Detailed Description
The technical scheme of the invention is further explained by the specific implementation mode in combination with the attached drawings.
The present embodiment provides a garden tool, which is preferably but not limited to a chain saw, and may be a garden tool such as a soil turning tool that needs to lubricate a chain. The present embodiment will be described by taking a chain saw as an example.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the present embodiment provides a chain saw including a housing 1, a chain 2, a guide plate 3, an oil can 4, and an oil pump 5, wherein the guide plate 3 is at least partially accommodated in the housing 1, and the chain 2 is supported by the guide plate 3 and can rotate around the guide plate 3 by a power device such as a motor. The oil can 4 is used for storing lubricating oil and is provided with an oil outlet 411; the oil pump 5 is arranged in the oil can 4, and the oil pump 5 is used for sending the lubricating oil pump 5 in the oil can 4 out of the oil outlet 411.
In order to avoid the problem of oil leakage at the interface of the oil pipe outside the oil can 4, in this embodiment, please refer to fig. 4 and 5, a mounting groove 11 is provided on the housing 1, a protruding portion 41 is provided on the oil can 4, the protruding portion 41 and the oil can 4 are preferably but not limited to be an integrally formed structure, an oil inlet 31 is provided on the guide plate 3, the protruding portion 41 is disposed in the mounting groove 11, and the oil outlet 411 is attached and communicated with the oil inlet 31. The oil can 4 and the housing 1 may be directly clamped by the protruding portion 41 and the mounting groove 11, or may be connected by a fastening member such as a screw.
When the chain 2 rotates, a negative pressure is formed around the chain 2, and the lubricating oil from the oil outlet 411 can move to the oil inlet 31 and the chain 2 in sequence under the action of the negative pressure, so that the chain saw provided by the embodiment can discharge oil only when the chain saw works; meanwhile, the bulge part 41 is directly contacted with the guide plate 3 and supplies oil to the guide plate 3, so that the oil leakage problem caused by the external connection of the oil can 4 and the oil pipe 6 is avoided; in addition, as the oil can 4 is not connected with the oil pipe 6, the oil can 4 and the oil pump 5 can be taken out as a whole quickly, and the maintenance of the oil can 4 and the oil pump 5 is convenient.
The oil outlet 411 may be opposed to the oil inlet 31. And the oil outlet 411 and the oil inlet 31 are preferably directly attached at this time. Wherein, relatively means that at least part of the oil outlet 411 corresponds to at least part of the oil inlet 31. When the oil outlet 411 and the oil inlet 31 are opposite, the axes of the oil outlet 411 and the oil inlet 31 are preferably but not limited to be collinear, or the axes of the oil outlet 411 and the oil inlet 31 are slightly staggered and parallel, so that the oil outlet 411 and the oil inlet 31 can be directly communicated, and the oil inlet 31 and the oil outlet 411 can be attached and communicated. However, the arrangement mode of the oil inlet 31 and the oil outlet 411 being opposite to each other may cause a problem that the oil inlet 31 and the oil outlet 411 are blocked by debris such as wood chips generated during operation of the chain saw. In order to avoid this problem, in this embodiment, the oil outlet 411 and the oil inlet 31 are in close communication in the following manner: as shown in fig. 5, 7 and 8, the side wall of the protruding portion 41 is recessed inward to form a groove 42, the oil outlet 411 is disposed on the bottom of the groove 42, the portion of the guide plate 3 provided with the oil inlet 31 is blocked outside the groove 42, the oil inlet 31 is in close communication with the opening of the groove 42, and the oil inlet 31 and the oil outlet 411 are staggered rather than oppositely disposed. The grooves 42 are preferably, but not limited to, rectangular, long strips. The groove 42 is preferably, but not limited to, arranged in a horizontal direction. The groove 42 has a buffering effect on the sundries such as the chips splashed out when the chain saw works, so that the oil inlet 31 and the oil outlet 411 are prevented from being blocked by the sundries such as the chips. It should be noted that the communication manner between the oil outlet 411 and the oil inlet 31 is not limited to the above, and in other embodiments, the oil outlet 411 may be disposed on a groove wall of the groove 42. Alternatively, in another embodiment, the groove 42 may be provided on the guide plate 3, and the oil inlet 31 may be provided on a groove wall and/or a groove bottom of the groove 42.
In order to prevent debris such as wood chips from blocking the oil inlet 31 and the oil outlet 411, a shielding member (not shown in the figure) for shielding the oil inlet 31 may be provided on the outer side of the guide plate 3. The shielding piece can be of an integral structure with the guide plate 3 or of a detachable and connected split structure, so that when the chain saw works, sundries such as wood chips and the like can be prevented from entering the oil inlet 31.
As shown in fig. 6, the guide plate 3 is generally provided at its outer periphery with a chain groove 32 for accommodating the chain 2. In the present embodiment, an oil passage (not shown in the drawings) is provided in the guide plate 3, and the oil passage communicates the oil inlet 31 and the outlet on the periphery of the guide plate 3, that is, the oil passage communicates the oil inlet 31 and the chain groove 32, and the lubricating oil flowing out of the oil outlet 411 can accurately enter the chain groove 32 through the oil passage to lubricate the chain 2. The number and specific positions of the oil passages are not limited, and for example, one or more than one oil passage may be provided; the oil passage may be located between the oil outlet 411 and the top of the guide plate 3 or at other positions; it is also possible to provide the entire guide plate 3 as a hollow structure. In other embodiments, the oil passage may not be provided, and after the lubricating oil flows out from the oil outlet 411, the lubricating oil may drip along the outer side wall of the guide plate 3 onto the chain 2 below the guide plate to lubricate the chain 2. However, compared with the oil supply method of the oil passage, the oil supply method has poor controllability.
An oil pipe 6 connected to a pump port of the oil pump 5 is usually provided in the oil can 4, and the lubricating oil in the oil can 4 is supplied to the oil outlet 411 through the oil pipe 6. In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 7 and 9, a limiting member 7 integrally formed with one end of the oil pipe 6 is disposed at one end of the oil pipe 6 away from the oil pump 5, and the limiting member 7 is fitted in the groove 42 to prevent the oil pipe 6 from falling into the oil can 4. The shape and structure of the stopper 7 are not limited, and in order to improve the mounting stability, the stopper 7 is preferably groove-shaped, and the outer contour of the stopper 7 matches the inner contour of the groove 42. The limiting member 7 is preferably, but not limited to, made of a rubber material. Understandably, in the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 10, the limiting member 7 may not be provided, and an installation manner in which one end of the oil pipe 6 away from the oil pump 5 directly penetrates through the oil outlet 411 may be adopted.
The technical principle of the present invention is described above in connection with specific embodiments. The description is made for the purpose of illustrating the principles of the invention and should not be construed in any way as limiting the scope of the invention. Based on the explanations herein, those skilled in the art will be able to conceive of other embodiments of the present invention without inventive effort, which would fall within the scope of the present invention.
