Step S5043, vectorizing the plurality of goods to be selected according to the type and attribute labels of the goods to be selected, and obtaining a plurality of second vectors.
The step can be to vector the commodity, so that preparation can be made for the subsequent projection of the commodity to the vector space of the destination, and the correlation degree between the destination and a plurality of commodities to be selected is determined.
In step S5045, the relevance between the destination and the plurality of goods to be selected is determined according to the first vector and the plurality of second vectors.
The correlation degree of the destination and the plurality of commodities to be selected can be calculated by utilizing the commodities and the destination vectors, the commodities related to the destination are obtained, the correlation degree calculation is carried out on each commodity, the correlation degree indicates the relation between the destination and the commodities, and preparation is carried out for determining the commodities to be recommended later.
Alternatively, the correlation degree may be a scoring degree, and a specific value of the correlation degree is not particularly limited, for example, a value of any one of 1 to 10 is set.
And step S506, determining the commodity matched with the destination according to the correlation degree.
When determining the commodities matched with the destination, sorting can be performed according to the sequence from high to low of the correlation degree between the destination and the plurality of commodities to be selected; the top ranked predetermined number of items may then be selected as items matching the destination. The commodities can be ordered to select the commodities matched with the destination, and optionally, when a preset number of commodities in front of the ordering is selected as the commodities matched with the destination, the preset number, such as 30, can be set. The most suitable commodity for the destination is determined.
For step S304, the merchandise is recommended to the user. The method comprises the steps that the recommendation can be carried out through an interface where a travel application in the terminal is located, when the recommendation is carried out, a preset number of commodities which are ranked in front are selected to be commodities matched with a destination, the commodities are displayed on the terminal interface one by one, each commodity can have link information, and therefore after a user clicks the commodity, the commodity can directly enter a merchant selling shop, and the user can directly purchase the commodity.
Fig. 7 is a flowchart of a method for processing a user selected commodity according to a first embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 7, the method includes:
step S701, displaying a predetermined number of commodities.
Wherein displaying the predetermined number of items comprises: scattering a predetermined number of commodities in a sequence from high to low according to the correlation degree; displaying the predetermined number of commodities after the sequence is broken up. The method can break up the preset number of commodities and display the commodities at the interface positions of the terminal respectively, so that the situation that the commodities with the same quality are frequently recommended during display is avoided.
Step S703 of receiving a selection instruction for selecting a commodity from a predetermined number of commodities.
The selection instruction can be generated after the user selects the commodity, for example, after the terminal page displays a plurality of recommended commodities, the user can directly generate the selection instruction after clicking a certain commodity.
In step S705, in response to the selection instruction, order processing is performed on the selected commodity, wherein the mailing address of the order is the destination hotel where the user travels.
The mailing address of the order may not only include the hotel, but also be: the hotel, the express point and the commodity dispersion are low, so that after the user arrives at a certain place, the commodity is directly sent to the user, and the user can directly use the commodity which is the same as the destination.
Alternatively, when order processing is performed on the selected commodity, the time period from the ordering of the plurality of shops selling the commodity to the arrival of the commodity at the destination may be acquired first, and then the shop with the shortest time period may be selected from the plurality of shops, and order processing may be performed on the selected commodity. In the embodiment of the invention, the store with the shortest time length can be selected according to the time length of the order of the commodity, so that the store can be quickly sent to the destination.
Through the embodiment, the recommendation can be made according to the destination of the travel route of the user, the type and the attribute label of the destination are analyzed, then according to the type and the attribute label of the destination, the type and the attribute label of each commodity are determined in advance, the commodity with higher similarity between the commodity and the destination is determined, then the preset number of commodities can be recommended to the user for selection, if the user selects the commodity, the commodity can be automatically sent to the destination, and the commodity recommendation of the destination is more accurate. Based on the scheme, after the user purchases travel related travel, the destination can be automatically identified, the commodity related to the destination is automatically recommended, the recommendation accuracy is improved, the click rate of the user is improved, and the purpose that the user uses the product in the invention is also improved.

When detecting purchase information of a travel product, it may refer to detecting the travel product purchased by a user through a terminal, such as an air ticket, a hotel, etc., and after the user detects the submitted information, it may be determined that the user will reach a destination in the travel product.

In step S806, determining an article matched with the destination, where the article matched with the destination is determined according to a type to which the destination belongs and an attribute tag of the destination, the type includes a geographic feature of the destination, and the attribute tag includes an atmosphere and a climate of the destination.
In the embodiment of the invention, after determining the destination to which the user travels, the type of the destination is analyzed, wherein the type indicates the characteristics of the location where the user travels, and the types can include but are not limited to: island travel, desert travel, snow mountain travel, grassland travel, city travel, garden travel, riding travel, climbing travel, and the like. While for the destination's property tags, the destination's atmosphere and climate may be indicated, including but not limited to: passion, romantic, comfortable, broad, and hard. And for climates, it may include, but is not limited to: tropical, cold zone, subtropical zone, temperate zone continent, temperate zone monsoon, mediterranean, plateau, etc. After the destination is determined, atmosphere and climate of the destination can be directly defined, for example, after the destination is known to be the Prague island, the atmosphere can be defined as romantic, and the climate is tropical; after knowing that the destination is the allelbel grassland, it is possible to define its atmosphere as broad and its climate as temperate continental climate.
Step S808, displaying the commodity so as to recommend the commodity to the user.
Through the steps, the submission information of the travel product can be detected firstly, then the destination of the travel of the user can be determined according to the travel product, and the commodity matched with the destination is determined, wherein the commodity matched with the destination is determined according to the type of the destination and the attribute label of the destination, the type comprises the geographic characteristics of the destination, the attribute label comprises the atmosphere and the climate of the destination, and finally the commodity can be displayed. In the embodiment, according to the travel product purchased by the user, the destination of the travel of the user and the type and attribute label of the destination to which the destination belongs can be analyzed, so that the recommended commodity corresponding to the destination is determined, the commodity required by the user at the destination is recommended to the user, the user can know the commodity belonging to the destination in advance, the user can know the commodity required to be used at the destination in advance, the user can purchase the product according to the recommended commodity, the user can know the commodity at the travel destination in advance, the user can purchase the product without urgent need during the travel, the concern of the user is reduced, the interest of the user in using the travel product is also improved, and the technical problem that the commodity recommendation pertinence in the related technology is not high, and the experience of the user in using the travel product is low is solved.
For the above step S808, when displaying the commodities, the commodities may be sorted according to the order of the correlation between the commodities and the destination from high to low, and then a predetermined number of commodities in front of the sorting may be determined, and the predetermined number of commodities may be displayed, wherein the displaying order of the commodities is an order in which the order of the correlation is broken up according to the order of the correlation from high to low.
Alternatively, in the embodiment of the present invention, the following implementation manner may be further implemented, where the implementation manner corresponds to the implementation steps shown in fig. 7.
11. Receiving a selection instruction for selecting a commodity from a predetermined number of commodities;
12. in response to the selection instruction, performing order processing on the selected commodity;
13. order information is displayed, wherein the mailing address of the order is the destination hotel in which the user travels.
The mailing address of the order may not only include the hotel, but also be: the hotel, the express point and the commodity dispersion are low, so that after the user arrives at a certain place, the commodity is directly sent to the user, and the user can directly use the commodity which is the same as the destination.

It should be noted that, for simplicity of description, the foregoing method embodiments are all described as a series of acts, but it should be understood by those skilled in the art that the present invention is not limited by the order of acts described, as some steps may be performed in other orders or concurrently in accordance with the present invention. Further, those skilled in the art will also appreciate that the embodiments described in the specification are all preferred embodiments, and that the acts and modules referred to are not necessarily required for the present invention.
From the above description of the embodiments, it will be clear to those skilled in the art that the commodity recommendation method according to the above embodiments may be implemented by means of software plus a necessary general hardware platform, and of course may also be implemented by means of hardware, but in many cases the former is a preferred embodiment. Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the present invention may be embodied essentially or in a part contributing to the prior art in the form of a software product stored in a storage medium (e.g. ROM/RAM, magnetic disk, optical disk) comprising instructions for causing a terminal device (which may be a mobile phone, a computer, a server, or a network device, etc.) to perform the method according to the embodiments of the present invention.

In the embodiment, the type of the destination and the attribute label of the destination can be determined according to the destination of the travel of the user, so that the commodity which is recommended by the destination can be determined, the commodity which is required by the user at the destination can be recommended to the user, the user can know the commodity which is required to be used at the destination in advance, the user can purchase the commodity according to the recommended commodity, the commodity at the travel destination can be known in advance, the user can purchase the commodity without urgent need of the travel, the concern of the user is reduced, the interest of the user in using the travel product is improved, and the technical problem that the experience of the user in using the travel product is low due to the fact that the pertinence of commodity recommendation in the related technology is not high is solved.
Optionally, the second determining module includes: the dividing unit is used for dividing types of the plurality of commodities to be selected by adopting the same classification standard as the destination and labeling attribute labels on the plurality of commodities to be selected by adopting a label library which is the same as the destination; the first determining unit is used for determining the relativity of the destination and the plurality of goods to be selected according to the type and attribute labels of the destination and the type and attribute labels of the plurality of goods to be selected; and the second determining unit is used for determining the commodity matched with the destination according to the correlation degree.
Alternatively, the first determining unit includes: the first vector subunit is used for vectorizing the destination according to the type and attribute label of the destination to obtain a first vector; the second vector subunit is used for vectorizing a plurality of commodities to be selected according to the types and attribute labels of the commodities to be selected to obtain a plurality of second vectors; and the first determining subunit is used for determining the relevance between the destination and the plurality of goods to be selected according to the first vector and the plurality of second vectors.
Optionally, the second determining unit includes: the sorting subunit is used for sorting according to the sequence from high to low of the correlation degree between the destination and the plurality of commodities to be selected; a selecting subunit for selecting a predetermined number of the articles ranked first as articles matching the destination.
In an alternative embodiment, the commodity recommendation device further includes: a display module for displaying a predetermined number of goods; a receiving module for receiving a selection instruction for selecting a commodity from a predetermined number of commodities; and the order module is used for responding to the selection instruction and executing order processing on the selected commodities, wherein the mailing address of the order is the destination hotel where the user travels.
Optionally, the display module includes: the scattering unit is used for scattering the preset number of commodities according to the sequence of the high-to-low ordering of the correlation degree; and the display unit is used for displaying the predetermined number of commodities after being scattered in sequence.
In another alternative embodiment, the order module includes: acquiring the time length from ordering to arrival of goods at a destination of a plurality of shops selling goods; selecting the store with the shortest duration from the stores, and executing order processing on the selected commodity.
Optionally, the acquiring module includes: the acquisition unit is used for acquiring the travel product purchased by the user; and the third determining unit is used for determining the destination of the travel of the user according to the travel product.

In this embodiment, the computer terminal may execute the program code for the following steps in the commodity recommendation method: acquiring a destination of travel of a user; determining a type to which the destination belongs and an attribute tag of the destination, wherein the type comprises geographic characteristics of the destination, and the attribute tag comprises atmosphere and climate of the destination; determining commodities matched with the destination according to the type and attribute labels of the destination; and recommending the commodity to the user.
Alternatively, fig. 11 is a block diagram of another alternative computer terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 11, the computer terminal 100 may include: one or more (only one is shown) processors 102, memory 104, and peripheral interfaces, displays, and network modules.
The memory may be used to store software programs and modules, such as program instructions/modules corresponding to the commodity recommendation method and apparatus in the embodiments of the present invention, and the processor executes the software programs and modules stored in the memory, thereby executing various functional applications and data processing, that is, implementing the commodity recommendation method described above. The memory may include high-speed random access memory, and may also include non-volatile memory, such as one or more magnetic storage devices, flash memory, or other non-volatile solid-state memory. In some examples, the memory may further include memory remotely located with respect to the processor, which may be connected to the terminal 100 through a network. Examples of such networks include, but are not limited to, the internet, intranets, local area networks, mobile communication networks, and combinations thereof.
The processor may call the information and the application program stored in the memory through the transmission module to execute the following steps: acquiring a destination of travel of a user; determining a type to which the destination belongs and an attribute tag of the destination, wherein the type comprises geographic characteristics of the destination, and the attribute tag comprises atmosphere and climate of the destination; determining commodities matched with the destination according to the type and attribute labels of the destination; and recommending the commodity to the user.
Optionally, the above processor may further execute program code for: the method comprises the steps of adopting a classification standard identical to a destination to divide a plurality of goods to be selected into types, and adopting a tag library identical to the destination to tag attribute tags for the plurality of goods to be selected; determining the correlation degree of the destination and the plurality of goods to be selected according to the type and the attribute label of the destination and the type and the attribute labels of the plurality of goods to be selected; and determining the commodity matched with the destination according to the correlation degree.
Optionally, the above processor may further execute program code for: vectorizing the destination according to the type and attribute label of the destination to obtain a first vector; vectorizing a plurality of commodities to be selected according to the types and attribute labels of the commodities to be selected to obtain a plurality of second vectors; and determining the relevance of the destination and the plurality of goods to be selected according to the first vector and the plurality of second vectors.

By adopting the embodiment of the invention, the type of the destination and the attribute label of the destination are determined according to the destination of the travel of the user, so that the commodity which can be recommended by the destination is determined, the commodity which is required by the user at the destination is recommended to the user, the user can know the commodity which is required to be used at the destination in advance, the user can purchase the commodity according to the recommended commodity, the commodity at the travel destination is known in advance, the interest of the user in using the travel product is improved, and the technical problem of low experience of the user in using the travel product due to low pertinence of commodity recommendation in the related technology is solved.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the configuration shown in fig. 11 is only illustrative, and the computer terminal may be a smart phone (such as an Android phone, an iOS phone, etc.), a tablet computer, a palm-phone computer, a mobile internet device (Mobile Internet Devices, MID), a PAD, etc. Fig. 11 is not limited to the structure of the electronic device. For example, the computer terminal 100 may further include more or less components (such as a transmission module, a display device, etc.) than those shown in fig. 11, or have a different configuration from that shown in fig. 11.

Claims (14)

1. A commodity recommendation method, comprising:
acquiring a destination which a user wants to travel;
determining a type to which the destination belongs and an attribute tag of the destination, wherein the type comprises geographic characteristics of the destination, and the attribute tag comprises atmosphere and climate of the destination;
determining a commodity matched with the destination according to the type of the destination and the attribute tag;
recommending the commodity to the user.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein determining an item matching the destination based on the type of the destination and the attribute tag comprises:

detecting purchase information for purchasing travel products;
determining a destination to which the user wants to travel according to the travel product;
determining an article matching the destination, wherein the article matching the destination is determined according to a type of the destination and an attribute tag of the destination, the type comprises geographic features of the destination, and the attribute tag comprises atmosphere and climate of the destination;
displaying the commodity so as to recommend the commodity to the user.
10. The method of claim 9, wherein displaying the merchandise comprises:
sorting the commodities according to the sequence of the correlation degree between the commodities and the destination from high to low;
determining a predetermined number of top-ranked items;
and displaying the predetermined number of commodities, wherein the display order of the commodities is an order in which the order of the relevance is broken up according to the order of the high-to-low order.
11. The method as recited in claim 10, further comprising:
Receiving a selection instruction for selecting a commodity from the preset number of commodities;
in response to the selection instruction, performing order processing on the selected commodity;
and displaying order information, wherein the mailing address of the order is the destination of the hotel in which the user travels.
12. A commodity recommendation device, comprising:
