Abstract
The invention discloses a method, a device, a terminal, a storage medium and a system for recording and storing notes, wherein the method comprises the following steps: newly building an electronic note; acquiring track information acquired by an intelligent pen, drawing the track information on a note writing page of the electronic note and displaying the track information; and generating a corresponding note file for the electronic note according to the note type, and storing the note file to the personal space of the current user. the mobile terminal is used for creating an electronic note; acquiring track information acquired by an intelligent pen, drawing the track information on a note writing page of the electronic note and displaying the track information; generating a corresponding note file for the electronic note according to the note type, and sending the note file to a cloud storage server;

and the note generation storage module 33 is configured to generate a corresponding note file from the electronic note according to a note type, and store the note file in a personal space of the current user.
Specifically, the note creation module 31 receives a new note creation instruction input by the user, creates an electronic note, or creates an electronic note according to the received track information after the mobile terminal establishes a connection with the smart pen. The newly-built electronic note comprises a note writing page, the note writing page is used for drawing track information transmitted by the intelligent pen, and preferably, the note writing page is further provided with function keys, such as a pen color selection key, a pen type selection key, an eraser key, a sharing key and the like.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the note creation module 31 receives a new note creation command initiated after the user selects one note type. The note type is determined according to actual needs, and for school scenes, the note type can include meeting notes, lesson preparation notes, learning notes, daily notes, American notes, English notes and the like.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the acquiring the trajectory information collected by the smart pen includes: acquiring track information of a current writing point acquired by the intelligent pen in real time; or acquiring track information of a plurality of writing points acquired by the intelligent pen.
In one embodiment of the invention, the mobile terminal establishes wireless connection with the intelligent pen to acquire the track information acquired by the intelligent pen in real time. Specifically, the note drawing module 32 obtains track information of a current writing point acquired by the smart pen in real time, draws the track information on the note writing page, and displays the track information. At this time, the drawing of the note in the mobile terminal is synchronized with the writing of the smart pen on the paper. The track information includes the type of the book, the page number, the coordinate value of the current writing point, the writing pressure value, the type of the point (pen-up, pen-down, writing) and other information. The mobile terminal can acquire the size of the writing book according to the type of the writing book, converts the coordinate value of the current writing point according to the ratio of the size of the writing page of the note to the size of the writing book to obtain a converted coordinate value, and then draws the corresponding writing point at the position corresponding to the writing page of the note according to the converted coordinate value, the writing pressure value and other information.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the note drawing module 32 creates a note writing page corresponding to the page number in the track information in the electronic note; drawing the track information on a note writing page corresponding to the page number of the track information and displaying the track information; and recording the corresponding relation between the note writing page sequence number and the page number in the track information. Specifically, whether the page number in the track information is a new page number is judged, if yes, a note writing page is newly built in the electronic note, and the newly built note writing page is inserted into the last page of the electronic note or sequentially inserted into a proper position of the electronic note according to the size of the page number.
In one embodiment of the invention, the intelligent pen stores the acquired track information in the storage module in advance, and when the intelligent pen is connected with the mobile terminal (including wireless connection and wired connection), the stored track information of a plurality of writing points is transmitted to the mobile terminal, and then the track information is drawn one by one and then the note writing page is displayed. The drawing method is the same as the single writing point drawing method.
In actual work and life, people need to record various note types according to different scenes, such as meeting notes, lesson preparation notes, learning notes, daily notes, American notes, English notes and the like. For some confidential conferences, due to high confidentiality, the mobile terminal is generally forbidden to be carried, an intelligent pen which does not comprise a wireless communication module is adopted for recording, at the moment, the intelligent pen stores track information in a storage module of the intelligent pen in advance, and then the track information is exported in a wired transmission or other mode to generate a corresponding note file. For general lesson preparation notes, learning notes and the like, an intelligent pen comprising a wireless communication module can be used for recording, and track information written on paper by the intelligent pen is synchronously displayed on the mobile terminal in real time. Further, to distinguish between different notes, people often select different types of notebooks for recording. For example, the inner pages of American notebooks are generally of a grid type, while the inner pages of English notebooks are generally of a staff-like type. In order to maximally restore the writing experience of the user, in an embodiment of the present invention, a note writing template corresponding to each note type is preset, where the note writing template includes a page background, a page size, and a font. Before the track information is drawn on a note writing page of the electronic note and displayed, the method further comprises the following steps: and loading a note writing template corresponding to the note type to a note writing page of the electronic note.
In an embodiment of the invention, the device obtains the note type selected by the user, compares the note type selected by the user with the book type carried in the track information, if the note type selected by the user is consistent with the book type carried in the track information, the track information is drawn on a note writing page of the electronic note and displayed, and otherwise, the note type is prompted to be inconsistent with the note.
In one embodiment of the invention, the device acquires the note type selected by the user as the note type of the electronic note. For example, after selecting a note type, the user enters an interface corresponding to the note type, all notes corresponding to the note type can be viewed on the interface, and a new button is clicked to initiate a new note instruction for the note type, or the user initiates the new note instruction to open a note writing page and then selects the note type.
In one embodiment of the invention, the apparatus determines the note type of the electronic note according to the book model included in the track information. Specifically, the trajectory information includes information such as coordinate values of the writing points and writing pressure values, and also includes the type of the book. The writing book is made of multifunctional coordinate paper with dot codes. Different scripts may have different codes. By adopting the method of the embodiment, the note type can be automatically identified through the track information, so that notes are generated by adopting different note writing templates and note generation rules.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the note generating and storing module 33 generates the corresponding note file for the electronic note according to the note type specifically as follows: generating a picture for each note writing page contained in the electronic note; and generating corresponding note files for all the pictures according to the note generation rules corresponding to the note types. The storage of each note writing page as a picture can save space, generally speaking, one electronic note may include a plurality of note writing pages, and when a final note file is generated, all pictures need to be generated into a corresponding note file according to a note generation rule corresponding to a note type. Preferably, note generation rules corresponding to various note types are preset, and the note generation rules include one or more of file name generation rules, file storage formats and encryption modes. The file name generation rule comprises the steps of acquiring a file name input by a user, and adding the content such as note types, user information, dates and the like on the basis of the file name. In summary, generating the electronic note into the corresponding note file according to the note type may include the following steps: 1) generating a picture for each note writing page contained in the electronic note; 2) combining all the pictures into a temporary note file according to a file storage format; 3) and encrypting the temporary note file according to an encryption mode and then generating a final note file according to a file name generation rule.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the note generation storage module 33 transmits the generated note file to the cloud storage server, so that the cloud storage server stores the note file to the personal space of the current user.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the note generating and storing module 33 is further configured to send all track information contained in the electronic note to the cloud storage server, so that the cloud storage server stores the note file in the personal space of the current user.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the note generating and storing module 33 is further configured to store the generated note file and all track information included in the electronic note at the home terminal.
Fig. 4 is a block diagram of a note taking and storing device according to another embodiment of the present invention, which includes a memory 41 and a processor 42, wherein:
a memory 41 for storing a computer program operable on the processor 42.
A processor 42 configured to execute the computer program to cause the note recording and storing device to perform operations for implementing the note recording and storing method according to any of the above embodiments (fig. 1 or fig. 2 embodiments).
In the embodiment, an electronic note is newly created, the track information acquired by the smart pen is acquired, the track information is drawn on a note writing page of the electronic note to be displayed, and the electronic note is generated into a corresponding note file according to the note type and stored in the personal space of the current user. By adopting the embodiment of the invention, the recording is convenient, the recording is not easy to lose, different recording modes, display modes, storage modes and encryption modes can be matched according to different note types, the feeling of using a real paper pen to perform various recordings by a user is restored to the maximum extent, and the user experience is greatly improved. In addition, the note files are stored in the personal space of the user according to the note types, so that the user can conveniently check, share and manage the note files.
According to another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a mobile terminal comprising the note recording and storing device according to any of the above embodiments (fig. 3 or fig. 4 embodiments).
According to another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a computer-readable storage medium, a computer-readable storage medium storing a computer program, which when executed by a memory, implements a note recording and storing method as described in any one of the above embodiments (for example, the embodiments of fig. 1 to 2), and can be applied to a mobile terminal; the technical solutions of the foregoing embodiments substantially or partly contribute to the prior art, or all or part of the technical solutions may be embodied in the form of a software product stored in a storage medium, and including several instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, a mobile device, a network device, or the like) or a processor (processor) to execute all or part of the steps of the method described in this embodiment. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: various media capable of storing program codes, such as a usb disk, a removable hard disk, a Read Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk, or an optical disk.
Fig. 5 is a structural diagram of a system for recording and storing notes according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the system includes the above-mentioned mobile terminal 51, smart pen 52 and cloud storage server 53, where:
the mobile terminal 51 is used for creating an electronic note; acquiring track information acquired by an intelligent pen, drawing the track information on a note writing page of the electronic note and displaying the track information; generating a corresponding note file from the electronic note according to the note type, and sending the note file to a cloud storage server 53;
the intelligent pen 52 is used for collecting track information of a pen point and transmitting the track information to the mobile terminal 51;
and the cloud storage server 53 is used for storing the note file sent by the mobile terminal 51 to the personal space of the current user.
In one embodiment of the invention, the system further comprises a plurality of writing books corresponding to the note types and made of multifunctional coordinate paper with dot matrix codes. The script is designed to correspond to the note types, one for each type of note, and one for the dot matrix script. For example, the inner pages of American notebooks are generally of a grid type, while the inner pages of English notebooks are generally of a staff-like type. And the mobile terminal sets a corresponding note writing template and generates a corresponding note file according to the book type in the track information.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the smart pen 52 collects trajectory information of the pen tip of the smart pen on the dot matrix book through the high-speed camera and the pressure sensor, where the trajectory information includes book model, page number, coordinate values of writing points, writing pressure values, and the like.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the smart pen 52 includes a wireless communication module, and transmits the collected track information to the mobile terminal through a wireless transmission manner. Wireless transmission methods include, but are not limited to, bluetooth, Near Field Communication (NFC), Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN), ZigBee, infrared data association (IrDA), and Wi-Fi direct. In practical application, the intelligent pen and the mobile terminal are in wireless connection in a Bluetooth mode preferentially.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the smart pen 52 includes a wired transmission module, and transmits the collected track information to the mobile terminal through a wired transmission manner. To accommodate certain security requirements, the smart pen 52 is designed to not include a wireless communication module, and to transmit the acquired trajectory information to an external device only via a wired transmission module.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the cloud storage server 53 is a cloud disk server that is provided with a note file storage directory for each user.
The note recording and storage devices described above may be implemented as a general purpose processor, a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) or other programmable logic device, discrete gate or transistor logic, discrete hardware components, or any suitable combination thereof, for performing the functions described herein.
The above-mentioned serial numbers of the embodiments of the present invention are merely for description and do not represent the merits of the embodiments.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by a computer program, which can be stored in a computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. The storage medium may be a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), or the like.
The above disclosure is only for the purpose of illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention, and it is therefore to be understood that the invention is not limited by the scope of the appended claims.
Claims (18)
1. A note recording and storing method applied to a mobile terminal is characterized by comprising the following steps:
newly building an electronic note;
acquiring track information acquired by an intelligent pen, drawing the track information on a note writing page of the electronic note and displaying the track information;
and generating a corresponding note file for the electronic note according to the note type, and storing the note file to the personal space of the current user.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the method comprises:
acquiring a note type selected by a user as the note type of the electronic note; or,
and determining the note type of the electronic note according to the book type contained in the track information.
3. The method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the track information includes a page number, the method further comprising:
newly building a note writing page corresponding to the page number in the track information in the electronic note;
drawing the track information on a note writing page corresponding to the page number of the track information and displaying the track information;
and recording the corresponding relation between the note writing page sequence number and the page number in the track information.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein generating the electronic note into the corresponding note file according to the note type specifically comprises:
generating a picture for each note writing page contained in the electronic note;
and generating corresponding note files for all the pictures according to a note generation rule corresponding to the note type, wherein the note generation rule comprises a file name generation rule, a file storage format and an encryption mode.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
and after the note writing template corresponding to the note type is loaded to the note writing page of the electronic note, drawing the track information on the note writing page of the electronic note and displaying the track information, wherein the note writing template comprises a page background, a page size and a font.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
and acquiring the note type selected by the user, comparing the note type selected by the user with the writing book type carried in the track information, if the note type selected by the user is consistent with the writing book type carried in the track information, drawing the track information on a writing page of the electronic note and displaying the track information, and otherwise, prompting that the writing book type is not consistent with the note.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein the obtaining trajectory information collected by a smart pen comprises:
acquiring track information of a current writing point acquired by the intelligent pen in real time; or,
and acquiring track information of a plurality of writing points acquired by the intelligent pen.
8. The method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
establishing communication connection with the intelligent pen to acquire track information which is not synchronized in the intelligent pen;
and merging the track information which is not synchronized with the existing notes and storing the merged track information and the existing notes into the personal space of the user, or generating a new note file and storing the new note file into the personal space of the user.
9. An apparatus for note taking and storage, comprising:
the note newly-built module is used for newly building a note writing page;
the note drawing module is used for acquiring track information acquired by the intelligent pen, drawing the track information on the note writing page and displaying the track information;
and the note generation and storage module is used for generating a corresponding note file according to the note information drawn by the note writing page and the note file is stored in the personal space of the current user.
10. The note recording and storage device of claim 9, wherein the note recording and storage device is configured to perform operations to implement the note recording and storage method of any of claims 1-8.
11. An apparatus for recording and storing of notes, comprising a memory and a processor, wherein:
a memory to store instructions;
a processor configured to execute the instructions to cause the note taking and storage device to perform operations to implement the note taking and storage method of any of claims 1-8.
12. A mobile terminal characterized by comprising the note recording and storing device of any of claims 9-11.
13. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method according to any one of claims 1 to 8.
14. A system for recording and storing notes, the system comprising the mobile terminal of claim 12, a smart pen and a cloud storage server, wherein:
the mobile terminal is used for creating an electronic note; acquiring track information acquired by an intelligent pen, drawing the track information on a note writing page of the electronic note and displaying the track information; generating a corresponding note file for the electronic note according to the note type, and sending the note file to a cloud storage server;
the intelligent pen is used for acquiring track information of a pen point and transmitting the track information to the mobile terminal;
and the cloud storage server is used for storing the note file sent by the mobile terminal to the personal space of the current user.
15. The system of claim 14, further comprising a plurality of types of notebooks, the notebooks corresponding to the types of notes being made of multifunctional coordinate paper with dot codes.
16. The system of claim 15, wherein the smart pen collects trajectory information of a tip of the smart pen on a book through the high-speed camera and the pressure sensor, and the trajectory information comprises book model number, page number, coordinate values of writing points and writing pressure value.
17. The system according to any one of claims 14-16, wherein the smart pen comprises a wireless communication module for transmitting the collected trajectory information to the mobile terminal by wireless transmission; or, the intelligent pen comprises a wired transmission module, and the acquired track information is transmitted to the mobile terminal in a wired transmission mode.
18. The system of any one of claims 14-16, wherein the cloud storage server is a cloud disk server that is provisioned with a note file storage directory for each user.
