Background

Aiming at the problem, the invention provides a chamfering machine which can chamfer in advance before cutting, and the chamfering machine is a device capable of self-adjusting the height and is suitable for foam brick blanks with various sizes because the blanks are always in a linear transportation state.

Detailed Description
As shown in FIG. 1, the automatic green body chamfering machine comprises an underframe; the automatic chamfering device is characterized in that two groups of longitudinal beams 2 are welded on the underframe 1, upper sliding rails 3-1 and lower sliding rails 3-2 are respectively reserved on the upper portions and the lower portions of the longitudinal beams 2, the upper sliding rails 3-1 are in sliding contact with sliding feet 4, the sliding feet 4 are installed at the bottom of the movable support 5, the front end of the movable support 5 is vertically connected with a cutting support 6, a sliding rod 7 is horizontally installed on the front end face of the cutting support 6, and the sliding rod 7 is movably installed with a chamfering device 8 through a manual adjusting limiting part 9. Wherein, the chassis 1 is vertically installed on the transportation line, and the cutting support 6 and the bottom surface are ensured to be kept in a horizontal state. During the transport of the blanks on the transport line, the adjusting sliding foot 4 moves down along the longitudinal beam 2. And the blank is preliminarily chamfered by using the steel wire 8-3 on the chamfering device 8.
As shown in fig. 1, the front end of the movable bracket 5 is in transmission connection with an output port of a rodless cylinder 10 through a clamping piece, and the tail end of the rodless cylinder 10 is fixedly mounted on the chassis 1 through an ear piece 11. Wherein, the movable support 5 completes the position adjusting process through the telescopic rod at the front end of the rodless cylinder 10. Meanwhile, in order to keep the rodless cylinder 10 horizontal with the bottom frame of the movable bracket 5, an ear piece 11 is installed on the bottom frame 1, and the position of the rodless cylinder 10 is fixed through the ear piece 11.
As shown in fig. 1, a limiting groove 13 is formed in the lower slide rail 3-2, the limiting groove 13 is connected with the anti-falling piece 12 through a rolling pin, and the top end of the anti-falling piece 12 is fixedly connected with the movable support 5. In order to avoid the cutting support 6 and the mobile support 5 being out of center of gravity, which could cause the cutting support 6 to roll over. The lower slide rail 3-2 is provided with a limit groove 13, and the movable support 5 and the underframe 1 are integrally connected by using the anti-falling piece 12, so that the technical problem of inconsistent gravity center is solved.
