Description

EPS foaming filling process for blow-molded product
Technical Field
The invention relates to a foaming filling process, in particular to an EPS foaming filling process for blow-molded products.
Background
The existing blow-molded products have wide application due to the advantages of light weight, easy molding, low cost and the like. However, the blow-molded product is hollow inside and is easily bent due to external force, so that the blow-molded product is damaged, and the service life of the blow-molded product is influenced. In the prior art, a foaming filling mode is adopted to fill a foaming material into a blow-molded product, and the foaming material is utilized to support the structure of the blow-molded product, so that the durability of the blow-molded product is improved, but the foaming filling process of the existing blow-molded product cannot enable the foaming material to be uniformly foamed, so that the foaming state is not uniform, the supporting effect is not uniform, and the blow-molded product cannot be fully supported.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides an EPS foaming filling process for blow molding products, which at least solves the problem of uneven foaming effect in the prior art.
An EPS foaming filling process for blow molding products, which comprises the following steps:
step 1: mixing and filling foaming agent raw materials into a hollow product which is blown in advance, and pre-foaming for 4-6min at the temperature of 93-98 ℃;
step 2: introducing high-temperature steam into the hollow product until the EPS beads are completely melted;
and step 3: and cooling the hollow product to obtain the product.
Further, the pressure of the high-temperature steam in the step 2 is 0.07-0.09MPa, and the introducing time is 18-22 mins.
Furthermore, a foaming agent filling opening is formed in the hollow product, and a plurality of steam inlets are formed in one end, far away from the foaming agent filling opening, of the hollow product.
Further, the EPS foaming agent consists of 90-96 parts by weight of EPS beads and 4-6 parts by weight of foaming agent.
Still further, the EPS beads are selected from one or more of HIPS, acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer.
Still further, the blowing agent is selected from one or more of n-pentane, isopentane, n-hexane, decafluoropentane.
Further, in the step 2, a shaping tool is further arranged outside the hollow product, and the shaping tool is fixed outside the hollow product.
Further, in the step 3, a water chiller or a refrigerator is adopted to cool and solidify the hollow product.
Compared with the prior art, the invention effectively improves the uniformity of the EPS foaming body by adopting a foaming filling process, thereby solving the problem of uneven foaming effect and ensuring that the blow-molded product can be effectively supported by the EPS foaming body. Meanwhile, the foaming filling process disclosed by the invention is convenient to fill and form, low in density and light in weight, low in water absorption rate of products, good in waterproof performance, excellent in erosion resistance to various chemicals, solvents and oil, and long in service life (generally, the service life can reach 30-50 years). In addition, the invention adopts a pre-foaming mode to carry out secondary foaming molding on the EPS foaming body, thereby effectively improving the uniformity of the EPS foaming body and avoiding uneven pores.
