Background
Malodorous pollutants are special substances with peculiar smell, belong to typical disturbing pollution, are also focus pollutants of current complaints, and are considered as one of seven public harms recognized by many scholars. With the development of economy in China and the rapid expansion of cities, the influence of malodorous pollutants on the life of residents is gradually increased, and the malodorous pollutants become the first pollution complaints of large and medium-sized cities in recent years. Under the background, the detection of malodorous pollutants becomes an important component of urban environment monitoring, and a corresponding professional detection instrument is also produced. The instrument mainly detects the concentration of gas molecules which can cause the odor in the air, and then judges the strength of the odor in the air and the influence on the human body.
During detection of malodorous gas, detection equipment needs to continuously monitor in real time, however, zero drift occurs when the detection equipment works for a long time, so that the problem of inaccurate measurement is caused, and zero calibration action must be performed on the whole system to ensure the accuracy of real-time detection. The traditional zero calibration adopts a manual mode to carry out zero calibration by utilizing zero-level air, and the mode is time-consuming and labor-consuming, high in labor cost, easy to generate a plurality of problems such as air leakage of an air path and the like, and causes failure of zero calibration. The full-position three-dimensional deodorization device can automatically complete the zero point calibration function of equipment, save labor cost and avoid the problem caused by manual error operation, and can be used for configuring fillers of different types and proportions according to different malodorous gases and different environmental parameters, so that a targeted deodorization effect is realized, and the deodorization device is convenient to detach and mount. Traditional deodorizing device is only a filter tube, and effective filtration length is lower, can only manual operation during zero calibration, can not get rid of multiple foul smell gas simultaneously, and traditional deodorization module is bulky, leads to the equipment integration not high.

The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide an all-position three-dimensional deodorization device for filtering odor gas in air.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme: an all-position three-dimensional deodorization device for filtering odor gas in air comprises a circuit breaking end cover, a passage end cover, a deodorization pipe joint and a deodorization pipe; two independent hole cavities are formed in the broken circuit end cover, through holes communicated with the hole cavities are formed in the two sides of the broken circuit end cover respectively, and clamping sleeve connectors are connected to the through holes; two communicated pore cavities are arranged inside the passage end cover; the deodorization pipe joints are at least two groups, the outer sides of the deodorization pipe joints outwards form bulges, first sealing rings are arranged around the bulges, and the bulges are inserted into the hole cavities of the circuit breaking end cover and the circuit opening end cover and are tightly matched with the hole cavities; the deodorization pipe is at least two, and the deodorization packing is equipped with in the deodorization pipe, and the both ends of deodorization pipe have the screw thread, both ends respectively with the inboard threaded connection of deodorization coupling deodorization pipe with be equipped with the filter membrane between the deodorization pipe with the deodorization coupling, after will breaking circuit end cover, route end cover, deodorization coupling and deodorization pipe equipment together, be connected through the trachea through the cutting ferrule joint of connecting on the end cover that opens circuit and atmosphere monitoring equipment.
Preferably, the number of the first sealing rings is at least two, and the first sealing rings are sequentially sleeved in the limiting grooves on the protrusions.

Compared with the prior art, the deodorization device adopts a standard air pipe connection mode, can be very simply installed on equipment, is convenient to install, is fixed and reliable, can enable turbid air to pass through the deodorization device for deodorization and filtration through an automatic air circuit switching system of the electromagnetic valve, can be free from manual participation in the process, greatly improves the operation efficiency, the measurement stability and the accuracy, and effectively reduces the equipment failure rate and the operation and maintenance frequency; a filter membrane made of PTFE material and having the filtering precision of 5 mu m is arranged in the deodorization device, and physical filtration is carried out to prevent fine particles from entering a measurement system and polluting the measurement system; the deodorization device is compact in structure, convenient to mount and dismount, high in integration level and convenient to replace modules. The combination and collocation can be selected at will, the combination mode of one or more odor eliminating pipes can be selected, the combination mode is flexible and changeable, and the combination mode can be adjusted according to the actual situation on site; different deodorizing fillers can be filled in the inner pipe of the deodorizing device to improve the deodorizing efficiency; meanwhile, the system gas circuit can be reversely cleaned through the deodorization device.

Detailed Description
The following detailed description of the preferred embodiments will be made with reference to the accompanying drawings. As shown in fig. 1, an all-position three-dimensional deodorization device for filtering odor gas in air comprises a circuit-breaking end cover 1, a passage end cover 2, a deodorization pipe joint 3 and a deodorization pipe 4; two independent hole cavities are formed in the circuit breaking end cover 1, through holes 5 communicated with the hole cavities are formed in two sides of the circuit breaking end cover respectively, the through holes 5 are connected with clamping sleeve connectors 6, and the clamping sleeve connectors 6 are connected with an atmosphere monitoring device through air pipes; two communicated pore cavities 7 are arranged in the passage end cover; the number of the deodorizing pipe joints 3 is at least four, the outer side of each deodorizing pipe joint 3 is outwards provided with a bulge 8, the periphery of each bulge is provided with a first sealing ring 9, and the bulges are inserted into the hole cavities of the circuit breaking end cover and the circuit opening end cover and are tightly matched with the hole cavities; the deodorization pipes 4 are at least two, and the fillers are filled in the deodorization pipes, so that different deodorization fillers can be filled to improve the deodorization efficiency. Both ends of the deodorization pipe 4 are provided with threads, both ends are respectively in threaded connection with the inner side of the deodorization pipe joint 3, and a filter membrane 10 is arranged between the deodorization pipe 4 and the deodorization pipe joint 3. A filter membrane made of PTFE material and having the filtering precision of 5 mu m is arranged in the deodorization device, and physical filtration is carried out to prevent fine particles from entering a measurement system and polluting the measurement system. A second sealing ring 11 is arranged between the deodorization pipe joint 3 and the deodorization pipe 4. The side of the open end cover 1 is provided with an open mark 12. Screw holes 13 on the same axis are respectively arranged on two sides of the passage end cover 2, and the screw holes 13 are sealed through screw plugs 14. The side parts of the circuit breaking end cover 1 and the access end cover 2 are provided with a hand buckling groove 15. The deodorization device can be arranged on the atmosphere monitoring equipment, and is convenient to install and reliable in fixation. The deodorization pipes are at least two and can be connected in series to form a set, specifically, two ends of each deodorization pipe are respectively connected with the circuit breaking end cover, and the other two ends of each deodorization pipe are connected with the circuit opening end cover, so that the deodorization pipes are connected in series to form a set. In the present embodiment, four deodorizing pipes are used, and the number of the specific components is as follows: 1 broken circuit end cover, 16 first sealing rings, 8 deodorization pipe joints, 8 second sealing rings, 4 deodorization pipes, 3 passage end covers, 6 plug and 8 5 mu m filter membranes.
As shown in fig. 1, the mounting manner: 6 plug 14 are respectively installed at the screw holes 13 at the two ends of 3 passage end covers 2, a first sealing ring 9 is installed at the bulge 8 of a deodorization pipe joint 3, a second sealing ring 11 and a 5 mu m filter membrane 10 are respectively fixed between the deodorization pipe joint 3 and the deodorization pipe joint 4, after a deodorization material is filled in the deodorization pipe 4, the two ends of the deodorization pipe are respectively inserted into the pore cavities of the circuit breaking end cover 1 and the passage end cover 2 through the filter membrane 10, the second sealing ring 10, the deodorization pipe joint 3 and the first sealing ring 9 in a connecting manner, in order to realize the communication deodorization effect, one end of the circuit breaking end cover 1 and one end of the 2 passage end covers 2 (which are mutually arranged in parallel) are vertically arranged, and the other end of the circuit breaking end cover 1 and the other passage end cover are arranged in parallel.

The gas is filtered through a plurality of PTFE filter protective films in the entire interior. The handle positions are designed on the open circuit end cover and the access end cover, so that the replacement of the filler in the deodorizing pipe is very convenient, the open circuit end cover and the access end cover can be very conveniently pulled off, the deodorizing pipe joint and the deodorizing pipe connected by the thread pair are unscrewed, and the deodorizing filler is refilled. The deodorization pipe is made of organic glass, and whether the filler in the deodorization pipe is aged or reacts can be observed externally due to the transparent characteristic of the deodorization pipe, so that whether the filler needs to be activated or replaced for the second time can be rapidly determined. It can be observed that the structure is simple and compact, and the gas can be filtered to the maximum extent. The sealing thread of 1/8 has been designed in deodorization coupling department, can use by the joint of joint card on the single deodorization coupling, and the variability is strong, satisfies the deodorization effect of the different environment of different conditions.
As shown in fig. 2, the operation principle is that the gas to be filtered enters from the gas inlet, firstly passes through the gas inlet of the open circuit end cover, then the gas enters the first deodorization pipe, then passes through one passage end cover, enters the second odor eliminating pipe, then passes through the other passage end cover, enters the third deodorization pipe, finally passes through the other passage end cover, enters the fourth odor eliminating pipe, and finally is discharged through the gas outlet of the open circuit end cover. During the process, the gas can be homogenized and stabilized by passing through a 5 mu mTFE filter membrane, and meanwhile, the particles in the gas can be filtered. This device can make the gas circuit flow through length maximize in limited space volume, realizes that gaseous and deodorization filler fully takes place to adsorb and react, finally obtains clean gas to provide the air of marking zero in real time for atmospheric monitoring equipment.
