Abstract
本发明公开了一种便于安装的隔温防火板，涉及防火板技术领域，本发明包括防火板本体，防火板本体一侧端设置有若干卡块，防火板本体另一侧端开设有若干与卡块配合的卡槽，防火板本体位于卡块或卡槽的一端设置有粘接层，本发明具有安装方便、拼接无缝隙、整体结构牢靠稳定的优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及防火板技术领域，更具体的是涉及一种便于安装的隔温防火板。
背景技术
防火板又名耐火板，学名为热固性树脂浸渍纸高压层积板，是表面装饰用耐火建材，有丰富的表面色彩，纹路以及特殊的物理性能。防火板具有保温隔热、轻质高强、耐火阻燃、吸声隔音、耐久性好、绿色环保、经济实用等优良性能。防火板可以在很多地方派上用场，比如台面、家具的表面、楼梯的踏步等等。
现有防火板结构简单，整体为方块状，用于安装在墙面内饰时，一般先将防火板通过直接接触的方式拼合在一起，再通过若干螺钉进行固定，这个过程需要用手按住防火板，目的是让两块防火板边缘贴紧，安装时不够方便，且安装后防火板之间容易有较大缝隙，整体结构不够牢靠，不满足安装质量要求。
故如何解决上述技术问题，对于本领域技术人员来说很有现实意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于：为了解决现有方块状防火板安装时不够方便，安装后防火板之间容易有较大缝隙，整体结构不够牢靠的技术问题，本发明提供一种便于安装的隔温防火板。
本发明为了实现上述目的具体采用以下技术方案：
一种便于安装的隔温防火板，包括防火板本体，防火板本体一侧端设置有若干卡块，防火板本体另一侧端开设有若干与卡块配合的卡槽，防火板本体位于卡块或卡槽的一端设置有粘接层。
进一步地，粘接层表面均设置有保护贴纸。
进一步地，卡块的数量为2-6个。
进一步地，防火板本体包括从上到下依次连接的上彩钢层、岩棉层、无石棉纤维增强硅酸盐层和下彩钢层。
进一步地，上彩钢层和下彩钢层厚度均为0.1mm-3mm，岩棉层厚度为20mm-200mm，无石棉纤维增强硅酸盐层厚度为3mm-30mm。
本发明的有益效果如下：
1、两防火板拼接时，可将防火板上的卡块卡进另一防火板的卡槽内，同时通过粘接层将两个防火板牢靠拼接在一起，重复上述操作即可拼接若干块防火板，然后再将防火板通过螺钉固定在墙体上，这个过程不需要用力按住防火板，安装时方便快捷，且整体结构牢靠稳定，安装后相邻防火板之间无缝隙。

实施例1
如图1到2所示，本实施例提供一种便于安装的隔温防火板，包括防火板本体，防火板本体一侧端设置有若干卡块1，防火板本体另一侧端开设有若干与卡块1配合的卡槽2，防火板本体位于卡块1或卡槽2的一端设置有粘接层3。
两防火板拼接时，可将防火板上的卡块1卡进另一防火板的卡槽2内，同时通过粘接层3将两个防火板牢靠拼接在一起，重复上述操作即可拼接若干块防火板，然后再将防火板通过螺钉固定在墙体上，这个过程不需要用力按住防火板，安装时方便快捷，且整体结构牢靠稳定，安装后相邻防火板之间无缝隙。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案：
粘接层3表面均设置有保护贴纸4，未使用之前通过保护贴纸4保护粘接层3，使用时再撕下保护贴纸4即可。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案：
卡块1的数量为2-6个，这里卡块1是直接在防火板上加工出来的，即一体结构，因此卡块1数量不宜过多，保证卡接牢靠性的同时，又尽量降低加工难度。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案：
防火板本体包括从上到下依次连接的上彩钢层5、岩棉层6、无石棉纤维增强硅酸盐层7和下彩钢层8，上彩钢层5和下彩钢层8厚度均为0.1mm-20mm，岩棉层6厚度为20mm-200mm，无石棉纤维增强硅酸盐层7厚度为3mm-30mm，保温隔热好。

1.一种便于安装的隔温防火板，包括防火板本体，其特征在于，防火板本体一侧端设置有若干卡块(1)，防火板本体另一侧端开设有若干与卡块(1)配合的卡槽(2)，防火板本体位于卡块(1)或卡槽(2)的一端设置有粘接层(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种便于安装的隔温防火板，其特征在于，粘接层(3)表面均设置有保护贴纸(4)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种便于安装的隔温防火板，其特征在于，卡块(1)的数量为2-6个。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种便于安装的隔温防火板，其特征在于，防火板本体包括从上到下依次连接的上彩钢层(5)、岩棉层(6)、无石棉纤维增强硅酸盐层(7)和下彩钢层(8)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种便于安装的隔温防火板，其特征在于，上彩钢层(5)和下彩钢层(8)厚度均为0.1mm-3mm，岩棉层(6)厚度为20mm-200mm，无石棉纤维增强硅酸盐层(7)厚度为3mm-30mm。
