本发明公开了一种装载机属具快换装置,属工程机械制造技术领域,该装置包括铰接于装载机动臂前端的快换架,所述快换架上设有用于锁住或松开属具的快换油缸,所述快换油缸通过快换管路与安装在所述动臂上的电磁换向阀相连接;所述电磁换向阀的电控端与安装在装载机驾驶室内的开关键相连接。本发明可以解决现有装载机属具快换装置存在的换向操作复杂,换向阀易被撒落的物料砸到变形以及手动换向阀处的连接管路容易被刮擦,导致管路漏油的问题。

装载机属具快换装置
技术领域
本发明涉及工程机械制造技术领域,尤其是一种用于装载机的属具快换装置。
背景技术
在工程机械的制造企业内,为了装载机能够适应多种不同的作业工况类型,会在装载机的动臂上设置用于更换不同属具的快换装置。现有的装载机属具快换装置,包括铰接于动臂前端的快换架,快换架上设有用于锁住或放松属具的快换油缸,快换油缸通过快换管路与换向阀相连接,换向阀与液压油源之间的管路上设有通过先导控制阀控制的主阀,换向阀的控制端头设有控制手柄,先导控制阀的控制端头设有先导手柄;先导控制阀及其先导手柄设于驾驶室内。更换属具时,首先操纵控制手柄使换向阀换向到快换管路导通,然后操作先导手柄,令快换油缸的活塞杆回缩松开属具,进而完成对属具的快换;实际应用中,由于换向阀设置在快换架上并且需要人工操纵,存在着以下问题,(1)当更换快换属具时,需下车扳动换向阀的手柄,然后上车操作先导控制阀的手柄完成属具更换,最后再把换向阀的手柄扳回原位。 整个操作过程司机需要下上车两次,过于麻烦。(2)换向阀的布置位置容易被撒落的物料砸到,导致换向阀变形,或者物料堆积在换向阀上,时间久了,其控制手柄处易腐蚀生锈,导致控制手柄很难扳动。(3)装载机作业过程中,换向阀处的连接管路容易被刮擦,导致管路漏油。
发明内容
本发明提供一种装载机属具快换装置,该装置可以解决现有装载机属具快换装置存在的换向操作复杂,换向阀易被撒落的物料砸到变形以及手动换向阀处的连接管路容易被刮擦,导致管路漏油的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:这种装载机属具快换装置,包括铰接于装载机动臂前端的快换架,所述快换架上设有用于锁住或松开属具的快换油缸,所述快换油缸通过快换管路与安装在所述动臂上的电磁换向阀相连接;所述电磁换向阀的电控端与安装在装载机驾驶室内的开关键相连接。
上述技术方案中,更具体的技术方案还可以是:所述电磁换向阀安装在所述动臂横梁的下部。
进一步的:所述电磁换向阀通过属具管路与属具相连接;所述动臂横梁上设有堵塞所述属具管路的管路堵头。
进一步的:所述电磁换向阀与液压油源之间设有通过先导控制阀控制的主阀;所述先导控制阀的控制端头设有先导手柄。
进一步的:所述快换架包括相对设置的两个销轴座板,所述销轴座板之间设置所述快换油缸;所述快换油缸具有分别向两端伸出的两个活塞;所述活塞杆的伸出端头均连接有穿装在各自所述销轴座板上的用于插接属具的销轴,所述销轴座板的外侧均设有销轴插装板。
进一步的:所述销轴插装板上设有所述活塞杆伸出时所述销轴插入的销孔。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果:
1、由于本属具快换装置的快换油缸通过快换管路与安装在动臂上的电磁换向阀相连接;电磁换向阀的电控端与安装在装载机驾驶室内的开关键相连接;更换属具时,司机只需按下开关键,即可使换向阀换向到快换管路导通,然后操作先导手柄,令快换油缸的活塞杆回缩松开属具,进而完成对属具的快换;整个过程司机无需出驾驶室就可以完成,不但操作方便,而且电磁换向阀安装在动臂上,避免了电磁换向阀被物料砸到及物料堆积在换向阀上对其的腐蚀,保证了电磁换向阀的可靠性,同时简化了快换架上的管路布置,避免了管路因磨损或刮坏而漏油。
2、由于电磁换向阀安装在所述动臂横梁的下部,进一步保证了电磁换向阀的安全性和可靠性。
3、由于动臂横梁上设有堵塞属具管路的管路堵头,当装载机与某些多功能属具(如除雪装置,扫地装置等)配套使用,且这些多功能属具需要使用液压控制油时,打开管路堵头,即可实现多功能属具管路的连接;扩大了属具的使用范围。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图实施例对本发明作进一步详述:
图1、图2、图3所示的装载机属具快换装置,包括铰接于装载机的动臂1前端的快换架2,快换架2包括相对设置的两个销轴座板21,销轴座板21之间设置有用于锁住或松开属具的快换油缸3,快换油缸3具有分别向两端伸出的两个活塞;每个活塞杆的伸出端头均固定连接有销轴7,销轴7分别穿装在各自销轴座板21上,每个销轴座板21的外侧均设有销轴插装板22,销轴插装板22上设有销孔;当快换油缸3的活塞杆分别向两端伸出时,销轴7同时插入属具销孔和轴插装板的销孔中,将属具锁住。快换油缸3通过快换管路4与安装在动臂1上的电磁换向阀5相连接,电磁换向阀5安装在动臂横梁11的下部;电磁换向阀5通过属具管路6与属具(未画出)相连接;属具管路6穿过动臂横梁11,动臂横梁11上安装有堵塞属具管路6的管路堵头61;电磁换向阀5的电控端与安装在装载机驾驶室内的开关键(未画出)相连接,该开关键为锁扣按钮;电磁换向阀与液压油源之间设有通过先导控制阀控制的主阀(未画出);先导控制阀的控制端头设有先导手柄(未画出);先导控制阀及其先导手柄均设于驾驶室内。
更换属具时,司机只需按下开关键,即可使换向阀换向到快换管路导通,然后操作先导手柄,令快换油缸的活塞杆回缩松开属具,进而完成对属具的快换;整个过程司机无需出驾驶室就可以完成,不但操作方便,而且电磁换向阀安装在动臂横梁的下部,避免了电磁换向阀被物料砸到及物料堆积在换向阀上对其的腐蚀,保证了电磁换向阀的可靠性,同时简化了快换架上的管路布置,避免了管路因磨损或刮坏而漏油。

Claims (6)

1.一种装载机属具快换装置,包括铰接于装载机动臂前端的快换架,所述快换架上设有用于锁住或松开属具的快换油缸,其特征在于:所述快换油缸通过快换管路与安装在所述动臂上的电磁换向阀相连接;所述电磁换向阀的电控端与安装在装载机驾驶室内的开关键相连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装载机属具快换装置,其特征在于:所述电磁换向阀安装在所述动臂横梁的下部。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的装载机属具快换装置,其特征在于:所述电磁换向阀通过属具管路与属具相连接;所述动臂横梁上设有堵塞所述属具管路的管路堵头。
4.根据权利要求3所述的装载机属具快换装置,其特征在于:所述电磁换向阀与液压油源之间设有通过先导控制阀控制的主阀;所述先导控制阀的控制端头设有先导手柄。
5.根据权利要求4所述的装载机属具快换装置,其特征在于:所述快换架包括相对设置的两个销轴座板,所述销轴座板之间设置所述快换油缸;所述快换油缸具有分别向两端伸出的两个活塞;所述活塞杆的伸出端头均连接有穿装在各自所述销轴座板上的用于插接属具的销轴,所述销轴座板的外侧均设有销轴插装板。
6.根据权利要求5所述的装载机属具快换装置,其特征在于:所述销轴插装板上设有所述活塞杆伸出时所述销轴插入的销孔。
