(1) one end of a communication plug of an external communication cable is inserted into a communication socket of the offline upgrading device, and the other end of the connector plug is inserted into an input connector socket of the elevator door motor controller;
(2) switching on a power supply of the elevator door motor controller, automatically converting a 5V power supply acquired from the elevator door motor controller into a 3.3V power supply by a power supply module of the off-line upgrading device, after delaying for 1 second, carrying out communication handshake between the off-line upgrading device and the elevator door motor controller to be upgraded, if the handshake fails, terminating program upgrading, completely turning off the four working state indicating lamps, if the handshake succeeds, establishing correct communication connection between the off-line upgrading device and the elevator door motor controller to be upgraded, and at the moment, normally turning on a handshake state indicating lamp D3;
(3) the off-line upgrading device continues to send the secret key to confirm upgrading authority, once the secret key is correctly compared, the off-line upgrading device has the authority of the door machine upgrading controller, at the moment, the secret key state indicator lamp D4 is normally on, if the secret keys are not matched, program upgrading is stopped, and the four working state indicator lamps are completely turned off;
(4) the off-line upgrading device continuously sends an instruction for erasing the flash space, four indicator lamps of the off-line upgrading device flicker to prompt in the erasing process, if the erasing is successful, an erasing state indicator lamp D5 is normally on, and if the downloading is failed, the four indicator lamps are completely turned off;
(5) the off-line upgrading device downloads the program codes carried by the off-line upgrading device into a flash space of the elevator door motor controller to be upgraded, once the upgrading is successful, the download state indicator lamp D6 is always on, so far, if the downloading is successful, the four working state indicator lamps are all on, and if the downloading is failed, the four working state indicator lamps are all off;
(6) and (4) successfully downloading, cutting off the power supply of the elevator door motor controller, pulling out the communication cable from the input connector socket of the elevator door motor controller, and finishing the offline upgrading work.

The offline upgrade method according to claim 5, wherein: in the step (2), the control unit of the MCU module in the offline upgrade device sends a handshake signal code, if the handshake code fed back by the elevator door controller is correct, the handshake is successful, and the handshake status indicator D3 is normally on, i.e., a reliable communication connection is established, otherwise, the upgrade is terminated and the four operating status indicators are completely turned off.

The offline upgrade method according to claim 5, wherein: in the step (3), after the communication connection is successfully established by the handshake, the control unit of the MCU module in the off-line upgrading device sends out a secret key and judges whether the received secret key fed back by the elevator door controller is consistent or not, if the secret key is inconsistent, the off-line upgrading device cannot obtain upgrading authority, the upgrading is terminated, the four working state indicating lamps are all turned off, if the secret key is consistent, the secret key state indicating lamp D4 is normally turned on, the off-line upgrading device sends out an instruction for erasing the original program of the flash space of the elevator door controller, if the erasing fails, the upgrading is terminated, the four working state indicating lamps are all turned off, if the erasing succeeds, the erasing state indicating lamp D5 is normally turned on, and then the off-line upgrading device starts to download and store the carried program code file into the flash space of the elevator door controller, and after the downloading is finished, the off-line upgrading device carries out verification and confirmation, if the verification fails, the upgrading fails, the four working state indicating lamps are completely turned off, otherwise, the upgrading is successful, and the four working state indicating lamps are completely turned on.
8. The offline upgrade method according to claim 5, wherein: and (4) if the upgrade fails, the four working state indicator lamps are completely turned off, the offline upgrade device repeats the steps (1) to (6), if the upgrade still fails after repeating the trial for 1 to 2 times, the upgrade work is terminated.
