Abstract
本发明公开了一种冲击波发生装置,包括水囊、冲击波源,水囊上部是半球状,水囊下部成圆柱状嵌入冲击波源内,所述冲击波源下部安装磁场发生器和金属振膜,金属振膜正对磁场发生器,所述金属振膜与所述水囊底部面接触。金属振膜与所述水囊之间夹有橡胶膜。所述水囊中部位置设有聚波部件,聚波部件上部是球面,球面中心正对水囊上部半球状中心。治疗时,冲击波源的水囊与患者皮肤紧密接触,冲击波通过水囊分散进入人体,通过聚波部件的作用聚焦在病灶处。本发明提高了冲击波治疗时的准确性,治疗效果得到了提升,降低了副作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及冲击波装置领域,尤其涉及一种冲击波发生装置。
背景技术
现在绝大多数冲击波发生装置在治疗时无法对病灶处进行小范围精准实施,冲击波治疗的效果得不到保证,同时由于作用范围过大造成患者病灶以外的组织受到损伤,副作用明显。
冲击波传从发生器传递到人体内病灶时需要一个耦合良好的皮肤接触面,如果存在间隙,冲击波的效率会被衰减或会损伤皮肤,从而达不到满意的治疗效果。在很多时候,受制于人体结构,要保证接触面的良好耦合非常困难,需要患者尝试多种体位,给操作者和患者带来了很大不便。
发明内容
本发明的目的旨在至少在一定程度上解决上述的技术问题之一。
本发明是这样实现的,一种冲击波发生装置,包括水囊、冲击波源,所述水囊上部是半球状,水囊下部成圆柱状嵌入冲击波源内,其特征在于,所述冲击波源下部安装磁场发生器和金属振膜,所述金属振膜正对磁场发生器,所述金属振膜与所述水囊底部面接触。
本发明的进一步技术方案是:所述水囊顶部有排气口,水囊底部有进出水口。
本发明的进一步技术方案是:所述水囊是硅胶水囊。
本发明的进一步技术方案是:所述磁场发生器包括高压接头、绝缘层和盘状线圈,所述高压接头穿过所述绝缘层与所述盘状线圈连接。
本发明的进一步技术方案是:所述金属振膜与所述水囊之间夹有橡胶膜。
本发明的进一步技术方案是:所述橡胶膜面积大于等于所述金属振膜的面积。
本发明的进一步技术方案是:所述金属振膜是铝片。
本发明的进一步技术方案是:所述绝缘层是陶瓷绝缘层。
本发明的进一步技术方案是:所述水囊中部位置设有聚波部件,所述聚波部件上部是球面,球面中心正对水囊上部半球状中心。
本发明的有益效果是:所述金属振膜通过磁场发生器,发生震动后带动所述橡胶膜使得所述水囊底部自下而上产生稳定的冲击波,由水介质传导分散进入人体并通过聚波部件,聚焦后作用于人体内病灶处,聚焦面积小,因而降低了治疗时产生的副作用,同时这种水囊接触方式,有效降低了耦合难度,配合上述冲击波传导方式,显著提高了治疗效率和准确性,明显改善治疗体验。

具体实施方式:
图1示出了本发明提供的一种冲击波发生装置,包括水囊1、冲击波源2,所述水囊1上部是半球状,水囊1下部成圆柱状嵌入冲击波源2内,所述冲击波源2下部安装磁场发生器3和金属振膜4,所述金属振膜4正对磁场发生器3,所述金属振膜4与所述水囊1底部面接触。通过脉冲高压电流作用于磁场发生器3产生强磁场,金属振膜在强磁场的作用下产生稳定振动,使得水囊1内产生自下而上的冲击波。
水囊1顶部有排气口5,水囊1底部有进出水口6。水囊1内如果有气泡,会在治疗时使得冲击波的效率降低,很可能发生患者皮组织损伤,故在使用开始时,倾斜水囊使得排气口5置于最高点,将空气排空;水囊1底部的进出水口6,方便置换囊内水介质,在治疗时,随着时长的增加,囊内水温会逐渐升高,影响治疗效果,所以必要时可以通过进出水口6进行囊内水介质的置换。
所述水囊1最好是硅胶水囊,有比较好的延展性和柔韧性,更利于与身体部位紧密接触。
所述磁场发生器3包括高压接头7、绝缘层8和盘状线圈9,所述高压接头7穿过所述绝缘层8与所述盘状线圈9连接。
所述金属振膜4与所述水囊1之间夹有橡胶膜10。优选的,橡胶膜10的面积大于等于金属振膜的面积。橡胶膜10不仅可以保护水囊底部不被硬物刺穿,还可以使得金属振膜4的振动传导的更为均匀稳定。
水囊1中部位置设有聚波部件11,所述聚波部件11上部是球面,球面中心正对水囊1上部半球状中心。聚波部件可以让冲击波经水介质传导聚焦于水囊1的中心轴向上,这使得受治疗的面积很小,治疗准确性得到了提高,因而治疗的副作用也降低了。
优选的,所述金属振膜4是铝片,所述绝缘层8是陶瓷绝缘层。
本发明的工作原理是:金属振膜4通过磁场发生器3,发生震动后带动橡胶膜10使得水囊1产生从自下而上的稳定冲击波,由水介质传导分散进入人体,通过聚波部件11聚焦后作用于人体内病灶处,聚焦点面积小,因而降低了治疗时产生的副作用,同时这种硅胶水囊接触方式,有效的降低了与人体部位的耦合难度,配合上述冲击波传导方式,显著提高了治疗效率和准确性,明显改善治疗体验。

Claims (9)
1.一种冲击波发生装置,包括水囊、冲击波源,所述水囊上部是半球状,水囊下部成圆柱状嵌入冲击波源内,其特征在于,所述冲击波源下部安装磁场发生器和金属振膜,所述金属振膜正对磁场发生器,所述金属振膜与所述水囊底部面接触。
2.根据权利要求1所述的冲击波发生装置,其特征在于,所述水囊顶部有排气口,水囊底部有进出水口。
3.根据权利要求1所述的冲击波发生装置,其特征在于,所述水囊是硅胶水囊。
4.根据权利要求1所述的冲击波发生装置,其特征在于,所述磁场发生器包括高压接头、绝缘层和盘状线圈,所述高压接头穿过所述绝缘层与所述盘状线圈连接。
5.根据权利要求4所述的冲击波发生装置,其特征在于,所述金属振膜与所述水囊之间夹有橡胶膜。
6.根据权利要求5所述的冲击波发生装置,其特征在于,所述橡胶膜面积大于等于所述金属振膜的面积。
7.根据权利要求1所述的冲击波发生装置,其特征在于,所述金属振膜是铝片。
8.根据权利要求4所述的冲击波发生装置,其特征在于,所述绝缘层是陶瓷绝缘层。
9.根据权利要求1所述的冲击波发生装置,其特征在于,所述水囊中部位置设有聚波部件,所述聚波部件上部是球面,球面中心正对水囊上部半球状中心。
