The rotating shaft 2 can rotatably penetrate through the base 4, and the rollers 3 are respectively fixed at two ends of the rotating shaft 2. The support rod 1 is sleeved with a sliding block 5 capable of sliding up and down, and two ends of the sliding block 5 are respectively fixed with a brake rod 6 which slides down and then clamps the roller 3 to prevent the roller 3 from rolling to brake the cart.

The upper end of the spring 11 is fixedly connected with the circular ring 10, and the lower end of the spring is fixedly connected with the sliding block 5 and pulls up the sliding block 5.
When the cart needs to be moved, the sliding block 5 is limited on the supporting rod 1 and above the corresponding brake disc 7 under the action of the spring 11, namely the roller 2 can freely roll without being braked. When the cart is transferred to the destination, the cart needs to be braked: the pedal 12 is stepped by a foot to drive the slide block 5 to slide downwards, the slide block 5 slides downwards and drives the brake rod 6 to synchronously move downwards, and after the brake rod 6 moves downwards for a certain distance, two ends of the brake rod are respectively clamped into the clamping grooves 9 on the brake disc 7 of the roller 2, so that the roller 2 is limited from rolling to brake the cart. When the cart needs to be transferred again, the pedal 12 is lifted upwards through the foot, the pedal 12 drives the brake rod 6 to move upwards and disengage from the clamping groove 9, so that the roller 2 can normally roll, and the cart is braked.
