In another aspect, the seat 500 has a third seat point 502 and a fourth seat point 504 opposite to each other, wherein the first seat point 132 and the third seat point 502 are connected to form a first line segment L1, and the second seat point 134 and the fourth seat point 504 are connected to form a second line segment L2. The first line segment L1 and the second line segment L2 are not parallel to each other and are located on two opposite sides of the connecting portion 410A or the adaptor 300A, respectively. Next, the first bearing point 132 and the second bearing point 134 are connected to form a third line segment L3, the third bearing point 502 and the fourth bearing point 504 are connected to a fourth line segment L4, and the first line segment L1, the third line segment L3, the second line segment L2 and the fourth line segment L4 are sequentially connected to form a quadrilateral Q1.
The first bearing point 132 and the second bearing point 134 are used as the face bearing points, and the third bearing point 502 and the fourth bearing point 504 are used as the head bearing points, so that the stability of the user wearing the head-mounted display device 10A can be improved based on the support of the at least four bearing points, and the weight of the head-mounted display device 10A can be evenly distributed on the face and the head of the user through the at least four bearing points, so as to improve the comfort of the user wearing the head-mounted display device 10A.
In this embodiment, the first headband 400A further includes two first extending portions 420, two second extending portions 430 and two telescopic portions 440, wherein the two first extending portions 420 are respectively connected to the two connecting portions 410A, and the two second extending portions 430 are respectively connected to the two first extending portions 420. Further, there is a turn between each first extension 420 and the corresponding second extension 430, and the first line L1 substantially extends through the second extensions 430. When the user wears the head-mounted display device 10A, the first headband 400A can go around the ears of the user based on the turning design between each first extension portion 420 and the corresponding second extension portion 430, so as to avoid pressing the ears of the user.
On the other hand, the two extending portions 440 are respectively connected to the two second extending portions 430, wherein each second extending portion 430 is located between the corresponding first extending portion 420 and the extending portion 440, and one end of each extending portion 440 is coupled to the support seat 500. Further, the seat 500 is provided with a knob 510 for coupling an end of each expansion part 440 extending into the seat 500. By rotating the knob 510, each expansion part 440 can be driven to move relative to the seat 500, so as to adjust the length of the first headband 400A. On the other hand, the first headband 400A further comprises at least two springs 450 respectively disposed in the two second extending portions 430. The opposite ends of each spring 450 are respectively connected to the corresponding second extending portion 430 and the other end of the telescopic portion 440 extending into the second extending portion 430, although the length of the first headband 400A is mainly determined by the length of each telescopic portion 440 extending out of the seat 500, each second extending portion 430 can move relative to the telescopic portion 440 through the corresponding spring 450 to slightly lengthen the length of the first headband 400A, which is convenient for a user to wear or remove the head mounted display device 10A.
Under the condition that the length of each expansion part 440 extending out of the seat 500 is not changed, the user can apply force to the main body 100 to move each second extension part 430 away from the seat 500, and at this time, the user can smoothly wear or remove the head mounted display device 10A because the length of the first headband 400A is slightly lengthened. After the external force applied to the host 100 is removed, each spring 450 returns to the initial state from the stretched state, and drives the corresponding second extending portion 430 to move toward the direction close to the seat 500 to return to the positioning state. The spring 450 may be, for example, a tension spring or a torsion spring.
Fig. 2D is an enlarged schematic view of the knob of fig. 2A. Referring to fig. 2A and 2D, in the present embodiment, the knob 510 has a first grip portion 512 and a second grip portion 514, and the first grip portion 512 is located between the seat 500 and the second grip portion 514. The outer diameter of first grip 512 tapers from seat 500 toward second grip 514, and second grip 514 tapers from first grip 512 away from seat 500. Based on the outer diameter design, the first grip portion 512 is adapted to allow the user's fingertips to securely grip the knob 510, and the second grip portion 514 is adapted to allow the user's fingertips to securely abut against the knob 510, thereby facilitating the user to apply force to the knob 510 and rotate the knob 510.
FIG. 2E is a schematic view of the head mounted display device of FIG. 2A at another viewing angle. Referring to fig. 2A and fig. 2E, in the present embodiment, the head mounted display device 10A further includes a second headband 600 and a flexible member 700, wherein two opposite ends of the second headband 600 are respectively connected to the host 100 and the flexible member 700. The second headband 600 is a soft headband having a large deformation margin so that a user can adjust the tightness of the second headband 600 according to wearing requirements. In addition, the soft headband can also play a role in buffering, so that excessive pressure on the head of a user is avoided. The second headband 600 is located between the two connecting portions 410A and is connected to the seat 500 by the flexible member 700.
Specifically, the host 100 includes a buckle 140, and the second headband 600 is fixed to the buckle 140. The second headband 600 has a first section 610, a second section 620, and a third section 630, with the second section 620 connecting the first section 610 and the third section 630. The first section 610 is folded back after passing through the buckle 140 and is combined and fixed with the third section 630, and the second section 620 is buckled with the buckle 140. For example, the first section 610 and the third section 630 may be provided with velcro on their combined surfaces, but the invention is not limited thereto. Based on the arrangement of the velcro strips, the elastic coefficient of the second section 620 is smaller than the elastic coefficients of the first section 610 and the third section 630, that is, when the second headband 600 is stretched under a force, the second section 620 has a larger deformation margin compared to the first section 610 and the third section 630, so that the user can conveniently wear or remove the head mounted display device 10A. For example, an indicating structure or a label may be disposed on the back of the combining surface of the first section 610, so that the user can determine the combining and fixing direction of the first section 610 and the third section 630 by touching the indicating structure or the label. In other embodiments, the two joint surfaces of each first segment and the corresponding third segment can be provided with a magnet, a fastening structure or a buckling structure.
On the other hand, the flexible member 700 is located between the two connecting portions 410, wherein the flexible member 700 includes a flexible portion 710 and an adapter portion 720, the flexible portion 710 is connected to the seat 500, and the adapter portion 720 connects the third section 630 and the flexible portion 710. The flexible portion 710 is more elastic than the seat 500 and more flexible than the second headband 600, so that it not only can be deformed properly to conform to the head shape of the user, but also can provide enough tension to support the second headband 600. In the embodiment, the adapter 720 is located between the third section 630 and the flexible portion 710, and a hub 722 is disposed on one side of the adapter 720 for receiving at least one trace 150 connected to the host 100.
The traces 150 are used for transmitting signals, data or electrical energy, and the traces 150 can slide relative to the hub 722 to prevent the head-mounted display device 10A from shifting or falling off due to being pulled by the traces 150. In addition, the distance D1 between the adaptor 720 and the host 100 is greater than the distance D2 between the adaptor 720 and the seat 500, and further, when the user wears the head-mounted display device 10A, the adaptor 720 and the hub 722 are located substantially on the top of the head of the user and relatively close to the back of the head. With such a design, the influence on the user's adjustment of the length of the second headband 600 can be avoided.
Referring to fig. 2A and fig. 2E, in the present embodiment, the seat 500 includes a first bracket 520, a second bracket 530, a third bracket 540, and two fourth brackets 550, wherein the first bracket 520 may be an arc bracket and has a central portion 522 and two first end portions 524 located at two opposite sides of the central portion 522. The center portion 522 corresponds to the flexure 700, wherein the knob 510 is disposed on the center portion 522 and the two first end portions 524 are connected to the first headband 400A. The second leg 530 may be an arcuate leg extending outwardly from one side of the central portion 522 and connecting the flexible portion 710. The third bracket 540 may be an arc-shaped bracket extending outward from the other side of the central portion 522 and connecting the two fourth brackets 550. The two fourth brackets 550 may be arc-shaped brackets, respectively extend outward from the third bracket 540 and are respectively connected to the two first end portions 524. Further, the first support 520 and the two fourth supports 550 surround the window space, and the window space is divided into two parallel window areas W1 by the third support 540 crossing the window space. Based on the structural design of the rest 500, the weight of the head-mounted display device 10A can be more evenly distributed to the back of the brain.
In order to optimize and speed up the process of wearing the head-mounted display device 10A, each of the expansion portions 440 and the flexible portions 710 is coupled to the knob 510, and each of the expansion portions 440 and the flexible portions 710 is adapted to move relative to the rest 500 under the driving of the knob 510, and further, when the knob 510 is rotated by a user, each of the expansion portions 440 and the flexible portions 710 moves relative to the rest 500 in synchronization, and a ratio between a distance that each of the expansion portions 440 moves relative to the rest 500 and a distance that each of the flexible portions 710 moves relative to the rest 500 is about 7: 4. that is, the user only needs to rotate the knob 510 to synchronously drive each of the expansion portions 440 and the flexible portions 710, so as to adjust the tightness of the head-mounted display device 10A when the head-mounted display device is worn on the head.
Referring to fig. 2A and fig. 2E, the leaning seat 500 is designed with a special arc according to the head shape of different people in east and west. In the X-Z plane, a tangent T1 passes through the central portion 522 of the first leg 520, such as through the center point of the central portion 522. Tangent T2 corresponds to a position S1 that passes through second leg 530, for example, by being displaced a small distance from central portion 522 in the direction of second leg 530. Tangent T3 passes through third leg 540, for example, by being displaced a small distance in the direction of third leg 540 from central portion 522 at position S2. The first included angle α 1 between the tangent T1 and the tangent T2 may be 13 degrees, and the second included angle α 2 between the tangent T1 and the tangent T3 may be 6 degrees. In the Y-Z plane, a tangent T4 passes through the central portion 522 of the first leg 520, such as through the center point of the central portion 522. Tangent T5 passes through a section between central portion 522 and either first end 524, for example, by being displaced a small distance from central portion 522 in the direction of either first end 524 at position S3. The third included angle α 3 between the tangent T4 and the tangent T5 may be 9 degrees. The above parameters are designed to be the average value of the head types of different races in east and west.
In particular, in response to personal hygiene, the head-mounted display device 10A may be made of an antibacterial, air-permeable, hydrophobic, and oleophobic material, for example, which may contact the head, face, or other parts of the user.
In summary, based on the integrated design of the adapter and the headband in the head-mounted display device of the present invention, the user can quickly replace the headband. On the other hand, based on the distribution design of the face bearing points of the main machine, the distribution design of the head bearing points of the bearing seat and the connection relationship among the head band, the main machine and the bearing seat, when the user wears the head-mounted display device, the weight of the head-mounted display device can be evenly distributed on different positions of the face and the head of the user, so that the comfort when the user wears the head-mounted display device is improved.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to the above embodiments, it should be understood that the invention is not limited thereto, and various changes and modifications can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
