Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem is as follows:
most of the currently used bark strippers mostly expose working parts when barking, and some of the bark strippers even need to manually push logs into a barking working cavity, so that great threat and hidden danger exist to the personal safety of workers.
In order to solve the problems, the present embodiment designs a bark stripping device for wood processing, which comprises a machine body, a stripping cavity is arranged in the machine body, a stripping device is arranged in the stripping cavity, the stripping device comprises a lifting cavity communicated with the upper wall of the stripping cavity, a hydraulic arm is fixedly arranged in the upper wall of the lifting cavity, a connecting block is fixedly arranged at the lower end of the hydraulic arm, a hanging block is fixedly arranged at the lower end of the connecting block, a roller groove with a downward opening is arranged in a left-right through manner on the lower end surface of the hanging block, roller shafts are symmetrically and rotatably arranged between the front wall and the rear wall of the roller groove, mutually meshed stripping rollers are fixedly arranged on the outer circular surfaces of the roller shafts on the left side and the right side, an outlet switch device is arranged on the right side of the stripping cavity and comprises an outlet communicated with the right wall of the stripping cavity and with the right opening, the lower outlet wall inclines towards the lower right, a first baffle plate with the upper end rotatably connected with the front wall and the rear wall of the outlet is arranged in the outlet, a first limit groove is arranged in the first baffle plate and penetrates through the lower part of the rotating center in the front-back direction, a first slide bar with the left end extending into the lifting cavity is arranged in the left outlet wall in the front-back symmetry manner and can slide left and right in the left outlet wall, a first support rod penetrating through the first limit groove is fixedly arranged at the right end of the first slide bar at the front side and the rear side, an inlet switch device is arranged at the left side of the stripping cavity and comprises a fixed block fixedly arranged at the left end surface of the machine body, an inlet with an upward opening is arranged at the upper end surface of the fixed block, a channel is communicated between the lower inlet wall and the left stripping cavity, a third baffle plate is rotatably arranged between the front wall and the rear wall at the lower end of the channel, and a baffle plate groove, the first baffle plate and the baffle plate groove are used for limiting the logs in the stripping cavity, and supporting legs are symmetrically and fixedly arranged at four corners of the lower end face of the machine body. The inlet opening and closing device comprises a turnover groove which is communicated with and arranged above the right wall of the channel, a second baffle plate is arranged in the channel, the left end of the second baffle plate is rotatably connected between the front wall and the rear wall of the turnover groove, the right end of the second baffle plate extends into the baffle groove, a second limiting groove is arranged in the second baffle plate in a penetrating mode from front to back, and a second abutting rod penetrating through the second limiting groove is fixedly arranged between the front wall and the rear wall of the upper end of the baffle groove.
Preferably, the lower end face of the machine body is provided with a spring cavity with a downward opening below the third baffle, the upper wall of the spring cavity is internally provided with a third abutting rod with an upper end extending into the channel and at the left side of the third baffle in a vertically sliding manner, the upper end of the third abutting rod abuts against the left end face of the third baffle, the lower end of the third abutting rod is fixedly provided with an end cap, and a second spring is fixedly connected between the upper end face of the end cap and the upper wall of the spring cavity.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention can rapidly strip and round the bark of the sectioned log, and the log is in the sealed cavity when the stripping process of the bark is carried out, and the log can enter between the peeling rollers without being pushed by hands of workers when being conveyed into the device, thereby greatly reducing the risk of accidents of the workers and greatly improving the safety of the process.

According to an embodiment, the peeling apparatus 101 is described in detail below, the peeling apparatus 101 includes a transmission cavity 20 disposed in the front wall of the roller groove 17 and in front of the left peeling roller 19, the front end of the left peeling roller 19 extends into the transmission cavity 20 and is fixedly provided with a first pulley 21, the rear wall of the transmission cavity 20 and above the roller groove 17 is fixedly provided with a first motor 22, the front end of the first motor 22 is dynamically connected to a second pulley 23 in the transmission cavity 20, and a transmission belt 24 is wound between the first pulley 21 and the second pulley 23.

Beneficially, a spring cavity 45 with a downward opening is arranged below the third baffle 42 on the lower end surface of the machine body 11, a third abutting rod 46 with an upper end extending into the channel 38 and on the left side of the third baffle 42 is slidably arranged in the upper wall of the spring cavity 45, the upper end of the third abutting rod 46 abuts against the left end surface of the third baffle 42, an end cap 47 is fixedly arranged at the lower end of the third abutting rod 46, and a second spring 48 is fixedly connected between the upper end surface of the end cap 47 and the upper wall of the spring cavity 45.

The use steps of a debarking apparatus for wood processing herein are described in detail below with reference to fig. 1 to 6:
at the beginning, the hydraulic arm 14 is in an extension state, the connecting block 15 and the hanging block 16 are in a lower limit position, the left end face of the second abutting rod 34 abuts against the upper side of the right end face of the connecting block 15, the first spring 35 is in a compression state all the time, the first sliding rod 32 is in a left limit position, the lower end of the first baffle 30 is in a left limit position and abuts against the left end of the lower wall of the outlet 29, the right end of the second baffle 40 and the upper end of the third baffle 42 abut against the right side of the upper wall of the channel 38, and the third abutting rod 46 is in an upper limit position under the action of the second spring 48 and the end cap 47.
When the peeling machine works, logs are put in from the inlet 37, when the bark of a first log is peeled, the right end of the turning rod 51 is pulled downwards by a hand, the right end of the turning rod 51 is turned downwards to drive the rotating shaft 50 to rotate, the rotating shaft 50 drives the winding drum 52 to rotate to wind the pull wire 53, so that the end cap 47 and the third abutting rod 46 are pulled to slide downwards to the lower limit position, the third baffle plate 42 is turned leftwards and drives the second baffle plate 40 to turn downwards, after the logs in the inlet 37 enter the peeling cavity 12 through the channel 38, the third abutting rod 46 and the end cap 47 slide upwards under the action of the second spring 48 to return to the initial state, further the second baffle plate 40, the third baffle plate 42 and the turning rod 51 return to the initial state, the second motor 28 is started to drive the roller shaft 26 to rotate clockwise, the roller 27 rotates clockwise and drives the logs to roll rightwards, the hydraulic arm 14 contracts according to the diameter of the logs, at the moment, the left end face of the second abutting, the first motor 22 is started to drive the second belt wheel 23 to rotate anticlockwise, the left roller shaft 18 is driven to rotate anticlockwise through belt transmission, the stripping roller 19 is further driven to rotate oppositely, the position of the log is always positioned between the stripping roller 19 and the roller 27 to strip bark under the action of the stripping roller 19 on the left side and the right side, the stripped bark falls out from the falling port 25, after the bark stripping is finished, the hydraulic arm 14 contracts to drive the connecting block 15 and the hanging block 16 to slide upwards to the limit position, the left end of the second abutting rod 34 abuts against the inclined plane of the hanging block 16 and drives the first sliding rod 32 to slide rightwards to the limit position, the lower end of the first baffle 30 turns rightwards, the bark stripped log rolls out from the outlet 29, when the bark logs fall out of the outlet 29, the hydraulic arm 14 extends again to drive the connecting block 15 and the hanging block 16 to descend to the limit position, meanwhile, when the log rolls out, the right end of the turning rod 51 is contacted with the right end of, and a second log placed in the inlet 37 is rolled down into the stripping chamber 12.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention can rapidly strip and round the bark of the sectioned log, and the log is in the sealed cavity when the stripping process of the bark is carried out, and the log can enter between the peeling rollers without being pushed by hands of workers when being conveyed into the device, thereby greatly reducing the risk of accidents of the workers and greatly improving the safety of the process.
