Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of medical instruments, and relates to a limiting bed for retention enema of traditional Chinese medicine decoction for rectal administration treatment.
Background
In the prior art, the administration route is oral, intravenous, suppository, water aqua and the like which are absorbed through rectal mucosa. Wherein, oral administration has the advantages of common use, convenience and the like, but the oral administration is slow in absorption, is not suitable for patients with unconsciousness, continuous vomiting, fasting and the like, and the drug effect can enter blood to play a role only through liver and intestine circulation, has certain toxic and side effects on liver and kidney functions, and has gastrointestinal stimulation; the intravenous administration is usually suitable for acute and severe patients and patients who can not take the medicine orally for various reasons, has the advantages of quick response, short time reaching of the peak concentration of the medicine in blood and the like, but has the defects that the intravenous administration is an invasive operation, and can cause complications such as transfusion reaction, phlebitis and the like after long-term use, and the national health and fitness committee advocates reduction of outpatient transfusion at the same time; rectal administration is absorbed by intestinal mucosa, and is transmitted through abundant arteries, veins and lymphatic plexus around the intestinal tract, and the medicine does not pass through the stomach and small intestine, so that the defects caused by oral administration and intravenous administration and the first pass effect of the liver are avoided, the damage of the liver and gastrointestinal tract digestive juice to the medicine can be prevented, the influence of acid-base digestive enzymes on the medicine is reduced, the stimulation of bitter and cold medicines to the gastrointestinal tract is also reduced, the rectal administration preparation has the characteristics of high absorption speed, high peak reaching concentration, short time and the like, the bioavailability of the medicine is greatly improved, and particularly, the rectal administration preparation has an obvious effect on adjacent organs.
It is of concern that rectal administration is also an invasive procedure. Rectal administration is generally divided into suppository-like rectal administration and decoction-like rectal administration. Among them, since the rectal administration of suppositories is carried out by fingers, the drugs are applied to the intestine at a shallow position and easily slip out of the anus, and the rectal mucosa is not generally damaged. The rectal administration treatment scheme of the traditional Chinese medicine decoction retention enema is that decocted traditional Chinese medicine liquid is sent into an intestinal canal through an anus by an enemator, and the aim is to ensure that the medicine is absorbed through intestinal mucosa so as to play a role in treatment. The rectal administration treatment scheme of retention enema of the Chinese medicinal decoction particularly shows great advantages and obvious curative effects in clinical treatment aiming at gynecological diseases.
The existing rectal administration method for retention enema of the conventional traditional Chinese medicine decoction comprises the following steps: the patient is in the left lateral decubitus position, and the operator stands on the right side of the patient and inserts a syringe or the like into the rectum to inject the liquid medicine for rectal administration.
However, the problems caused by the current conventional rectal administration of decoction are:
first, due to the unique anatomical location of the female retroversion retroflexion, rectal mucosal injury in women occurs at a rate as high as 51.96% due to anal intubation angle problems. However, theoretically, the anal canal is not an independent risk factor causing injury of the rectal mucosa from the aspect of anal intubation, and the medical advice of treating the female pelvic inflammatory disease by retention enema of the traditional Chinese medicine preparation is calculated according to the treatment course and operated every day, so that the problem of mechanical stimulation of the rectal mucosa by the catheter repeatedly at high frequency is solved.
Secondly, when a patient receives an enema operation, the rectal mucosa of a female can be damaged due to multiple factors such as incorrect prone position, standing position of an operator, product structure of the catheter, manufacturing process, catheter depth and manipulation during intubation, lubrication of the anal canal and the like. The symptoms of rectal mucosa injury are mostly seen after enema, the clinical manifestations are mainly anal pain and hematochezia, and mild patients are manifested as congestion and erosion, so that patients feel uncomfortable, and the retention time of liquid medicine in intestinal tracts is directly influenced; serious patients suffer from ulcer and even perforation, which causes harm to patients and is easy to cause safe medical disputes.
However, in the rectal administration treatment process of the retention enema of the traditional Chinese medicine decoction, a specific prone position limiting tool is not provided for performing medical care operation on a hospital bed, so that the problems are avoided.
