the elastic suspension mechanism (3) comprises a limiting seat (31) arranged on the chain transmission mechanism (2) and an elastic hanging piece (32) arranged on the limiting seat (31) in a sliding manner, an adjusting spring (33) is arranged on the elastic hanging piece (32), and meanwhile, a positioning piece (34) is arranged at the lower part of the elastic hanging piece (32);
the limiting seat (31) comprises two fixing strips (311) which are oppositely arranged, a limiting plate (312) is vertically connected and fixed between the bottom ends of the two fixing strips (311), and a sliding hole (315) is formed in the surface of the limiting plate (312);
the elastic hanging piece (32) comprises a sliding rod (321) sleeved in the sliding hole (315), a limiting barrier strip (322) is integrally connected and fixed on the top end face of the sliding rod (321), an adjusting spring (33) is sleeved on the sliding rod (321), the top end face of the adjusting spring (33) is connected with the bottom face of the limiting barrier strip (322), the bottom end face of the adjusting spring is connected with the surface of the limiting plate (312), and meanwhile, a positioning piece (34) is installed on the side wall of the lower end of the sliding rod (321);
the rotary lifting positioning mechanism (5) comprises a fixed seat (51) fixed at the top of the material containing box (4), an adjusting cylinder (52) and a rotary lifting pressure seat (53) which are arranged on the fixed seat (51);
the fixed seat (51) comprises side fixed plates (511) with two sides arranged in parallel, the top ends and the rear sides of the two side fixed plates (511) are respectively and vertically connected and fixed with a top fixed plate (512) and a rear fixed plate (513), the power output end of the adjusting cylinder (52) is fixedly installed on the lower end of the inner surface of the side wall of one side fixed plate (511), and the outer surface of the side wall of the cylinder body (521) is provided with a plurality of meshing teeth (522) along the axial direction of the cylinder body;
a rotation limiting hole (515) is formed in the surface of the top fixing plate (512), the rotary lifting pressure seat (53) comprises a lifting adjusting rod (531) sleeved in the rotation limiting hole (515), a rotating gear (532) is installed at the bottom end of the lifting adjusting rod (531), and the rotating gear (532) is meshed with meshing teeth (522) on the outer surface of the side wall of the cylinder body (521); a limiting groove (533) is formed in the side wall of the lifting adjusting rod (531), a pressing and fixing strip (534) is integrally connected and fixed to the top end face of the lifting adjusting rod (531), and a pressing rod (535) is vertically fixed to the bottom end face of the pressing and fixing strip (534);
