Abstract
The invention provides a composite fiber product, a process and drying equipment. The composite fiber product, the process and the drying equipment comprise an inner core, wherein the inner core is made of a plurality of prepared cotton fiber filaments; the winding outer core is a polyamide fiber filament and is wound on the outer side of the inner core. The composite fiber product, the process and the drying equipment provided by the invention have the advantages of convenience in use, good heat preservation effect and high stretchability.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of composite fibers, in particular to a composite fiber product, a composite fiber process and drying equipment.
Background
Two or more than two unmixed polymers exist on the same fiber section, the fiber is called composite fiber, the fiber is a physical modified fiber developed in the 60's of the 20 th century, and various modified fibers such as bi-component fiber, permanent crimped fiber, superfine fiber, hollow fiber, special-shaped fine fiber and the like with the characteristics of the two polymers can be obtained by utilizing the composite fiber manufacturing technology.
Although the traditional cotton fiber has good warm-keeping effect, the stretchability of the traditional cotton fiber is poor, and the energy consumption of the dryer is large when the cotton fiber is manufactured.
Therefore, there is a need to provide a new composite fiber product, a new composite fiber process and a new composite fiber drying apparatus to solve the above technical problems.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a composite fiber product, a process and drying equipment which are convenient to use, good in warm-keeping effect and high in stretchability.
In order to solve the above technical problems, the present invention provides a composite fiber product comprising: the inner core 1 is made of a plurality of prepared cotton fiber filaments; the winding outer core 2 is a polyamide fiber filament, and the winding outer core 2 is wound on the outer side of the inner core 1.
The invention also provides a process for preparing a composite fiber product, which comprises the following steps:
s1: respectively putting the cotton fiber and the polyamide fiber in spinning dope into drying equipment to prepare cotton fiber filaments and polyamide fiber filaments;
s2: bonding a plurality of cotton fiber filaments and putting the bonded cotton fiber filaments and the polyamide fiber filaments into a yarn covering machine for processing, taking the cotton fiber filaments as core materials and the polyamide fiber as a covering material, and preparing a composite fiber product;
s3: and (4) preparing the composite fiber product into fiber rolls, and storing the fiber rolls in a factory warehouse for later use.
The invention further provides drying equipment for the composite fiber product, which comprises a box body, wherein a heat collection cover is fixedly arranged at the top of the box body, the top of the heat collection cover is connected with a connecting pipe, a drying box is arranged on the connecting pipe, a drying agent is arranged in the drying box, one end, far away from the heat collection cover, of the connecting pipe is connected with a fan, an air outlet of the fan is connected with the box body, and a plurality of heating pipes which are linearly distributed are arranged in the box body.
Preferably, the fan is located at the bottom of the box body.
Preferably, the drying box is located at one side of the box body and is fixedly connected with the box body.
Preferably, a box door is arranged on one side of the drying box, and a sealing gasket is arranged between the box door and the drying box.
Preferably, a plurality of fiber holes are formed in the two sides of the box body, and a plurality of fiber holes located on the same side of the box body are distributed in a rectangular shape.
Preferably, a plurality of mounting holes which are linearly distributed are formed in the inner wall of one side of the box body, and the heating pipes penetrate through the corresponding mounting holes.

The present invention provides a composite fibre product comprising: the inner core 1 is made of a plurality of prepared cotton fiber filaments; the winding outer core 2 is a polyamide fiber filament, and the winding outer core 2 is wound on the outer side of the inner core 1.
The inner core is included by the winding outer core 2, so that the inner core can be effectively protected, and meanwhile, the stretchability of the composite fiber can be improved by setting the winding outer core 2 to be the polyamide fiber with better stretchability.
The invention also provides a process for preparing a composite fiber product, which comprises the following steps:
s1: respectively putting cotton fibers and polyamide fibers in spinning solution into drying equipment to prepare cotton fiber filaments and polyamide fiber filaments;
s2: bonding a plurality of cotton fiber filaments and putting the bonded cotton fiber filaments and the polyamide fiber filaments into a yarn covering machine for processing, taking the cotton fiber filaments as core materials and the polyamide fiber as a covering material, and preparing a composite fiber product;
s3: and (4) preparing the composite fiber product into fiber rolls, and storing the fiber rolls in a factory warehouse for later use.
The composite fiber product prepared by using the wrapping machine and taking the plurality of cotton fiber filaments as core materials and the polyamide fiber as wrapping materials can improve the heat retention property and the stretchability of the composite fiber product.
The invention also provides drying equipment for the composite fiber product, which comprises a box body 3, wherein a heat collection cover 4 is fixedly arranged at the top of the box body 3, a connecting pipe 5 is connected to the top of the heat collection cover 4, a drying box 6 is arranged on the connecting pipe 5, a drying agent 7 is arranged in the drying box 6, one end, far away from the heat collection cover 4, of the connecting pipe 5 is connected with a fan 8, an air outlet of the fan 8 is connected with the box body 3, and a plurality of heating pipes 9 which are linearly distributed are arranged in the box body 3.
The fan 8 is positioned at the bottom of the box body 3.
The drying box 6 is positioned at one side of the box body 3 and is fixedly connected with the box body 3.
And a box door is arranged on one side of the drying box 6, and a sealing gasket is arranged between the box door and the drying box 6.
