The valve cover 10 comprises a fastening nut 101 and a sealing ring seat 102; the seal ring seat 102 comprises a barrier wall and an annular face; a first positioning ring groove is formed by the blocking wall and the annular surface in a surrounding mode, and the ball left pad 13 is tightly pressed in the first positioning ring groove; the outer wall of fastening nut 101 is equipped with the external screw thread, fastening nut 101's hole is hexagon socket head cap structure, interior octagon structure or interior half-groove structure. The fastening nut 101 and the sealing ring seat 102 are integrally formed. The fastening nut 101 and the sealing ring seat 102 are separate structures.
The contact end surface of the valve cover 10 and the third sealing gasket 11 is an inclined surface, and the contact end surface of the valve body 3 and the third sealing gasket 11 is an inclined surface; the end surface of the valve cover 10 and the end surface of the valve body 3 are arranged on the same plane after being installed; the third sealing gasket 11 is annular, and the longitudinal section of the side wall of the third sealing gasket is trapezoidal; the side wall of the third sealing gasket 11 is tightly attached to the end surface of the valve cover 10 and the end surface of the valve body 3; an included angle formed by the end face of the valve body 3 and the radial direction of the valve body is larger than or equal to 15 degrees and smaller than or equal to 30 degrees.
The valve cover 10 and the valve body 3 are in plane contact with the third sealing gasket 11, the two contact end surfaces are on the same plane after installation, and the third sealing gasket 11 is in plane. The third seal 11 is ptfe, reinforced ptfe or polyparaphenylene. The sealing ring 1 is a metal bow-shaped ring, a polytetrafluoroethylene bow-shaped ring, a metal triangular ring, a polytetrafluoroethylene flat gasket and a rubber O-shaped ring.
The valve rod 7 comprises a disc-shaped baffle 74, and a third rod section 73, a second rod section 72 and a first rod section 71 which are in a round rod shape are sequentially arranged on the upper top surface of the baffle 74; the diameters of the baffle 74, the third pole segment 73, the second pole segment 72 and the first pole segment 71 decrease in sequence; a round bar-shaped fourth rod section 75 is arranged on the lower bottom surface of the baffle 74; the fourth rod segment 75 has a smaller diameter than the baffle 74; the third pole segment 73, the second pole segment 72, the first pole segment 71, the baffle 74, and the fourth pole segment 75 are concentric and integrally formed; said third rod section 73, said second rod section 72 and said first rod section 71 are arranged through said stuffing box 9; the baffle 74 is tightly pressed in the blocking ring groove 35. The valve body 3 and the stuffing box 9 are integrally formed or adopt a split structure.
The right pipe 15 comprises a flange 1501, a positioning section 1502 and a butt welding pipe 1503 which are sequentially arranged along the axial direction of the right pipe; the diameters of the flange 1501, the positioning section 1502 and the outer wall of the butt welded pipe 1503 are reduced in sequence; a first transition surface is arranged between the outer wall of the flange 1501 and the outer wall of the positioning section 1502; a second transition surface is arranged between the outer wall of the positioning section 1502 and the outer wall of the butt welding pipe 1503; the first nut 14 includes a nut body 1401 in which a threaded hole is bored along an axial direction of the nut body 1401; an annular baffle ring 1402 is arranged at a port of the threaded hole, and the baffle ring 1402 extends along the radial circle center of the threaded hole.
Example 2
The DN25PN63 one-piece type external thread ball valve designed by the method has the valve length of 70mm, the total length of the loose joint of 142mm and the total weight of the loose joint of 1.58 kg. The DN25PN63 two-piece type external thread ball valve designed by the traditional method has the valve length of 113mm, the total length including loose joint of 235mm and the weight of 1.92 kg. Compared with the screw thread ball valve designed by the traditional method, the screw thread ball valve designed by the method has the advantages that the length of the valve is reduced by 38 percent, the total length of the loose joint is reduced by 40 percent, and the total weight of the loose joint is reduced by 18 percent.
Example 3
In order to shorten the total length of the valve after installation, the invention improves the design method of the welding type loose joint, and shortens the length of the connecting pipe as much as possible on the premise that the sealing is not influenced by welding. If the method of shortening the length of the loose joint can be patented, this section is eliminated. The connecting pipes of the existing welding type loose joint are long because the nuts must be completely withdrawn from the flanges of the connecting pipes when the loose joint is disassembled, otherwise the loose joint can be scrapped if solid dirt exists in the pipelines. The only way to shorten the length of the adapter tube is to increase the diameter of the nut so that the nut can cross the weld of the adapter tube and the pipeline when the nut is disassembled. Then, the length of the connecting pipe is determined by a welding test. The lengths of the joints in the table below were all obtained by welding and sealing tests.
By adopting the improved method for the loose joint design, DN 15-50 welding type bow-shaped ring sealing loose joints are designed, the loose joint length is listed in the following table, and the loose joint length designed by adopting the traditional design method is listed in the table.

Claims (11)

1. a blocking ring groove (35) is concavely arranged on the side wall of the main body (31) along the radial direction, and the blocking ring groove (35) is communicated with the connecting cavity (37) and the inner cavity of the stuffing box (9); a ball core (4) is arranged in the connecting cavity (37);
a ball right gasket (2) is extruded between the ball core (4) and the inner wall of the valve body (3), and the ball right gasket (2) is positioned in a ball right gasket cavity (34);

a left pipe (12) is tightly propped against the outlet of the gland entering cavity, and a third sealing gasket (11) is extruded between the left pipe (12) and the outlet of the gland entering cavity; a second nut (16) is screwed on the outer side of the butt joint of the left pipe (12) and the valve body (3) by screw threads;
a right pipe (15) is tightly propped against the outlet of the ball right gasket cavity, and a sealing ring (1) is extruded between the right pipe (15) and the outlet of the ball right gasket cavity; a first nut (14) is screwed on the outer side of the butt joint of the right pipe (15) and the valve body (3) by screw threads; a handle (6) is fixed at the upper end of the valve rod (7) by screw threads.

The one-piece external thread ball valve according to claim 1, wherein: the valve cover (10) comprises a fastening nut (101) and a sealing ring seat (102); the sealing ring seat (102) comprises a blocking wall and an annular face; the blocking wall and the annular surface form a first positioning ring groove in an enclosing mode, and the ball left pad (13) is tightly pressed in the first positioning ring groove; the outer wall of fastening nut (101) is equipped with the external screw thread, the hole of fastening nut (101) is interior hexagonal structure, interior octagonal structure or interior half-groove structure.

4. The one-piece external thread ball valve according to claim 2, wherein: the fastening nut (101) and the sealing ring seat (102) are of a split structure.
5. The one-piece external thread ball valve according to claim 2, wherein: the contact end face of the valve cover (10) and the third sealing gasket (11) is an inclined plane, and the contact end face of the valve body (3) and the third sealing gasket (11) is an inclined plane;
after the valve cover (10) is installed, the end surface of the valve cover (10) and the end surface of the valve body (3) are on the same plane;
the third sealing gasket (11) is annular, and the longitudinal section of the side wall of the third sealing gasket is trapezoidal;
the side wall of the third sealing gasket (11) is tightly attached to the end face of the valve cover (10) and the end face of the valve body (3); and an included angle formed by the end surface of the valve body (3) and the radial direction of the valve body is more than or equal to 15 degrees and less than or equal to 30 degrees.

The one-piece external thread ball valve according to claim 2, wherein: the valve cover (10) and the valve body (3) are in plane contact with the contact end face of the third sealing gasket (11), the two contact end faces are on the same plane after installation, and the third sealing gasket (11) is in plane.
7. The one-piece external thread ball valve according to claim 1, wherein: the third sealing gasket (11) is made of polytetrafluoroethylene, reinforced polytetrafluoroethylene or p-polyphenyl.
8. The one-piece external thread ball valve according to claim 1, wherein: the sealing ring (1) is a metal arch ring, a polytetrafluoroethylene arch ring, a metal triangular ring, a polytetrafluoroethylene flat gasket and a rubber O-shaped ring.

The one-piece external thread ball valve according to claim 1, wherein: the valve rod (7) comprises a disc-shaped baffle plate (74), and a third rod section (73), a second rod section (72) and a first rod section (71) which are in a round rod shape are sequentially arranged on the upper top surface of the baffle plate (74);
the diameters of the baffle (74), the third rod segment (73), the second rod segment (72) and the first rod segment (71) are sequentially reduced; a round rod-shaped fourth rod section (75) is arranged on the lower bottom surface of the baffle plate (74); the diameter of the fourth rod section (75) is smaller than the diameter of the baffle (74); the third segment (73), the second segment (72), the first segment (71), the baffle (74), and the fourth segment (75) are concentric and integrally molded;
the third rod section (73), the second rod section (72) and the first rod section (71) are arranged in the stuffing box (9) in a penetrating way; the baffle plate (74) is tightly propped against the inside of the blocking ring groove (35).
