outer conductor 7;
the springs 4 are divided into two parts and are arranged on two sides of the middle spring seat 12 in the unlocking sleeve 1, wherein one part is positioned between the middle spring seat 12 on the unlocking sleeve 1 and the first spring seat 23 of the first outer conductor 2, and the other part is positioned between the middle spring seat 12 on the unlocking sleeve 1 and the second spring seat 72 of the second outer conductor 7;
the steel balls 9 are several, and the steel balls 9 are sequentially arranged in the through holes 21 of the first outer conductor 2.
Referring to fig. 1, a petal-shaped elastic sheet 31 is arranged on the elastic ring 3; the through hole 21 is provided with a closing-in at one side of the inner wall of the first outer conductor 2.
The invention works as follows:
referring to fig. 1, the initial state of the invention: the invention adopts a structure of double springs 4, wherein the two springs 4 are respectively arranged at two sides of a middle spring seat 12 in an unlocking sleeve 1, one of the springs is positioned between the middle spring seat 12 on the unlocking sleeve 1 and a first spring seat 23 of a first outer conductor 2, and the other spring is positioned between the middle spring seat 12 on the unlocking sleeve 1 and a second spring seat 72 of a second outer conductor 7; at this point the flange 11 on the unlocking sleeve touches the steel ball 9 in the through hole 21 of the first outer conductor 2 and the spring 4 defines and controls the equilibrium position of the unlocking sleeve 1 and the first outer conductor 2, which is the initial state of the invention.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the invention is locked with the butt joint end: the outer conductor of the butt joint end of the coaxial cable is provided with a groove 10, when the butt joint end is inserted into the first outer conductor 2 from left to right, the end of the butt joint end is blocked by the steel ball 9, at the moment, force is applied to the unlocking sleeve 1, the unlocking sleeve 1 overcomes the resistance of the spring 4 to move leftwards, the flange 11 on the unlocking sleeve 1 releases the steel ball 9 in the through hole 21 of the first outer conductor 2, the butt joint end is continuously inserted, when the butt joint end is inserted in place, the steel ball 9 falls between the groove 10 and the through hole 21, the unlocking sleeve 1 is released, the unlocking sleeve moves rightwards to reset along with the elastic force recovery of the spring 4, the flange 11 on the unlocking sleeve 1 presses the steel ball 9 in the through hole 21 of the first outer conductor 2 again to lock the butt joint end and the first outer conductor 2, at the moment, the outer conductor of the butt joint end is contacted with the elastic sheet 31 of the elastic ring 3, and the inner conductor of the butt joint end is contacted with the inner conductor 6, so that the quick insertion and locking of the butt joint end and the invention are completed.
Referring to fig. 1 and 3, the invention is unlocked with the butt joint end: and applying force to the unlocking sleeve 1 to enable the unlocking sleeve 1 to move rightwards against the resistance of the spring 4, releasing the steel ball 9 in the through hole 21 of the first outer conductor 2 by the flange 11 on the unlocking sleeve 1, and pulling the butt joint end out of the first outer conductor 2 from right to left to finish quick separation and unlocking of the invention and the butt joint end.
Because the through hole 21 of the invention is provided with the closing-in at one side of the inner wall of the cylinder of the first outer conductor 2, the steel ball 9 in the through hole 21 can not fall off by itself after the butt joint end is pulled out from the first outer conductor 2.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the invention adopts a double-spring structure to limit and control the balance position of the unlocking sleeve 1 and the first outer conductor 2, and the flange 11 on the unlocking sleeve 1 presses the steel ball 9 in the through hole 21 of the first outer conductor 2, namely the locking position of the invention; the invention sets releasing positions on both sides of the flange 11 on the unlocking sleeve 1, namely the flange 11 on the unlocking sleeve 1 can release the steel ball 9 in the through hole 21 of the first outer conductor 2 to be separated from the balance position no matter moving leftwards or rightwards.
According to the design of the double springs and the bidirectional disengaging balance position, during operation, locking and separating operation can be implemented only by applying a pair of opposite forces to the unlocking sleeve 1 and the butt joint end, so that the acting force and the reacting force during operation are balanced, the humanized design is met, operation of an operator is facilitated, and when the butt joint end is inserted into the first outer conductor 2 from left to right, the unlocking sleeve 1 is moved to left, and plugging and locking can be completed; when the butt joint end is separated from the first outer conductor 2 from right to left, the unlocking sleeve 1 is moved rightwards, and then separation and unlocking can be completed.
The invention has simple structure, reliable and durable butt joint, can completely realize the locking and separating functions of the connector only by one push-pull action, and has very convenient operation.

1. A quick-locking coaxial connector is characterized by comprising an unlocking sleeve (1), a first outer conductor (2), an elastic ring (3), a spring (4), a first dielectric body (5), an inner conductor (6), a second outer conductor (7), a second dielectric body (8) and a steel ball (9);
the unlocking sleeve (1) is a cylindrical part, and a flange (11) and a middle spring seat (12) are sequentially arranged on the inner wall of the unlocking sleeve;
the first outer conductor (2) is a cylindrical part, a plurality of through holes (21) are formed in the wall of the cylindrical part along the radial direction, an elastic ring step (22) is arranged in the cylindrical part, and a first spring seat (23) and a straight thread neck part (24) are arranged on the outer wall of the cylindrical part;
the second outer conductor (7) is a cylindrical part with a straight hole (71) arranged inside, and a second spring seat (72) is arranged on one end face of the second outer conductor;
the first outer conductor (2) is axially connected with the second outer conductor (7), and the straight-grain neck (24) of the first outer conductor (2) is in press fit with the straight hole (71) of the second outer conductor (7);
the inner conductor (6) is arranged along the axes of the first outer conductor (2) and the second outer conductor (7);
the second dielectric body (8) is arranged between the inner conductor (6) and the second outer conductor (7);
the first dielectric body (5) is arranged between the inner conductor (6) and the first outer conductor (2);
the elastic ring (3) is arranged in an elastic ring step (22) of the first outer conductor (2);
the unlocking sleeve (1) is sleeved on the outer sides of the first outer conductor (2) and the second outer conductor (7);
the two springs (4) are respectively arranged on two sides of a middle spring seat (12) in the unlocking sleeve (1), one spring is positioned between the middle spring seat (12) on the unlocking sleeve (1) and a first spring seat (23) of the first outer conductor (2), and the other spring is positioned between the middle spring seat (12) on the unlocking sleeve (1) and a second spring seat (72) of the second outer conductor (7);
the steel balls (9) are multiple, and the steel balls (9) are sequentially arranged in the through holes (21) of the first outer conductor (2).
