Abstract
The invention discloses a conical filter with a differential pressure gauge, which comprises a device body, the differential pressure gauge, an isolation valve, a connecting pipe, a fixing plate, a filter screen and a threaded joint, wherein the differential pressure gauge is arranged on the fixing plate; the inner surface of the device body is coated with a filter screen, the device body is provided with pressure guide holes on the filter screen, and the pressure guide holes of the filter screen are communicated with the pressure guide holes on the inner side of the top plate; the pressure in the inner pressure guide hole and the pressure in the outer pressure guide hole are respectively led into a differential pressure gauge by the connecting pipes to be displayed, and the middle of the connecting pipe is provided with an isolating valve. The invention has convenient use and compact structure, can locally check whether the filter is blocked at any time to ensure the normal filling flow and pressure of the system, can maintain or replace the differential pressure gauge under the condition of not dismounting the filter because of the arrangement of the isolating valve, and is more convenient to replace the filter screen because the filter screen is fixed on the device body by the rivet, thereby improving the safety and the convenience of operation.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of liquefied gas carrier construction, and particularly relates to a conical filter with a differential pressure gauge.
Background
When the existing liquefied gas carrier is used for filling cargos, a conical filter is required to be arranged at the terminal of a filling station manifold so as to filter the filled liquid cargos, so that impurity doped in the liquid cargos can be prevented from entering a cargo hold without being treated, the quality of the transported cargos can be further influenced, and meanwhile, related lightering equipment can be damaged.

In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides a conical filter with a differential pressure gauge, which comprises a device body, the differential pressure gauge, an isolation valve, a connecting pipe, a fixing plate, a filter screen and a threaded joint, wherein the differential pressure gauge is arranged on the fixing plate; the inner surface of the device body is coated with a filter screen, the device body is provided with pressure guide holes, and the pressure guide holes of the filter screen are communicated with the pressure guide holes on the inner side of the top plate; the pressure in the inner pressure guide hole and the pressure in the outer pressure guide hole are respectively led into a differential pressure gauge through the connecting pipes to be displayed, and the isolation valve is arranged in the middle of the connecting pipes.
Furthermore, the device body is conical and is formed by fixedly connecting fan-shaped side plates, a top plate and a bottom plate, and the top plate is provided with a fixing plate; the side plate is provided with lightening holes, the inner side and the outer side of the top plate are respectively provided with an inner side pressure guide hole and an outer side pressure guide hole, and the middle of the bottom plate is provided with a through hole. The side plates, the top plate and the bottom plate are all made of 316L stainless steel.
Furthermore, the fixed plate is provided with an observation hole and a hanging hole, and the fixed plate is welded with a protective plate for observation. The fixed plate and the protective plate are both made of 316L stainless steel.
Further, the filter screen is a 316L stainless steel screen, and the precision of the filter screen is 40 meshes.
The invention has convenient use and compact structure, can locally check whether the filter is blocked at any time, and ensures the normal filling flow and pressure of the system. Simultaneously, through setting up the isolating valve, can maintain or change the differential pressure gauge under the condition that need not dismouting filter to because fix with rivet for the filter screen on the device body, it is more convenient to change the filter screen, satisfies design standard's requirement, has improved the security and the convenience of operation.

Detailed Description
As shown in figures 1-6, a conical filter with a differential pressure gauge comprises a device body 13, wherein the device body 13 is formed by welding fan-shaped side plates 9, a top plate 10 and a bottom plate 8. The top plate 10 is provided with a fixing plate 7. The differential pressure gauge 1 is provided on the fixed plate 7. The inner surface of the side plate 9 of the device body is coated with a filter screen 12. An inner pressure guide hole 15 and an outer pressure guide hole 16 are formed in the inner and outer sides of the top plate 10, respectively. The filter screen 12 is provided with pressure guide holes 20 communicated with the inner side pressure guide holes 15 of the top plate 10. The inner pressure guide hole 15 and the outer pressure guide hole 16 are respectively provided with a connecting pipe 6. One end of a connecting pipe 6 is fixed on a top plate 10 through a threaded joint 3, the pressure in an inner side pressure guide hole 15 and the pressure in an outer side pressure guide hole 16 are respectively led into a differential pressure gauge 1 to be displayed, the other end of the connecting pipe 6 is connected with an isolation valve 2 through a pipe joint 4, the isolation valve 2 is connected with the differential pressure gauge 1 through a clamping sleeve joint 5, and a protection plate 11 is welded on a fixing plate 7. The protective plate 11 is used for observation. The device body 13 is conical, the device body 13 is formed by welding a fan-shaped side plate 9, a top plate 10 and a bottom plate 8, the fan-shaped side plate 9 is provided with a lightening hole 14, and the middle of the bottom plate 8 is provided with a through hole 19. The side plates 9, the top plate 10 and the bottom plate 8 are all made of 316L stainless steel. The fixed plate 7 is provided with an observation hole 17 and a hanging hole 18. The fixed plate 7 and the protection plate 11 are both made of 316L stainless steel.
