Referring to fig. 1, when the first and second mounts 1, 2 are in an open state, the first and second mounts 1, 2 face away from each other, i.e. the second web 12 of the first mount 1 and the fourth web 22 of the second mount 2 extend in opposite directions, and the second and fourth webs 12, 22 are in the same horizontal plane.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the first and second mounting elements 1, 2 may be of the same construction, and that the first and second mounting elements 1, 2 may be of different constructions. In order to facilitate processing and installation and improve working efficiency, in the embodiment of the invention, the first installation part 1 and the second installation part 2 can be both of an L-shaped plate structure.
The second and fourth connection plates 12, 22 may each be a rectangular plate. In order to increase the aesthetic appearance of the second and fourth connection plates 12, 22, both ends of the second and fourth connection plates 12, 22 may be provided with chamfers. Of course, the second connecting plate 12 and the fourth connecting plate 22 may be plate structures with other shapes, and are not limited herein.
It should be noted that, in the unfolded state of the rotatable connecting assembly shown in fig. 1 to 3, referring to fig. 1, the included angle between the first hinge 31 and the second hinge 32 is zero, that is, the first hinge 31 and the second hinge 32 rotate to the same side of the hinge shaft 33. Since the first mounting member 1 and the second mounting member 2 are both L-shaped plate structures, referring to fig. 4, two display unit plates connected by the rotatable connection assembly are located on the same plane to form a larger display area. When the included angle between the first hinge 31 and the second hinge 32 is 180 degrees, referring to fig. 5 and 6, the first hinge 31 and the second hinge 32 are on the same plane. Since the first mounting member 1 and the second mounting member 2 are both L-shaped plate structures, two display unit plates connected by the rotatable connecting assembly are folded in parallel.
The first connecting plate 11 and the first hinge 31 may be fixedly connected to each other, and the third connecting plate 21 and the second hinge 32 may be fixedly connected to each other in various manners.
For example, in some embodiments, the first connecting plate 11 is provided with a first connecting hole (not shown), the first hinge 31 is provided with a second connecting hole (not shown), and the rotatable connecting assembly of the present embodiment further includes a first fastening member (not shown) connected to the first connecting hole and the second connecting hole respectively; and/or a third connecting hole (not shown) is formed in the third connecting plate 21, a fourth connecting hole (not shown) is formed in the second hinge 32, and a second fastening member (not shown) is connected to the third connecting hole and the fourth connecting hole respectively. Specifically, the first and second connection holes may be unthreaded holes, and the first fastener may be a bolt and a nut; the first connecting hole and the second connecting hole can also be threaded holes, and the first fastener can be a screw, a stud and the like. One first connecting hole can be arranged, and a plurality of first connecting holes can also be arranged and are uniformly distributed on the first connecting plate 11; correspondingly, the number of the second connecting holes is consistent with that of the first connecting holes, and the positions of the second connecting holes correspond to those of the first connecting holes one to one. The third and fourth connection holes may be unthreaded holes, and the second fastener may be a bolt and a nut; the third connecting hole and the fourth connecting hole can also be threaded holes, and the second fastening piece can be a screw, a stud and the like. One or more third connecting holes can be formed in the third connecting hole, and the plurality of third connecting holes are uniformly distributed in the third connecting plate 21; correspondingly, the number of the fourth connecting holes is consistent with that of the third connecting holes, and the positions of the fourth connecting holes and the positions of the third connecting holes are in one-to-one correspondence. In the present embodiment, the first connecting plate 11 and the first hinge 31 are connected by the first fastener, the first connecting plate 11 and the first hinge 31 are stably and reliably connected, and the first connecting plate 11 is not easily detached from the first hinge 31; third connecting plate 21 and second hinge 32 pass through the second fastener and connect for third connecting plate 21 is connected stably with second hinge 32, and third connecting plate 21 is difficult to drop from second hinge 32.
For another example, in some other embodiments, the first connecting plate 11 and the first hinge 31 are clamped by a first clamping structure, for example, the first clamping structure includes a first buckle disposed on the first connecting plate 11 and a first clamping groove disposed on the first hinge 31, and the first buckle is clamped with the first clamping groove; and/or the third connecting plate 21 and the second hinge 32 are clamped by a second clamping structure, for example, the second clamping structure includes a second buckle arranged on the third connecting plate 21 and a second clamping groove arranged on the second hinge 32, and the second buckle is clamped with the second clamping groove. In the embodiment, the first connecting plate 11 is clamped with the first hinge 31, so that the installation is simple and quick; third connecting plate 21 and second hinge 32 joint, the installation is simple quick, is favorable to improving work efficiency.
It can be understood by those skilled in the art that the fixed connection manner of the first connecting plate 11 and the first hinge 31 may be the same as the fixed connection manner of the third connecting plate 21 and the second hinge 32, and the fixed connection manner of the first connecting plate 11 and the first hinge 31 and the fixed connection manner of the third connecting plate 21 and the second hinge 32 may also be different, and the embodiment of the present invention does not limit this.
With continued reference to fig. 1, in some embodiments, the rotatable connection assembly further comprises at least one first adapter plate 4 and at least one second adapter plate 5, the first adapter plate 4 being fixedly connected to the other end of the first mounting member 1, and the second adapter plate 5 being fixedly connected to the other end of the second mounting member 2. Specifically, one side surface of the first hinge plate 4 is fixedly connected to the second hinge plate 12 of the first mounting member 1, and the other side surface of the first hinge plate 4 is connected to the display unit plate. The first connecting plate 12 and the first connecting plate 4 are respectively located at two sides of the second connecting plate 12. One side surface of the second adapter plate 5 is fixedly connected with the fourth connecting plate 22 of the second mounting part 2, and the other side surface of the second adapter plate 5 is connected with the display unit plate. The second adapter plate 5 and the third connecting plate 21 are respectively located on two sides of the fourth connecting plate 22.

In some embodiments, the first transfer plate 4 is provided with one; and/or one second adapter plate 5 is provided. In other embodiments, the first transfer plate 4 is provided in plurality, and a plurality of first transfer plates 4 are provided at intervals along the preset direction, for example, the first transfer plates 4 are provided in two, three, four, etc.; and/or the second adapter plate 5 is provided in plurality, and a plurality of second adapter plates 5 are provided at intervals along a preset direction, for example, the second adapter plates 5 are provided with two, three, four, etc.
The quantity of first keysets 4 is the same with the quantity of second keysets 5, is favorable to the atress of balanced first hinge 31 and second hinge 32, improves rotatable coupling assembling's structural stability. The first adapter plate 4 is fixed on the first mounting component 1 through the third fastener, and the connection is stable and reliable. And/or a third threaded hole 51 is formed in the second adapter plate, a fourth threaded hole (not shown) is formed in the second mounting member, and a fourth fastener (not shown) is threadedly connected with the third threaded hole 51 and the fourth threaded hole respectively. The second adapter plate 5 is fixed on the second mounting piece 2 through the fourth fastener, and the connection is stable and reliable.
Of course, the first adapter plate 4 and the first mounting member 1 may be clamped, bonded, etc. The second adapter plate 5 and the second mounting member 2 can be clamped, bonded and the like. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the connection between the first adaptor plate 4 and the first mounting member 1 may be the same as the connection between the second adaptor plate 5 and the second mounting member 2, and that the connection between the first adaptor plate 4 and the first mounting member 1 may be different from the connection between the second adaptor plate 5 and the second mounting member 2.
In order to improve the stability of the connection between the first connecting plate 4 and the first mounting member 1, the first connecting plate 4 has a strip-shaped structure, for example, the first connecting plate 4 is a rectangular plate, and the length direction of the rectangular plate is consistent with the extending direction of the first mounting member 1; the first adapter plate 4 is provided with a plurality of first threaded holes 41, and the plurality of first threaded holes 41 are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the strip-shaped structure; accordingly, the number of the second threaded holes is consistent with that of the first threaded holes 41, and the positions of the second threaded holes correspond to those of the first threaded holes. And/or the second adapter plate 5 is a strip-shaped structure, for example, the second adapter plate 5 is a rectangular plate, and the length direction of the rectangular plate is consistent with the extending direction of the second mounting member 2; the second adapter plate 5 is provided with a plurality of third threaded holes 51, and the plurality of third threaded holes 51 are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the strip-shaped structure; accordingly, the number of the fourth threaded holes is the same as that of the third threaded holes 51, and the positions correspond to one another.
In order to realize the connection between the first adapter plate 4 and the display unit plate, the first adapter plate 4 is further provided with a first fixing hole 42, correspondingly, the display unit plate is provided with a mounting hole matched with the first fixing hole 42, and the fastening member is respectively connected with the first fixing hole 42 and the mounting hole, so as to realize the connection between the first adapter plate 4 and the display unit plate. And/or, the second adapter plate 5 is further provided with a second fixing hole 52, and a fastener penetrates through the second fixing hole 52 and the mounting hole on the adjacent display unit plate to realize the connection between the second adapter plate 5 and the adjacent display unit plate.
In some alternative embodiments, one first securing aperture 42 is provided and/or one second securing aperture 52 is provided. In other alternative embodiments, the first fixing holes 42 are plural, and the plural first fixing holes 42 are spaced along the length direction of the elongated structure. For example, two, three, four, etc. first fixing holes 42 may be provided. And/or the second fixing holes 52 are multiple, and the multiple second fixing holes 52 are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the elongated structure, for example, two, three, four, etc. second fixing holes 52 may be arranged. The number of the first fixing holes 42 and the second fixing holes 52 is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention. The number of the first fixing holes 42 may correspond to the number of the second fixing holes 52 in a one-to-one correspondence in position, i.e., the first fixing holes 42 and the second fixing holes 52 are symmetrical with respect to the hinge shaft.
There are various relative positional relationships between the first screw holes 41 and the first fixing holes 42 provided in the first adapter plate 4, and all the first screw holes 41 are provided in the upper half region of the first adapter plate 4 and all the first fixing holes 42 are provided in the lower half region of the first adapter plate 4. For another example, the first threaded holes 41 and the first fixing holes 42 are disposed along the same straight line, and the first threaded holes 41 and the first fixing holes 42 are disposed alternately, that is, one first fixing hole 42 is disposed between two adjacent first threaded holes 41. Exemplarily, referring to fig. 2, the first threaded holes 41 are provided in three, the first fixing holes 42 are provided in two, and the first fixing holes 42 are provided between adjacent two first threaded holes 41. The number and arrangement of the first threaded holes 41 and the first fixing holes 42 are not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
There are various relative positional relationships between the third screw holes 51 and the second fixing holes 52 provided in the second interposer 5, and all the third screw holes 51 are provided in the upper half region and all the second fixing holes 52 are provided in the lower half region of the second interposer 5. For another example, the third threaded holes 51 and the second fixing holes 52 are disposed along the same straight line, and the third threaded holes 51 and the second fixing holes 52 are disposed in a staggered manner, that is, one second fixing hole 52 is disposed between two adjacent third threaded holes 51. Exemplarily, referring to fig. 2, three third threaded holes 51 are provided, two second fixing holes 52 are provided, and the second fixing holes 52 are provided between adjacent two third threaded holes 51. The number and arrangement of the third threaded holes 51 and the second fixing holes 52 are not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1 to 6, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a display screen, which includes at least two display unit panels and at least one rotatable connecting assembly 7, wherein the other end of the first mounting member 1 of the rotatable connecting assembly 7 is fixedly connected to one of the display unit panels, and the other end of the second mounting member 2 of the rotatable connecting assembly 7 is fixedly connected to another one of the display unit panels. The structure, function and effect of the rotatable connecting assembly 7 provided in this embodiment are the same as those of the above embodiment, and reference may be made to the above embodiment specifically, which is not described herein again.
Exemplarily, the display screen of the present embodiment includes at least two display unit panels, which are respectively defined as a fixed display unit panel 61 and a movable display unit panel 62, wherein the fixed display unit panel 61 is fixed on the moving mechanism 9 through the supporting frame 8, the movable display unit panel 62 is connected with the fixed display unit panel 61 through the rotatable connecting assembly 7, and referring to fig. 4, the movable display unit panel 62 can be unfolded to increase the display area of the display screen; referring to fig. 5 and 6, the movable display unit panel 62 can be folded with respect to the fixed display unit panel 61, facilitating transportation and storage of the display screen. The number of the display unit plates included in the display screen is not limited in the embodiment of the invention.
In addition, in order to improve the convenience of transporting the display screen, the moving mechanism 9 includes a supporting plate 91 and rolling wheels 92, wherein the top surface of the supporting plate 91 is connected with the supporting frame 8, and the rolling wheels 92 are arranged on the bottom surface of the supporting plate 91.
The display screen provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises the rotatable connecting assembly in the embodiment, so that the display screen provided by the embodiment of the invention also has the same advantages as the rotatable connecting assembly in the embodiment.

Claims (14)

1. A rotatable connection assembly, comprising: the first mounting member, the second mounting member, the at least one hinge, the at least one first adapter plate and the at least one second adapter plate; the first mounting piece and the second mounting piece extend along a preset direction;
the hinge comprises a hinge shaft, a first hinge and a second hinge, wherein the first hinge and the second hinge are respectively hinged with the hinge shaft;
the first mounting piece comprises a first connecting plate and a second connecting plate which are connected, the first connecting plate is perpendicular to the second connecting plate, and the first connecting plate is fixedly connected with the first hinge; the first connecting plate is attached to the first hinge, and the joint of the first connecting plate and the second connecting plate is positioned at one end, far away from the hinge shaft, of the first connecting plate;
and/or the second mounting piece comprises a third connecting plate and a fourth connecting plate which are connected, the third connecting plate and the fourth connecting plate are vertical, and the third connecting plate is fixedly connected with the second hinge; the third connecting plate is attached to the second hinge; the joint of the third connecting plate and the fourth connecting plate is positioned at one end of the third connecting plate, which is far away from the hinge shaft;
one side surface of the first transfer plate is fixedly connected with the second connecting plate, and the area of the side surface of the first transfer plate is smaller than that of the plate surface of the second connecting plate; and one side surface of the second adapter plate is fixedly connected with the fourth connecting plate, and the area of the side surface of the second adapter plate is smaller than that of the fourth connecting plate.
2. The rotatable connection assembly of claim 1, wherein the plurality of hinges is spaced apart along the predetermined direction.
3. The rotatable coupling assembly of claim 2, wherein the plurality of hinges are evenly spaced along the predetermined direction.
4. The rotatable coupling assembly of claim 3, wherein the first coupling plate has a first coupling hole and the first hinge has a second coupling hole, and further comprising a first fastener coupled to the first coupling hole and the second coupling hole, respectively;
and/or, be provided with the third connecting hole on the third connecting plate, be provided with the fourth connecting hole on the second hinge, rotatable coupling assembling still including respectively with the second fastener that third connecting hole and fourth connecting hole are connected.
5. The rotatable connection assembly of any one of claims 1-4, wherein the first rotation plate is provided in a plurality, and the plurality of first rotation plates are spaced apart along the predetermined direction;
and/or the second adapter plate is provided with a plurality of second adapter plates which are arranged at intervals along the preset direction.
6. The rotatable coupling assembly of claim 5, wherein the number of first adapter plates is the same as the number of second adapter plates.
7. The rotatable coupling assembly of claim 6, wherein the first adapter plate corresponds in position to the second adapter plate.
8. The rotatable coupling assembly of claim 5, wherein a plurality of the first coupling plates are evenly spaced along the predetermined direction;
and/or the second adapter plates are uniformly arranged at intervals along the preset direction.
9. The rotatable coupling assembly of any one of claims 1-4, wherein the first adapter plate has a first threaded aperture disposed thereon, and the first mounting member has a second threaded aperture disposed thereon, the rotatable coupling assembly further comprising a third fastener threadably coupled to the first and second threaded apertures, respectively;
and/or a third threaded hole is formed in the second adapter plate, a fourth threaded hole is formed in the second mounting piece, and the rotatable connecting assembly further comprises a fourth fastener in threaded connection with the third threaded hole and the fourth threaded hole respectively.
10. The rotatable connecting assembly according to claim 9, wherein the first connecting plate has an elongated structure, and a plurality of first threaded holes are formed in the first connecting plate and are spaced apart along a length direction of the elongated structure;
and/or the second adapter plate is of a long strip-shaped structure, a plurality of third threaded holes are formed in the second adapter plate, and the third threaded holes are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the long strip-shaped structure.
11. The rotatable coupling assembly of claim 10, wherein the first adapter plate further defines a first securing aperture;
and/or a second fixing hole is also formed in the second adapter plate.
12. The rotatable coupling assembly of claim 11, wherein the first fixing holes are a plurality of holes, and the plurality of first fixing holes are spaced apart along a length of the elongated structure;
and/or the second fixing holes are multiple and are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the long strip-shaped structure.
13. The rotatable coupling assembly of claim 12, wherein one of the first fixing holes is disposed between two adjacent first threaded holes;
and/or one second fixing hole is arranged between every two adjacent third threaded holes.
14. A display screen comprising at least two display element panels and at least one rotatable joint assembly as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 13, wherein the other end of the first mounting member of the rotatable joint assembly is fixedly connected to one of the display element panels and the other end of the second mounting member of the rotatable joint assembly is fixedly connected to another of the display element panels.
