Examples
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, an embodiment of the present invention provides an electric sunshade, which includes a lifting driving system, a rotation driving system, a top beam 1, a bottom beam 2, a guide rail 3, a lifting beam 4, and a sunshade unit 5; the guide rails 3 are vertically arranged on two sides, the top beam 1 is connected to the top between the guide rails 3, and the bottom beam 2 is connected to the bottom between the guide rails 3;
the sun-shading unit 5 comprises a lower sun-shading sheet 6, an upper sun-shading sheet 7, a lower half shaft 8 and an upper half shaft 9; the upper half shaft 9 is connected with the lower half shaft 8 in a sliding manner and can transmit torque, the top end of the upper half shaft 9 is rotationally connected with the lifting beam 4, two ends of the lifting beam 4 are connected with the guide rail 3 in a sliding manner and are simultaneously connected with the lifting driving system in a transmission manner, so that the lifting beam 4 can slide up and down, and the lower half shaft 8 is connected with the rotating driving system in a transmission manner, so that the upper half shaft 9 and the lower half shaft 8 can rotate along the axial direction; the bottom end of the lower sunshade piece 6 with a hollow structure is fixedly connected with a lower half shaft 8; the upper sunshade sheet 7 is composed of a plurality of unit sheets and a telescopic mechanism, the unit sheets are arranged in a surrounding mode, the shape of the unit sheets corresponds to that of the lower sunshade sheet 6, and the unit sheets are in transmission connection with the upper half shaft 9 through the telescopic mechanism, so that the outer size of the upper sunshade sheet 7 can be contracted to be smaller than the inner wall of the lower sunshade sheet 6.
The invention can be applied to windows or terraces, and is mainly characterized in that the sunshade unit 5 is divided into a lower sunshade sheet 6 and an upper sunshade sheet 7, and the upper sunshade sheet 7 can be contracted and stored in the lower sunshade sheet 6, so that the sight above the window or the terraces and other areas can not be blocked completely, and people can obtain better visual field. And when the shielding is needed, the upper sunshade plate 7 can extend upwards from the inner part of the lower sunshade plate 6. Moreover, the upper sunshade sheet 7 is formed by splicing a plurality of unit sheets, has a contraction and extension state, and the size of the contraction state is smaller than the inner wall of the lower sunshade sheet 6, so that the contraction state can be completely accommodated in the lower sunshade sheet 6; when the sunshade unit is stretched, the size of the sunshade unit can be expanded to be completely matched with the lower sunshade 6 through the complete stretching of the telescopic mechanism, so that the whole sunshade unit 5 is consistent in appearance and has strong integrity.
The telescopic between the upper sunshade piece 7 and the lower sunshade piece 6 realizes the positioning through the sliding of the upper half shaft 9 and the lower half shaft 8, and simultaneously, the torque can be transmitted between the upper half shaft 9 and the lower half shaft 8, so that the rotation amplitude of the whole sunshade unit 5 can be adjusted through a rotation driving device.
With particular reference to fig. 3 to 4, for the specific structure of the upper sunshade 7, in order to implement the functions of contraction and extension, it is preferable that: four unit pieces are arranged on each sunshade unit 5, are respectively arranged around and are divided into two first unit pieces 10 and two second unit pieces 11, and the two first unit pieces 10 and the two second unit pieces 11 are oppositely arranged; the two ends of the first unit piece 10 are provided with first connecting parts 22, the two ends of the second unit piece 11 are provided with second connecting parts 23 matched with the first connecting parts 22, so that the first connecting parts 22 and the second connecting parts 23 are spliced together when the first unit piece 10 and the second unit piece 11 are opened and extended, and the first connecting parts 22 and the second connecting parts 23 are separated from each other when the first unit piece 10 and the second unit piece 11 are contracted.
The first die 10 and the second die 11 can be translated in horizontal longitudinal and lateral directions, respectively, to achieve contraction and expansion. It should be noted that, in the structure in which the first connecting portion 22 and the second connecting portion 23 are joined in the extended state, a groove-like structure that can be visually recognized may be formed, and in order to make the lower sunshade 6 and the upper sunshade 7 consistent in appearance, the lower sunshade 6 may be processed to have a corresponding structure. However, this corresponding structure does not function as a practical function for the lower sunshade 6.
More specifically, the telescopic mechanism preferably includes a fixed bracket 17, a first swing arm 18, a second swing arm 19, a first spring, a second spring, a first connecting member 12, a second connecting member 13, and an expanding mechanism; the two fixed brackets 17 are fixedly and parallelly arranged along the upper half shaft 9; the first swing arm 18 and the second swing arm 19 are arranged corresponding to the first die 10 and the second die 11, respectively; one end of the first swing arm 18 is hinged with the fixed bracket 17, and the other end is hinged with the first connecting component 12; one end of the second swing arm 19 is hinged with the fixed bracket 17, and the other end is hinged with the second connecting component 13; the first swing arm 18 and the first connecting member 12, and the second swing arm 19 and the second connecting member 13 respectively form a parallelogram mechanism, the inner side of the first unit slice 10 is fixedly connected with the first connecting member 12, and the inner side of the second unit slice 11 is fixedly connected with the second connecting member 13; a first spring is connected between the upper half shaft 9 and the first connecting member 12, and a second spring is connected between the upper half shaft 9 and the second connecting member 13, so that the first unit piece 10 and the second unit piece 11 elastically contract; the first connecting member 12 is connected with the lower half shaft 8 or the lower sunshade 6, and the second connecting member 13 is connected with the lower half shaft 8 or the lower sunshade 6 through the expanding mechanism, so that the expanding mechanism drives the first unit piece 10 and the second unit piece 11 to be opened when the upper half shaft 9 is stretched to the top.
The action tracks of the four unit slices completely depend on the action of the telescopic mechanism. The parallelogram mechanism can ensure that the first connecting member 12 and the second connecting member 13 are always kept vertical during the movement, thereby ensuring that the first unit piece 10 and the second unit piece 11 are not scattered.
Referring specifically to fig. 4, the operation of extending and unfolding the upper sunshade 7 is shown. Further, the expanding mechanism includes a first expanding arm 26, a second expanding arm 27, a first slider 24, a second slider 25, and a stopper (not shown); the upper end of the first expansion arm 26 is hinged with the first connecting component 12, the lower end is hinged with the first slide block 24, and the first slide block 24 is connected with the lower half shaft 8 in a sliding way; the upper end of the second expansion arm 27 is hinged with the second connecting component 13, the lower end is hinged with the second sliding block 25, and the second sliding block 25 is connected with the lower half shaft 8 in a sliding way; the top end of the lower half shaft 8 is fixedly provided with a limiting block, so that the first slider 24 and the second slider 25 pull the first unit piece 10 and the second unit piece 11 to open through the first expansion arm 26 and the second expansion arm 27 when pushing against the limiting block.
The specific working principle of the expansion mechanism is as follows: in the process of extending the upper sunshade 7, the four unit pieces are always kept in a contracted state under the action of the spring, and in the process, the first slide block 24 and the second slide block 25 slide upwards along the lower half shaft 8 under the upwards stretching action of the first expansion arm 26 and the second expansion arm 27. When the upper sunshade piece 7 extends to the maximum, the first slider 24 and the second slider 25 will push against the limiting block and cannot slide upwards continuously, and as long as the upper sunshade piece 7 extends upwards to the maximum, the first slider 24 and the second slider 25 will drag the first connecting member 12 and the second connecting member 13 through the first expanding arm 26 and the second expanding arm 27, respectively, so that the first unit piece 10 and the second unit piece 11 will overcome the contraction elasticity of the spring and extend outwards.
The lower half shaft 8 may be provided with corresponding tracks for the sliding of the first slider 24 and the second slider 25. The limiting blocks can be divided into four blocks corresponding to the first slider 24 and the second slider 25, or can be integrally arranged.
When the upper sunshade 7 is folded downwards, the contraction of the unit pieces, i.e. the reverse of the above-mentioned action, will not be described herein.

Specifically, in order to prevent the first and second unit chips 10 and 11 from falling off, the first and second connection members 12 and 13 may be fixed to each other by screws. The position of the screw is not limited, and is generally located near the first connecting groove 20 and the second connecting groove 21.
Referring to fig. 2 in detail, preferably, the lower sunshade 6 includes a hollow cylindrical sunshade body 14, and a lower end enclosure 15 fixedly connected to the bottom of the sunshade body 14, and the lower end enclosure 15 is fixedly connected to the lower half shaft 8.
Referring to fig. 5, preferably, the top of the lower sunshade 6 is fixedly provided with a middle sealing head 16, the middle sealing head 16 is in a hollow ring shape matched with the lower sunshade 6 and the upper sunshade 7, and a sleeving groove 35 for keeping the upper sunshade 7 connected stably is arranged on the top side of the middle sealing head, so that the upper sunshade 7 is engaged in the sleeving groove 35 after being opened to keep stable.
The middle sealing head 16 can improve the connection stability of the upper sunshade sheet 7 after extending out and the lower sunshade sheet 6, so that the mechanical property of the middle sealing head is better, and the middle sealing head is firmer and firmer, thereby improving the wind-proof performance of the whole sunshade unit 5. In addition, the upper sunshade 7 can be in sliding contact with the inner wall of the middle seal 16 in a contracted state during the upward extension process, and has a stabilizing effect on the upper sunshade to a certain extent.
